The backside of the fabric has a coded message on it. It's a replacement code (add 5 letters) and says:

Agents of change: follow the road but let your heart guide you. Good luck, and remember; quiet mind. Fast feet. Fearless heart. Go forth, have fun and stay sweaty.

Why oh why is it every year for SW I am jealous of my husbands shorts?? Is it just me or does it seem like the men always get the better print?? I was hopeful after seeing all the ladies posts on FB receiving their shorts that I would like mine, but they arrived and I was definitely underwhelmed. Don't get me wrong, they are head and shoulders above last years atrocities, but would I actually walk in to a store and pick these up and buy them? No. If they came in the same print as the men's? Yes. :(

Sorry off topic everyone. I got my Pretty Lace Run All Day Backpack today. I'm on the fence whether or not I'm going to keep it. The rigid back panel is quite hard and I can feel it on my lower back in a way that is bothersome. I'm short and have a short torso, so maybe the backpack is just too long for my back. I adjusted all the straps to shorten them up to lift the backpack up higher off of the top of where the top of my butt and lower back area curves, but now the top of the backpack edge sits too high up on the back of my lower neck. I'm thinking it may be too long to be right for me...

Would love to hear from anyone else with a short torso who has this backpack too, does it work out for you? Is it comfortable in use? I'd love to hear your experiences with using this pack for runs/hikes/cycling. I'm worried the bottom rigid part will bother my lower back in use. The top of my butt seems to push it into my lower back more with movement. It's still fairly low there even when adjusted to raise the pack higher on my back, not to mention maybe it will rub on my lower neck adjusted that high... hmmm... Thanks to anyone who can comment!

@anon 6:17AM my theory is that they make nicer prints for men so to encourage them to buy. they know that women will accept any crap they put out there.

Ok, I tried the my new run all day backpack again (just doing some things around inside the house) and I think it's going to be ok. This time I filled it with a few things (water bottles and jacket, etc) and it was fine. I think it just needs to be broken in and soften up a little and it should sit more nicely at the top around bottom of neck area and it didn't hurt lower neck area or lower back area, just something I wasn't used to feeling there and soemthing to get used to. I also wore it with one of my Swiftly tops (was a bit worried if it would end up being hard on Swiftly tops and snag or pill them) and found no problems with snags or pilling from wearing it around inside house for a while. I think I'm going to keep it after all.
