I ordered the Athleta Refine Tank in white a couple of weeks ago but returned it because I felt I wouldn't be able to keep it clean. While the tank was en route to me it went on sale for 30% off and I had a code for another 30% off so I decided to try the Elephant Pink one. I also ordered another Fully Focused Bra in the multi Watercolor print, also from the sale section. Both items ended up around $25 which is pretty sweet for quality workout wear.
I wore the tank for a weights workout yesterday and really liked it. I had read a review on the website that it tends to ride up but I didn't find that. Granted I didn't do any burpees yesterday - they always send looser shirts flying up on me - but we did do some floor work with TRX straps and it didn't ride up. It's made of super soft modal and it's very airy. I liked it so much I might order another one. The sizing is roomy so if you're between sizes order the smaller size.

LLA, I used to read your blog all the time back when LLL was creating great designs. Then over the last couple of years I would read your blog maybe once a week because none of the clothes appealed to me. Now I'm back to checking your blog every day hoping for an Athleta post! Lol. I've been buying almost all my gear at Athleta for the last couple of years. It just keeps getting better and better too.
Super cute outfit! I have been tempted by that tank. Will have to see if they have it in the store here locally.
I bought the same Fully Focused Bra a few weeks ago, because it was full of bits of all my favorite bright colors. I simply couldn't resist. My one criticism is that I wish the band that goes around the chest was a little more wide. I have about fifteen energy bras and four Strap It Like It's Hot bras (I so wish Lulu would re-release them!!!) and if the Fully Focused Bra had the same width band I would say I would love it. I still wear it because it goes nicely under my Lulu tanks, but I'm not in love. I'm still on the fence about ordering the Refine Tank - if it came in a bright, a would be al over it. SO tired of neutrals!
LLA: How is the Powervita fabric holding up for you? Does it pill like luon does?

@ anon 9:49 am - I went to Athleta and tried on a bunch of stuff yesterday. I also got a couple of new orders in the mail and de-tagged a new bra and tank today (Be Bold Wrap Front Bra and Daily Racerback) so I'll be writing about those, too, shortly.
How did you get the 30% off coupon for Athleta? Is it through their credit card? I buy at Athleta pretty regularly, but I always see people at the store with 20% off discounts. I've always wondered how they got them.
@Anom8:44 You don't need their card to get the 20% off deals. Just sign up for their emails and they will email you deals and coupons regularly. They are always have extra 20% everything, including clearance, it seems like! I get the best deals at Athleta (I usually order online and make returns, if needed, at the store)
agree, please start posting reviews on other athletic wear (athlete, k deer, alo, etc). i've given Lulu 10 years of business, and these days - return almost every item I buy online. Sad.
