Spotted in a Vancouver lululemon store - Bomb Bomber Jacket in Bark BrownBark Berry, Silver Spoon, and Black. (Thanks to Ms. R. for her photos.)
Cotton Fleece Departure Vest and the Polartec Fleece Peplum Pullover. (Thanks to Ms. R. for her photos.)
Two new Scubas. The Chevron Shuffle one is striking. (Thanks to Ms. R. for the photos.)
The new Time Warp SS and Tights have hit North America. Anyone try these on or feel the material yet? I am dying to know what it feels like. My store did not have these yesterday. (Thanks to Ms. R. for the photos.)
I really like the shape of the new Between the Lines LS. I am not a fan of these two prints, though. (Thanks to Ms. R. for the photos.)
New Mudra Scarf colors. (Thanks to Ms. R. for the photo.)
Australia didn't get many items that were new to North America. The only interesting piece is the new Miss Misty Jackets. They are $128 and unlike the pullover, go up to a size 12. I am not a fan of either of these. I hope a nice third color is coming. This jacket was briefly uploaded to the US site last week and quickly taken down so I assume it'll show up tomorrow.

honestly I forgot that I was looking at LULULEMON things. This stuff is incredibly useless and FUG. I don't understand why it is so difficult for the designers to come out with either functional casual wear or amazing fitness clothes?????? How about CRB's with "love", "run", "yoga", or other fun things on the front. AND I will also buy out all great colors BUT you are not putting out any great colors!!
Crap, I need those scarves!!
@ anon 1:14 pm - I know. Lots of fug stuff or troublesome colors.
I wonder if anyone from corporate is reading the comments on this site. If this were my company I'd be beside myself and putting together some kind of plan to revive sales. I can't imagine these items are moving.
Athleta had similar color Bombers in DOWN slashed down to $57 after Christmas. Really Lulu? I'm more in touch with your competion then you are.
@LuluAddict, I wouldn't even buy this stuff on WMTM for $29. I keep on holding my breath for some fun things... hopefully soon?
That Chevron scuba looks too much like something from PacSun, like Roxy or Billabong or something. And the floral one looks old and faded which is fine I guess if you're into the old faded look. But for $108 I prefer my sweatshirts to not look like I purchased at Goodwill.
I may be in the minority but I'm loving the Atomic Red Miss Misty (also love the Define in this color). It's just a happy sunny color to me, puts me in a good mood. Just a really perfect take on coral. Not too bright or orangey (i.e. Lorna Jane, Athletica, etc).
I agree, lots of ugly stuff here. Things seems to be getting more masculine or unisex looking. The reason I fell in love with Lulu was for the pretty feminine things. I also feel like the fit of tops and jackets are getting more of a boxy fit and shape than they used to be, they seem to be getting tighter across the bust and looser at the waist which just doesn't work for me at all and certainly isn't flattering. It's the other reason I fell in love with Lulu, the clothes always used to flattered my shape, now it seems to be hit or miss. I really hope they don't keep this up.
Nothing interests me here, but I think that's a good thing as I've been spending a lot on Lulu the last few months. I'd love to try the Universal Wraps though if they ever make it to Canada.
Im totally into the warp tights! are those new for lulu or have they been around before?
Our Aus new stuff this week......ughh....it's the middle of summer here, and it's all weird pants and fugly colours, apart from my hobo bag haven't bought anything since forever *sigh*
All items are VERY passable. Don't even have to keep my eye on wmtm.
@ anon 3:46 pm - I COULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU MORE!!! So many masculine style items or boxy shirts - the new Roll Around Tee and Find Your Zen LS have a straight waist - pure masculine cut - that I would have bought but I prefer something that skims my curves not boxes me out like Sponge Bob. Also, too many "muscle" style tanks/shirts. There are also a lot of downright ugly items. Also, too much gray, navy, and black in the vitasea tops. I felt that the Capilano Inkwell Stripe Find Your Zen LS looked like something I'd get for one of my sons. The tank section is really suffering. What's funny is that I don't believe they've ever had so many floral prints come out at once over the past six months or so but the tops and tanks really need to step it up. It doesn't help that we're missing some bright colors to play against all the dark and neutral ones.
That peplum thing is a crime. What. The. Hell.
I used to tell all my friends that buying lululemon was a good investment as the clothes are flatteringly made for womens bodies and they hold up well in quality.
I don't really tell people that so much anymore.
