H'Om Run Jacket. I am not liking this much at all. I'm dying to see that new print close up, though.
People are telling me the sizing has been fixed on this round of Post Practice Cardigans and you don't have to size down anymore.
The Exhalation Pullover and Happy Yin Year sweat pant. The Exhalation is $88 and made of french terry.

Wow those sweatpants don't fall right on anyone. They look like those jammies you keep because they're too comfortable to let go but wouldn't even go out for the paper in.
.....Everyone looks like they're wearing a diaper underneath
does anyone know if the savasana wrap will be in stores?
Nope...the cardigan is still a size down. I actually went from my usual 6 to a size 2.
@ anon 4:36 pm - yeah, they are house-only pants.
@ anon 4:41pm - thanks!
When is the upload?
I was super excited about the cardigan - had to send it back :( ordered my usual size 6 and it was like wearing a barrel around the middle. Really nice fitting across the shoulders, and in the arms, and then just massive through the body. Looked awful but would have been lovely if I was 8-9 months prego. Too bad cuz it really was nice. Guessing 4 would be too small through the arms for me unfortunately. Not going to order again online but I would check it out if I make it to a store and they have them in stock.
Those pants are like - whoa!
I want to share a recent positive experience with GEC. My husband stained his new swiftly shirt, so I treated the stains with Resolve spray and the stains spread and got much worse. I contacted GEC and was told that they will be happy to take it back. The take home message is that the company does try to do a better job at customer service. AND don't treat your swiftly with stain remover. Just toss it in your wash and hope for the best.
Oh, my husband and I will be visiting Vancouver later this week. I am more than ecstatic!
I am the one who is visiting Vancouver later this week. I forgot to ask if the Lulu lab is worth a visit. Are there lab products for sale? Are they all size 6? TIA.
I'm wearing my silver spoon post-practice cardigan right now! lol. I'm pretty tempted to get the white one, but that is insane, right? Silver spoon AND white? Plus... I'm so confused about the sizing now! I sized down once to a 4 last time. I'm seeing mixed opinions about whether to size down again or stick to a 6.
I'm a pretty big fan of last year's exhalation pullover. I don't like this year's as much... but it's different enough I might try one. Pockets.
I didn't think the cardigan was ever technically a size down item--it was just meant to have a really roomy fit? I have two from last winter, and they both shrank after careful handwashing... They stretched out after a bit of wear but never got the length back. Something to consider when sizing down, though your mileage may vary.
i also sized down in the cardigan
While at my local Lulu tonight I was able to try on the cardigan..they had my tts 10 which fit a roomy tts and my favorite is the marl one however the arm on me was a bit snug where the shoulder drops off and the lower seam attaches to the rest of the arm. My upper arms are fairly muscular so just an fyi. I did leave it there, at 138 I just wasn't in love with it, plus I kept thinking of Mr. Rogers (for those of you old enough to remember that kid show on PBS) LOL
The Exhalation pullover was just so so, tried the 10 and the 12..neither was all that flattering..12 was a bit longer which I prefer but overall a boxy unattractive look.
The happy yin sweat pant was also very unflattering and look like pj bottoms you will never want to be seen out and about in :)
On a positive note I absolutely loved the yogini 5 year tee..bought that in a bordeaux drama stripe and the black blue stripe (?) Bothe in my tts 10 and the material is so yummy!
Also got the patchwork savasana scarf..I'm a freak for these scarfs and really loved the blue dark gray combo.
I meant Vinyasa Scarf (patchwork)...Must be still kicking myself that I didn't pull the trigger on the savasana wrap!
@ lulu - the Yogini 5 Year Tee looks cute but I don't know if it's worth $68. It looks on the thinner side.
@4:39pm - They said the savasana wrap would only be available online. I returned the black one this evening to the Palo Alto store, it was a size 4. You might check stores to see if other folks return theirs by some chance.
Hi Anon 4:39! Super curious where you found out the savasana wraps would be online only! I got a dune 6 and although I think it's an okay fit id love to at least TRY the sz4! What a bummer for the tons who missed out!!
@940 -- I'm so excited to see the scarf -- I'm crazy for them too and they're my favorite things ever! Is it a thicker version or is it the thinner kind? It looks flannel-y... I really want!!
the lab is very very expensive and quite overrated. I was there a few months ago and a cotton T-shirt was $98. The second shirt I picked out was also cotton and $118!!! I put one back but kept the $98 T-shirt...unfortunately, it looks like a shirt that's worth $30. when I was there the store was somewhat busy but people weren't really buying-just looking. The color palette at the time was black white and burgundy. The next time I go to Vancouver I will skip the lab altogether and head downtown to the shopping mall where Louis Vuitton is!! There's is an absolutely gorgeous mall downtown!! :)))
LLA - any idea what the price is on the new bag? thanks!
Alright LLA--not sure if you heard from your other little birdies within the company, but corporate has rolled out a new not-policy policy re: returns.
Essentially, whereas 2 summers ago we were asked to hold on tight to exchange/return requirements, we're now being told (as a few years ago) to do whatever it takes to fix "perceived" quality issues (whether apparent or not). What that means in terms of whether its a giftcard, exchange, or return of an item (with/without receipt, regardless of date) is up to the guest, essentially.
Thought you all might like to know! It's in effect in all stores.
Defiantly on the thinner side but they feel so wonderful on I had to buy... Probably not worth 68 but I also loved the stripe style. There was a plain heathered gray I didn't try on but put my hand under and it's fairly shear.
Yes it's the thicker version of their Rulu and it is fabulous :)
More and more hideous junk that makes women look horrible. God, I'm so sad that Lulu is officially gone. The fabrics look so thin and flimsy.
Ordered one of the Scuba II's and I can't believe how cheap it feels now. Ya'll can have this junk, I'm just going to wear my old Lulu...
Sigh. Sweaters? Cardigans? Raincoats? It is almost like lulu just skipped over summer. I live in the PacNW and it has been over 90 regularly for the past few weeks. I almost overheat in my Tone it Tank! Imagine me walking around in a cardigan. :/
As a regular customer to the lulu stores in my area, I finally voiced my displeasure at what has been offered in the past 3 months. I asked her why were there more tanks available in March than there are in August? I also told her this new mesh mess is not cute. It looks cheap and I can get the same designs at Forever 21/H&M for less. There have been no exciting designs/patterns in MONTHS! Can we please get some printed WUs? Can we please get some exciting tanks in colors that aren't black/bruised berry/flowabunga?
UGH! Oh well, I guess I can spend $ on other things now.
lneller
@MB - thanks! It does seem like people have been able to get returns for nearly anything for quite a few months now.
8:06 I didn't get your comment

I grabbed two of the cardis a little bit ago, and it was a size down item for me. I had to pick between them being a little tight in the arms or huge on the bottom, which seems to be the deal. I'm hoping they stretch out a little. I allso grabbed the scarf, which is a fun flannel-y material. I love it!! And I like getting a jump on the fall sweaters and clothing. It's my favorite time of year, and I tend to wish summer away so I can get my leggings and boots out!
you MUST visit the lab! It's amazing!
