Rise and Shine Jacket that is causing a stir on the lululemon Facebook boards. I haven't decided whether I'll order it. I don't necessarily like it but things like this induce FOMO (fear of missing out) in me. Shown with reflective

I think that print looks like it's straight out of Cabela's. Cool if that's your thing, its just not mine.

Don't give in to the hype. I'm with whoever referred to it as the Duck Dynasty print. It's not SOOO bad, but enough, enough, enough with the camo already.
Hey LLA, totally off topic, but I was wondering if you know when we should be expecting our seawheeze shorts in the mail? I'm probably anticipating these way early, I just can't wait.. Thanks!
@ anon 10:08 am - I think we get them around the beginning of June.
I would be a terrible ebay reseller. I would never in a million years guess that this would be a hot item.
I love this print for an outershell and I plan to order it, though whether or not I keep it will depend upon how the colors look to me in person.
Looks like a super cool, green hued, leafy print to me in this photo.
If it looks super yellow-green to me, as in that more recent photo above, I'd prob send it back.
Dsnt make me think Duck Dynasty Camo a la the Green Savasanah R&S of last spring. Last year's print does look like Duck Dynasty to me because it's a true, classic camo pattern, which is exactly what lots of the hunters here in LA wear.
so blah.......we have had so much "camo".......cant wait for brighter fun colors
OT but related to Sea Wheeze shorts comments. I opted to pick them up at expo. I am regretting my choice now and I can't change it. Do you think I will still get the size I signed up for? It makes me concerned I pick them up where people do exchanges. This is my first Sea Wheeze and I am soooo excited!!!!
please really have a look at this jacket, it is not great, i am an addict from way way back, but i think this is a case of the masses hyping each other up, if this wasn't from lll, i don't think whomever it is that is "hotly anticipating" this jacket would be doing so.... gone are the days of must have (will be desired for years and years to come) now i think sometimes people buy sort of hoping it will be "the IT item" as opposed to really digging the actual item... sorry just my feeling on this - lla, i'm betting if you buy this you will be trying to sell it within the year
@ anon 11:27 am - You will get the size you ordered. That is the reason we had to sign up so far in advance - the shorts are all custom made for you. In previous years, they'd pre-buy the shorts and guess at the number of size 12s, 10s, 8s, etc. and they under guessed for the larger sizes - shocker, because all runners are a size six in lululemon's eyes - and I had to order the next size down even though they were only 75 minutes into the ordering period. I ended up resorting to ebay to get the size I wanted.
Just envision pairing it with a pair of baggie khaki's and some rain boots, and you've got duck dynasty! Did I cure you of FOMO on this one?
@ anon 11:30 am - I find the print really dreary. Now if a Moody Mirage print Rise and Shine came out, I'd be all over that one in a second.
@Ching - so many cute new items popped up on the HK and UK websites that the Rise and Shine is off my wish list, unless it comes in a compelling print.
