I saw that pink vest in store yesterday. It's hideous. Looks like something my Grandma would wear. and WOW! you are right about that Yin to You sweater, sizing down makes it look even worse!

I'm debating whether to keep the Warm Core Hoodie. I like that it is fleece inside and comfy, but feel it is a bit pricey for almost $150. Does anyone else think that, too?

Can anyone tell me why the Warm Core Hoodie is so expensive? It's even more expensive than the Luscious sherpa-lined one was. Why?

Felt the need to *finally* chime in on the chat re: the Yin to Yang sweater's side vents.
While I'm personally not a fan of this style, it is very fashionable right now.
There are lots of similar, current spring sweaters on shopbop's and revolve's website that are side vented up to there. Some are ombred, mesh, etc., and are pretty darn cute.
So to each her own fashion, I'd say.

The girl is cute and if anyone could pull it off she could, but man, that Departure Vest is awful. Very true on the Yin to You sweater and what the flaps do.

Those speed shorts look nice. I used to be after almost every speed short. Not so much anymore. If I get them, cool; if not, whatever.

The speed shorts are looking really good especially the chevron patterned one.
the girl in the pink vest I amazing looking, and yes she can get away with wearing just about anything.

I want that Bangs back headwrap. Has it even hit (Canadian) stores yet?!
That vest will be marked down pretty quick IMO. Lots of items lately don't seem worth the price - the core hoodie and the sprinter jacket. If they go to WMTM for $98 I'd pick it up but at $148 and $168, no thanks. They should be at a price point more like the Scuba at $108.

my two cents on the Warm Core Hoodie... I believe a good part of the reason the retail is $150 has to do with the fabric used - "Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro". It's a branded, high quality, technical fabric that is produced in the U.S. Those factors contribute to a higher cost/retail.

I tried on the core hoodie yesterday, and I'm with 256 and stylistadiva. It's very cute and I was tempted, but the price point seemed high to me. High-tech fabric, I know, but it a seemed very thin and I wasn't about to throw down $148 for it. I'll grab one on WMTM if they end up there. The ed in the store said that people are really liking them and that they were selling well, so maybe they won't get there but I'll be watching for them.
