Rose Bark Bomb Bomber Jacket, Fatigue Street to Studio Pant, and Plank Tank. I tried on the black Bomb Bomber jacket yesterday and kind of liked it. It wasn't very warm, though. I like it best when hanging open. If it hits an attractive markdown price I'd get it. I thought the fit was TTS.

By the way, I have to say I love all the photos of the clothes in action in the gym. Love!

Did you see the We made too much upload this morning? They added way more things!

LuluAddict said...

@Melanie - I did and got a lift and separate bra. I didn't think too many items were added to the US side but maybe I missed some goodies right when it was uploaded.

the speed shorts are awesome. I just got a pair of the split pea and chevron pattern, now I want these. The all sport bra in the vintage with the adjustable band work well, I am going to take it for a run this afternoon to see if the extra fabric will bother my back.
I'll report.

Speaking of WMTM, there are no reviews on the lulu site for the cabin yogi wrap. Can anyone comment if the quality and fit before I take the plunge and make a final sale purchase?

crossfit lady looks really strong.

WMTM seemed to be changing all morning, but they finally added something great stuff this week.

I bought the Brushed Illusion Run Times shorts but I feel like they fit differently even though they are 4-way stretch. Compared to a black pair that I bought over the summer, they are way more snug and the liner is tighter too. I'm a TTS 4 but do I need to get a 6 in these? Strange. Anyone have any thoughts?

Yep that girl in bound side angle pose is why I can't wear a free to be wild bra for yoga or any other type of workout for that matter. I would be spilling out all over the place.

I think Lulu is going to cause me some major marital strife this coming month. I feel like I "need" so many things.

I will have to keep repeating to myself "You do not need that Fatigue Rain on jacket, you live in SoCal where it has rained like a total of 2" in the past 3 years"

I just noticed that they removed the star ratings from the Cabin Yogi Wrap that is on WMTM. The ratings and comments had been very mediocre and mentioned a lot of fit problems.

I don't know... those pace pusher crops. The backside view just reminds me of cowboy chaps or something.

Yes! I love the action shots too. It's a nice switch from "look cute next to wall" or "pose with coffee cup". Not that I'm complaining about those really, those photos are helpful too for the most part. Mostly I'll just settle for pics without filters though...why put filters on, we can't see the real color.

I feel like with the Brush Strokes Pace Pusher crops - there aren't a lot of photos from the back that clearly show the cutoff from the pattern to the black. They look good on these girls because they're completely ripped...but if you're not I feel like it would just make your butt look bigger. Two black arrows pointing to your giant blue-brush-stroked bum. My 2 cents.

I agree--the action shots are AMAZING. More stores should do them,, tho I understand its a higher investment in terms of using their educator hours.

I saw the white FTBW pic and HAD to order it! I have 3 already and was gonna pass but OMG is that stunning! Would be an amazing baby bump pic bra. ;) I wore my Hot & Sweaty Bra last time. It will be cool to have the straps peeking from the side. Woot!

Do you know if the pink/silver roll down wunder unders are going to be uploaded? Or just in stores? :)

LuluAddict said...

@ Min dy - I don't know for a fact but I would think they will be uploaded to the website. If you are in the US you can trying calling stores and have them mail you a pair. They take phone orders now.

LuluAddict said...

@!2:07 pm - They do. I am hoping we'll see another style of crops in that color.

I tried on my usual size 8 in the striped Pace Pushers and they were a disaster on. Sheerish in the knees and butt in a deep bend. I tried sizing up and that didn't help much. The back view was ghastly; I loved them on my size 2 hardbodies modelling, but on my 40-something form? Not flattering in the least. They were an easy pass.

Haha! @Anon 11:32am - was thinking the same thing about upcoming possible purchases.
I don't recall ever seeing a FTB Wild in white (Canada).
I'm disappointed in Canada's WMTM. Snug sprinter is $30 more than US (priced @ $99US but $129Can) and the parrallel speeds I already purchased last month are now marked down :(

Noticed the oneness tank is already on markdown. That was a big, big fail.

I tried on the Cabin Yogi Wrap in the store and wanted to love it but just couldn't. I tried on my usual size and the dropped shoulder did not work at all. The sleeves were snug which looked strange next to a billowy upper arm. It also almost looked like I had it on upside down (which would be entirely too easy to do). The size up, however, just looked slouchy and unflattering and it's not a cozy enough material to buy just for walking around the house (or cabin, despite its name). All of that being said, I have big shoulders, so maybe the drop shoulder was just my issue.

Agreed - these shots are great. I crossfit and am glad to see crossfit featured in some of the stores shots.

I also agree that there were some great things added to WMTM today. I'm debating getting a pair of skinny wills in the diamond jacquard nightfall color. Are these stretchy? I have the pique skinny wills from a few years ago and they are amazingly soft, stretchy and warm but I'm wondering if these are the same.

I noticed the reviews were also pulled from he Define Bra WMTM. I ordered anyway, but not sure if I should have sized up. Why would they take the reviews away!!?? That just seems shady.

@12:07 PM - I completely agree, hahaha! Hope they do these in the regular Inspire II's, as I won't be buying any *chap looking* bottoms.

Anonymous said...

Are those Track to Reality crops or pants, or are they Jet Crops?

Chezhire71 said...

Oh, and Britt's Picks for the week ---> next week are up. Of course only CANADA is getting the Coal Strata Stripe inspires.

THe fabric of the cabin yogi wrap is super soft and I love it....the fit however...I ended up sewing a hook & eye on the front as it kept sliding off my shoulders halfway down my upper arms from the strange hood turns into a collar dropped shoulders thing.........

Anonymous said...

I got the cabin yogi in pink and then went back for the grey! I wear them so much more than I expected- they're so soft and cozy and not heavy but warm and light and they literally go over anything. I find I'm opting for it much more than I thought. The fit comments were in relation to the arms which are narrow but not tight and there's plenty of stretch in the wool. It's not at all itchy and just feels luxurious on. The hood is more like some extra material to fit over your head if you need more like a shawl hood than a separate hood, so it's quite drapey across the shoulders which looks nice. I say get it you'll wear it lots !

I have had two of my local New York stores tell me they don't do phone orders. Maybe it's a New York thing. Weird.

Anon 5:48 - I have both the pique skinny wills and the diamond jaquard nightfall skinny wills. The fabrics aren't alike. The pique wills are super-soft and stretchy, and almost fuzzy. The jacqards are much stiffer and more "compressive" (I hate that word, but everyone seems to drool over "compressive"), and the fabric is very thick and heavy. I LOVE the jacquards and the nightfall color - this was by far my favorite 2014 Lulu purchase - but if you're hoping for something that feels the same as the pique skinny wills, they're not it.

Brush Strokes Pace Pusher, agree the black is too dramatic a change of material with the brush strokes colours and it's a design miss. I personally don't care for this brush strokes pattern in the least anyway. Easy pass imo and destined for wmtm.

It's clear to me that my money will be saved from LLL as everything they are releasing is an easy pass for me. Yesterday however I bought the parallel stripe menthol heathered slate vinyasa scarf on wmtm Canada. (May keep, may give as gift later in the year.) Also bought the Rest Less pullover in black (full price). I tried this on in store when it came out and waited to buy it. The reviews are overwhelmingly positive and it is gone from the three stores I shop.

LuluAddict said...

@Alejandra - How customer-oriented of them. :) Keep calling, you'll find other stores that will.

Anonymous said...

Sold. Hehe thx!

Thank you 4:09 am. I bought the inkwell skinny wills. Glad I did since I can wear them both for casual wear and to crossfit/yoga.
