WMTM appears to be a total bust today. Only a couple new items and the prices dropped a little more on some older stuff. I got a gift card for my birthday last week, and I was super excited at the time, but now I feel like I am going to be sitting on it for a while.
@ anon 9:25 am - ok, that is what I thought, too. Nothing really new stood out for me today. There are tons of items on the md racks in my stores, I wonder when it will hit the website.
I tried on the What the Sport singlet yesterday and found the fit to be a little off. I am usually a 4-6 in the CRB and tried this on in a 2 and 4. It was slightly too tight in the 2 and too loose in the 4. Also there is something weird about the straps that I can't quite put my finger on. They almost aren't symmetrical or something. You can kind of see that in the pics on LL. Anyway, I left it at the store.
@ LuluAddict, thanks, good to know. I haven't been to my closest store in a couple weeks, and it's a smallish one. Maybe when the temps come up to the positive digits here in Chicago I can make the trip (and really, it's a five-minute walk... so sad).
I'm wondering if I should just spurge on a FTBW tank at full price rather than picking stuff from markdown I feel "meh" about. I think my BF intended for me to use it for a new gym bag, but I think I want something sturdier like a Timbuk2 for protecting my clothes and laptop while cycling and scooter riding.
I just want to put out a little warning on the Cyber Stripe - they are not very forgiving on heavy sweaters. So please test them with a little bit of water if you have any doubts before purchase.

I was wearing the sport shorts to cycling class, and a fellow classmate told me that it had looked like I wet myself when I stood up, I was mortified. But I figured it was my mistake for wearing them to such an intense work out. However, I wore the pictured crops for a run, and the same thing happened - albeit not as bad. I love them, but now they are strictly for lounge.
Also, look out for stripe alignment in store if that is something that bothers you. Some of them were quite poor, I think I purchased the best pair of what my store had.
WMTM is not worth the look anymore on-line, wish they would clear off all the old stuff that obviously isn't going anywhere. Will have to check the racks today, if you like to get discounts at LLL, I've found check often and you never know - each store can do what they feel is best.
Does anyone know what the Pace Pusher LS in harbor blue actually looks like in person? It looks amazingly saturated in these photos, but I'm assuming they were adjusted based on the fact that the website pictures are much darker (more of a grayish blue).
The what the sport runs a bit big on the bottom and fine on top. I am usually a 4 in the CRB and went with the 2 and was surprised that it fit me. Some people might not like the fit as it is too big in a regular size and a bit tight in the smaller size. I got the black one and the material is really soft. I did a 15min HIIT workout that got me quite sweaty, then I did yoga and the top stayed in place and the sweat wicked quickly. I like it, but I can see why it may not be for everyone.
The impact of the port shutdown is really noticeable when I walk in the store...so much winter merch that shld have been cleared, but they can't b/c a lot of new merch is just sitting on the container ships on hold. The financial impact isn't going to pretty for Lulu, but it may make things move to WMTM sooner.
Totally lame WMTM, esp on the Canadian side! The Rest Less pullovers were marked down to $59 at my store but only fringe sizes were left. Hopefully it makes it to WMTM online.

Anon@11:53am are the cyber stripe inspires luxtreme? I'm so disappointed they show sweat! They didn't seem light enough to do so like some heathered grey items. Good to know.

Pace pushers are cute, but I would want to wear any kind of Luon longsleeve. Yuck! Makes me itch just thinking about it.

The only thing I saw on WMTM that stood out as new was the some what new Yin to You sweater. Hope that's the last of that trend!

Speed to Speed II
* added a 1 inch piece to top of waistband
* removed ruching on lower leg
Speed II to Speed III
* added ruching back to lower leg
does anyone see more?

I got excited thinking it was the Forthright pullover but you're right, this is luon. It'd be another story if it were rulu!
I've tried it on and would agree it's not a size down item. Fairly thin and a bit clingy. Didn't doit for me!

@ anon 10:25 pm - You would think so. If things aren't showing up on WMTM right away you would hope it'll show up in a warehouse sale of some sort.
