The Beat the Heat bra and speed short combo in blue is very cute. The Sweat Date tank seems very functional as far as keeping air flow going while running, but it just not special in any way. I think I could get the same look from a slightly oversized, light weight tee from Target by cutting the sleeves off. That's a $50 savings, lol!
This is off topic but I'm looking for a size 4 sweaty or not jacket (Mesh jacket from last summer) in purple or white. Does anyone have one they'd like to sell? I'm in Canada so I'd prefer to deal within Canada but I'm open to dealing in the us if that's all I can find. Thanks! :)
off topic: the white tennis shoes the models wear well i was curious what brand they were, here is what i found: Puma basket classic is the puma shoe (all white w/ gold writing); and then there was another i didn't recognize so I googled it based on a few key search words and i found it a brand called common projects and get this...... 410.00!!!! I couldn' believe it, who on earth would spend that on a tennis shoe! Don't answer that anyone please!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!
Yikes on spending $410 on tennis shoes!! I don't feel any need to spend that much money on shoes, thank goodness! Even Lululemon is starting to get to the point that I don't feel like it's worth it now that they've raised a lot of their prices (for example, $118 is pushing it for a Define Jacket considering all it really is, to be honest). Most of the time when getting into these kinds of prices for things it's really just the brand name that we're paying extra for.
I mean, there are people here that admit to spending (or having spent) hundreds of dollars a week or thousands a month on LLL for years, yet $410 shoes are outrageous? There are people every week that report buying from the upload to the tune of $500+. You can get $30 heels yet there are still $2,000 Louboutins. Common Projects are also fashion shoes, not for working out. I think it's funny that a blog that's effectively dedicated to consumerism would have readers that so totally miss the point. Would I spend $400 on a pair of white tennis shoes? No. But everyone is guilty of buying something other people would probably find stupid or wasteful, so I'm not about to be a hypocrite about it.
anon 1:13 I agree, also considering its basically plastic clothing that we are paying a ton for....... I've noticed that alot of high end retailers are doing this too viscous blouse for 298.00 here polyester pants there mixed w/ a tiny amount of cotton that costs 500.00 etc. No thanks i'm not buying because these cheap fake clothes don't last and if i'm going to pay alot its going to be high quality cashmere, wool, cotton, or linen etc. I live in california and there is fire risk here and ya know what i do not want to be caught in a fire in plastic clothing...... they will melt to your skin..... natural fibers will burn but not stick to you..... yikes just that thought alone is enough to stear me away from the plastic.

I love the speeds in that color! I think the waist band tie dye looks like clouds.
