Inkwell Black Pique Wunder Under Pants |
A reader had a question about whether the fabric in the Inkwell Black Pique WUPS and the Inkwell Black Skinny Wills Pants was the same (it isn't). I tried to lighten the contrast in these photos to show the weave of the fabric a bit better.

I tried the petal camo tights today and they were super sheer, like the inspires.... Come on Lulu i want to get something with a cute print without worrying in a squat! Finally I got the gray rebel runner crops, they are very flattering and nice, but honestly I don't need another pair of solid crops. Btw they were a return, my store never got them. I'm so disappointed lately, I have money in a gift card and I want to use it!
I wonder why we are getting all these luxtreme run crops lately. I thought everything was supposed to be the thicker fullux. It's too bad it's sheer, these bottoms are all so pretty.
The Citta Leotard is too revealing in the bottom, there's definitely not enough coverage. I would never trust it in standing bow and other poses. Even when you think you're covered, you'll give people a "show". Most photos are showing shorts or pants worn over it and that's exactly why.
Now I see the Breath In tank closer, it is bad. It's all over the place.
That tank looks like a nursing bra in front and suspenders in back.
HI! Love your blog! :D
Was wondering if anyone here has a CRB in plain white? I'm thinking of getting it, and wondering if it's sheer?
I tried the front and center tank on and it's so cute but it just doesnt like right with the bra straps.
Totally OT: My black pique WUPs pilled majorly on the butt because of a backpack I was wearing. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to safely de-pill it, or at least make it less fuzzy looking? Do fabric shavers work or would I run the risk of ruining my WUPs? Thanks!
Most of this is bad in my opinion. The layered long sleeve looks silly with that awkward hemline - don't they remember the pullover from the summer that languished on WMTM with the high low/hem? I agree with the comment above that the citta leotard is too skimpy. The first tank has too much going on for me. I'd like to see classic cuts with cute details.
I do like the biker jacket. This woman makes it look great. But who needs another jacket!
I've used a fabric shaver in the crotch area of my pique Skinny Wills. Just use a very light hand.
Anonymous- I have a plain white CRB and I don't find it to be sheer. Its pretty thick and soft.
I have the petal camo pace tights and don't find them at all sheer. I've tried them with bright undies and did the bend over test for a friend and BF in different lighting because all these comments were making me paranoid :) there's mixed reviews on the website - is it possible they have 2 batches of fabric?
They could.
Has anyone tried on the Citta Pants? They look versatile and gloriously comfortable :)
Thanks 4:18am, I feel so silly that I have the CRB in every color but white.
BTW, WMTM is up!
I saw the petal camo speed tights and they were incredibly sheer.
i agree that the leotard is too revealing the blond woman in the pictures above looks amaizing in them, but it's a bit much for a yoga or barre class.
M
are the inkwell black pique wups online only or will we see them in stores?
I tried on the Citta pants and left them in the store, for two reasons: 1) the skirt that you can fold down is too bulky. I realize that this pant was made to wear over your leotards, shorts, or leggings, with any top tucked in, but for this price, I like versatility. 2) the material is Boolux, and is not a tight weave, so it's not going to be warm in the winter (we have Winter, capital w!). In my experience, Boolux is a fussy material (snags, etc.) as a top, I can't even imagine wearing it as a bottom.
I use scissors to de-pill. I know it's risky but I'm very careful.
no likey most of this..... hum my wallet is safe again.....
