Gosh those swiftlies are sooo beautiful! Too bad they ride up sooo bad.
Also too bad their sleeves are so tight. I normally don't have a problem with tight sleeves in LLL-wear, but I can't use the LS swiftlies to run in, because I can't push the sleeves up as I get warm. I guess that's a good thing, or I'd probably have dozens of the LS swiftlies by now.
The city tanks are so tight to get on and off. I sized up and it rolled up too. The bra band inside is so tight that the pleated fabric rolls up even the inserts folded up by the. Time u got the bra in its place. The bra is a little long so it sits about an inch below bra line. The fabric shows the lines underneath from bra band and inserts. Love the top once I finally got it on. Soft pink and black are nice. I brought both home to try on again. If it is too tough to get on and off I may return as I don't want to damage the pleated fabric as it is delicate and I could hear some stitches breaking as I was trying to take it off. I had similar issue with stuff your bra tank but that fabric isn't as delicate so u can pull hard on it to unroll it when getting it on.
Can't wait to buy/order those beautiful Speed Tights in Arsenal Grey Ambient
I don't get the tightness of the Swiftly long sleeves either. You think LLL would have remedied this by now. I wear a 4 and my arms are nicely toned (not well developed) and it does drive me a little nuts that I can't push the sleeves past my elbows when I want to - they won't even go that far up the forearm. I suppose someone has to weigh in on hey lululemon to bring this up, if it has been floated already.
@ anon 5:28 pm - I KNOW!! LS Swiftlys kill me. I like them for anything non-running - watching soccer, wandering around Disneyland on cooler days, but I need to be able to push the sleeves up my arm once I heat up. And forget about trying to get it over my honkin' huge Garmin 610 watch. That is why I like the Run Beam and other UPF tops for my cooler weather run tops - I can push the material up to cool off.
I wish the nightfall swiftly was more purple. It looked more gray in the store :/
@anon 7:35 pm - does it? That's a bummer. I was hoping for something more purple, too.
Can somebody tell me the difference between heathered opal & menthol? Has anybody seen them side by side? Ty!
