I tried the mesh tank on and your right cleavage city! The bra portion is cut low in front like Free to Be Wild Bra cut. So yet again another LLL tank not meant for C cup plus ladies unless you're out for the night.
Mesh with me tank, maybe it's a way that more well endowed ladies (lucky you) can wear this tank but not have spill out, and not feel constricting or too hot (if it were all solid material? (I think LLL has already been there.) I think it's still revealing though? The back of the tank is nice.
I do not like those mesh tights (I know they're from later last year) that she is wearing with the snug sprinter jacket (easy pass). Not classy at all.
Central Toronto shoppers: as of this evening, LLL Eaton Centre has the Feeln Frosty Softshell on markdown to $149 for regular/uninsulated and $198 insulated. In the uninsulated there was the white version and one black version (size 6), don't know the sizes on the white versions. The insulated version had a few larger sizes in black and I think white too. I believe I bought the last size 6 in black, insulated. Of course you can check out other locations.
I've been watching this jacket for a markdown and happened to stop by the store tonight. I was only going in for the Karma Collected sweatpant as those are disappearing online (Canada) and will likely never see markdown. I had tried them on before and they are so cozy and flattering (bought usual size 4). I cringe at paying $100 for sweatpants but they will last for years.
This may be old news but I saw a Wild Tank in a khaki-ish, earthy colour. Not a color expert but it seemed new to me. Don't think I've seen it in the online shop or pictures here.
I ordered the deep camo high times after all the raves about it, but I'm not really feeling it in any of the photos I've seen. I hope I like it more in person. I like the outfit used in the online store pics, so maybe I am just not responding to the pairings used by the educators on facebook... fingers crossed!
luluaddict, did you purchase the blue camo inspires? I seem to recall that you did but I can't remember! I'm curious what you think of them. I thought I was camo'd out AND all lux inspire'd out... but these look pretty, heh heh D:
OT - I am DDDISO two items... Please get in touch if you can help me. Coco pique forme jacket and fuel green swiftly (ls... maybe ss?), both size 6. I purchased them both but returned them in a misguided attempt at being "good"! TIA!! issysea [at] gmail
@ anon 7:45 pm - I ordered the deep camo and got them today - they seem nice and thick. They got here too late in the day for me to take good photos of them against Wren and Fatigue and also with other colors. I need to see them in a three way mirror to judge whether I will keep or not.
I did order the Blue Camo High Times from Canada and they are on their way to me. I don't have them yet.
I'm loving the way the Mesh With Me Tank looks, especially in inkwell. Not that I need another tank, but this one reminds me of the Circuit tank from years ago, before my lulu purchasing time. I think this one may be an improvement because the older release looked like it gathered unflatteringly on the sides of the boobs near the underarms which you noted in your fit review in your blog post http://www.luluaddict.com/2011/05/try-on-report-circuit-tank.html But the back is reminiscent of that circuit tank, with more narrow lines as the straps curve towards the center of the back as compared to the more recent Pace Tank (which just visually broadened everyone's back shoulders imo) or the Run Your Heart Out Tank. What grabs me other than the narrowing lines of the back is the way the middle of the back fabric is sheer pleated fabric. That just adds a beautiful soft feminine touch. I've missed the feminine details in lulu items.
Hmm I was excited about the relaxed fit pant because I was hoping they would be a good replacement for the still pant. In that first picture, though, they're looking much more fitted.
The mesh with me tank looks like it might fit similarly to the tone it tank from the summer, and I LOVED the tone it tank. Just the right amount of looseness through the waist with a flattering top and interesting back. I'm going to have to try it on if it comes in some interesting colours.
I really don't understand all the mesh lately. Panels in strategically placed spots for ventilation, I get. This tank and the Just Breathe Pant just look like Lululemon club wear. Don't get me wrong, if I were going to clubs (I'm not,) I might consider trying on these pieces for dancing away the night. I couldn't begin to wear them into a gym where men worked out beside me. They notice the ladies enough as it is, no need to advertise them in a display window, bahahaha. *I note that I find the Tech Mesh Tights to be just beautiful in terms of the placement of the mesh panels, but they just didn't work for me because of the seam running just above my right knee. It kind of dug into me just walking around the house and I could tell it was going to bother me during my barre classes. Exchanged them for the newly released (Fall 2014) Cire Pant which I love and which performs beautifully during my barre classes.
@ Anon 6:32 AM - The Relaxed Fit Pants aren't quite as fitted as they look in that first photo. I have about 6 pairs from a few years ago and they are not quite that fitted in my usual size (all my Lulu pants are a size 4, Relaxed Fit, Groove Pant, Skinny Groove, Wunder Under, High Times, Dance Studio, etc). They aren't as loose as Still Pants (even in the size down in Still Pants, as mostly everyone takes a size down in Still Pants anyway, I don't own any Still Pants but have tried them on and would take at least a size down in them if I bought them) but they are a bit more relaxed leg from the bum down (straight leg style) and fitted around bum. It kind of looks like the woman in the photo might have on a size down.
@ Anon 11:43 AM - The Relaxed Fit Pants are true to size, definitely not a size down. They are fitted in the bum with a bit of a relaxed straight leg. If anything, if looking for an even more relaxed leg maybe even try a size up from usual size.
I agree with those of you who are not fans of the mesh, I don't like all this mesh stuff these days either.
Went to the store and got Atomic red studio racer and Just breathe crops in Anima. I had to size up in crops! They were cutting circulation on my culfs, has anybody else had the same experience ?
Compared to the Still Pant, the “relaxed” in the Relaxed Fit Pant is untrue. I have and love both. Still Pant definitely roomier and drapes much more relaxed than RF. Relaxed Fit is fitted but more relaxed than say Groove or Astro pants. I didn't care for the cords in the bottom and had them removed from both pairs I bought a few years ago.
I'm a size 4 in Relaxed Fit (from a few years ago, imagine new release fits the same but you never know). I am a consistent size 4 in all LLL bottoms (other than still pant, size 2).
I have the Relaxed fit pants from (I think) three years ago in a beautiful light grey. I love those pants, they are good for the office and exercising. They also have a very nice drape on your body, and they are totally opaque (can't vouch for the new ones). I'm a true size 6, and they fit me perfectly. A fellow Canuck
Size down in the Relaxed Fit pant. I'm usually between a 6 and an 8. I just had a baby and went in to buy the pants fully expecting to buy an 8, but I needed the 6.

That's a lot of cleavage that shows through that mesh tank...what is up with Lulu and mesh???

Sorry, answered my own curiosity. LLL did release the Wild tank in dark wren.

Can any Canuckers comment on the relaxed fit pant - is it true to size or a size down item?

Thank you for the relaxed fit versus still pant info, @anon3:49 pm and @anon4:14 pm! This was the exact info I needed and so very helpful :)
Size down in the Relaxed Fit pant. I'm usually between a 6 and an 8. I just had a baby and went in to buy the pants fully expecting to buy an 8, but I needed the 6.
yeah I agree with the cleavage thing. I don't get it at all. Working out shouldn't involve cleavage.
