It's not the Rush Hour Jacket. This one has reflective taping from mid-arm to the cuff and if you zoom in really close you will see horizontal stitching across the body. It could be a very thin down or a fleece fabric. I don't recognize the style so it could be a jacket not released yet. Be ware of the Fall Net Outrun Tight if the mesh on the waistband have pockets because they the mesh will snag and rip not to mention who wants their used kleenex and other personal items on display???
