I just noticed the price was changed for the Muscle Love Crop Top from $68 to $48 in the US, $52 in Canada. It still seems rather high for a half top, though. I didn't get a chance to see this in the store, were they also priced at $68 on the hang tag?

Was just at the store and specifically checked this shirt because I couldn't believe they wanted $68 for it. It was $48. Still too high, in my opinion.

I like the tank and ordered it Tuesday night. Imagine my surprise (and gratitude) to see this price change here. Thank you LLA and community. Sadly, I am very disappointed in Lululemon's customer service. When I called them just now, although the order has not shipped they could not cancel it. Also they would not refund me the price difference. The only offered the difference in a store credit which is ridiculous when it seems to have been their mistake. Furthermore, when I asked why this had happened, the person on the phone stated that perhaps Lulu is trying to "get rid" of certain colors and items. After just releasing this less than 48 hours ago? I am really disappointed and highly annoyed. I order from the all the time but this is going to lose my business.
@ anon 2:23 pm - Wow! They wouldn't refund the difference? They obviously made an error. I am hearing the tagged price in stores is $48. Try calling back to see if you get a different person. I know they can't cancel orders after a certain period has gone by but they should give you your money back.

It's an obvious mistake by lulu and you should be refunded.

Still practically $60 CAD when I add the taxes. Ridiculous. This company's greed is really showing. On top of it, the top itself is a big nothing.
That is so absurd anon 2:23. You can just return the shirt and buy another one, so why won't lulu just refund you??? It would save them the shipping cost. Terrible customer service. I hope you get your money back.
That's crazy. It was obviously their mistake, so it seems like they should automatically refund everyone who was overcharged. I feel sorry for anyone who ordered and doesn't know about the price change. Your interaction with customer service makes me think they will keep the extra $20 for anyone who doesn't complain.
I think most companies would send out an email to everyone who ordered that shirt as soon as they realized the problem...sorry about our error, you have been credited back the difference.

I was in my local store today and saw they were priced at $48 (even though I saw them priced at $68 online last night). Still atrocious! It was a very basic, thin t-shit material (American Apparel might even be better quality). Sorry, not paying almost $50 with tax for half of a shirt.
I would just return the top entirely....get ALL of your money back, and order it again at the lower price..... and now they have to pay for return shipping for you.... tisk tisk, poor customer service
