I recently gave up on my old standby, the CRB, and started buying Athleta's Chi tank. I just couldn't deal with all the inconsistencies 😪
I tried on the Rosewood Align Crops last night. I'm a huge Align fan, but I didn't buy them.The crop length is pretty similar to WUC. I'm petite (5'2) & it didn't make sense to have pants & cropsthat are almost same length on me.
I forgot to add that the gusset is same as the pants, but instead of the "gusset part" going all the way down the end of the tights, it ends with a "V" at the 3/4 end of the crops (like K Deers)
Align crops (black & redwood) in stores in the Bay Area, CA! :)
Can anyone who has tried the Blurry Belle High Rise Wunder Under Crops and/or the Blurry Belle CRB please help me out. I love the look of this print and want to order both items but just wondering if they fade out to white when stretched over the thighs and bum(crops) and bust area(CRB)? Also wondering how flattering the crops are on someone with bigger thighs/butt/hips (and some cellulite too!)? Thank you so much in advance to anyone who can comment.
The Rosewood color is really ugly IRL. It looks like a faded brick red. I passed and bought the black because you can never have too much black.
I'm pear shaped, and can comment on the high times and the crops. Even though it's printed on white, it seems to be quite opaque and doesn't fade like I thought it would. Being pear shaped, I have thighs that touch and some cellulite; this pattern is quite flattering.
Hopefully someone else can speak to the CRB :) I've been eyeballing it.
Agree 100%. I got black as well. The red also feels a bit more like a wetsuit than the black.
I have both the Blurry Belle CRB and the WUCs. Even though the pattern is white I didn't find the fade over the stretched areas to be noticeable. I took my usual 6 in the CRB (my chest is on the smaller side) and my usual 8 in the WUCs (my butt is on the large side for my proportions and I have light cellulite on my butt/thighs). If you are more well endowed you might want to go up one size in the CRB. The WUCs looked fine in a full squat- the pattern did blur a bit, but it wasn't noticeable. I think the black stripes in the pattern really helps to break up the white and make them more flattering. I'm 5'4" 135, hope that helps!
Luluaddict, or anyone else, can you comment any more on how the gusset is different in the align crops vs pant? TIA!
Does anyone know if relaxed fit pants are tts or size down? I want to be sure before I buy it cause it's on MD and final sale. Thanks.
I have the Blurry Belle CRB and I love it. The CRB is one of my go-to Lululemon items and I have collected (too) many over the years. I can honestly say, the Blurry Belle is one of the prettiest patterned CRBs I've seen in a long time. I like it even better IRL than in pictures. I think the best words to describe it would be fresh, feminine and flattering.
I agree with 4:10; the print does not stretch out to white across the bust. That being said I have a small (34 B) chest.
I also love that the print pairs beautifully with so many colors. I mentioned a few days ago on this blog that I paired the CRB with a Cool Breeze Forme jacket and Soot/Angel Wing striped bra. I wore my BB tank more recently with a Sheer Lemon Bra and Beaming Blue jacket.
Since I have thick legs, I tend to wear dark solid pants -- not a problem with BB. As others have mentioned Deep Zinfandel pairs beautifully with BB, but so does dark grey, navy (Cadet OR inkwell) or black.
Because of the hint of soft yellow amongst the blossoms, off white works as well as the more natural match of white.
What really sold me on this print was the pics of the shorts with the B/W stripe waistband. Even though Speeds don't work for me, that combo made me see the possibilities for this pattern.
Admittedly, I may be in the minority in loving this CRB so much, but I believe some version of BB will work for you, be it the tank, bra or leggings.
BTW, I agree with those of you who love the Deep Zinfandel CRB. It is thick and soft.
@E - per a person in my chat group, the gusset in the pant goes all the way to the cuff and in the crops it does not. If you check photos on the lulu website you can see the gusset seams on the inside of the leg.
I bought the CRB online and ended up returning to the store (mine had a yellow 'spot' right on the left breast that I couldn't get over- I would've exchanged but my store didn't have any). I took my usual 6 and I found it was a little more snug that some of my other luon tops, but was ok for me. If you're larger chested definitely go a size up.
I tried on the WUC crops and actually found them to be really forgiving- if you want a patterned pant and struggle with the white backing these are probably the ones for you. The pattern lends itself to the stretching fairly well so it's not noticeable and I thought they were pretty flattering, but I'm not curvy- 6ft tall and literally no hips/booty :( give them a try!!

The Align Pant and Crop both say 25" inseam and 9 1/4" hem sweep on the online description... ??? Clearly they look different in the pics, so I guess this is an error in the description? I'm 5' 11" and have the pants, which at 25" inseam, they are already like crops on me. I just bought the crops to have them as shorter crops for the summer. Just wish I knew the actual inseam length.

I'm 5'9" and 155lb. I carry it mostly in my thighs and rear and LOVED the crops. Wore them today. I got my usual size 8 and can't see much if any fade in a full squat with black undies. :) they are good to go!
