Britt's Picks For Next Week - Savasana Wrap is Back

The Savasana Wrap makes a comeback. I know lots of people are excited about this one but I never got one of these wraps.

New Breath Easy Pant and more Great Granite in a No Limit and Power Y.

The Unity Pullover is back.

Canada is getting the black Here to There Dress back.

Also, the fall stuff is supposed to arrive the first week in August. Don't forget the new upload day is Tuesday.

I'm so torn about the Savasana wrap. The photos make it look really great but I barely use by gratitude wrap. Also the unity pullover is another tricky one. I ended up selling mine because I found it just wasn't practice for wearing to and from workouts. Not easy to get it on when you're sweaty as lulu just make arms the arms way to tight.

While the inside of the Savasana wrap is gorgeous, I don't wear my wraps often enough to justify keeping the two I have (Method & Gratitude). The rest of this just bores me. While I'm sad, my wallet is doing a happy dance! Granted, I'm still trying to convince myself not to buy the scubas from this week's upload.

It's interesting that the Savasana Wrap is coming back. They ended up on what was called Loot (aka We Made Too Much). I got my coal one on Loot. There were also two other colours on Loot - I think a dark blue one and maybe wren? Anyway, they didn't sell out right away on Loot. I bought a black one for full price at a store so I was on the fence whether I should get a second one. I thought I'd wait a few days and if my size was still available in coal then I'd buy another one which is what I ended up doing.

For the old Savasana Wrap I ended up sizing down from a 6 to a 4. The arms are a little big snug but loosen up after you wear them and the body is loose. It's a nice wrap for fall or cool summer days.

I'm desperately hoping that I was reading this wrong, but one of the comments asked about more colors in the Tuck & Flow. Britt's response was that she didn't anticipate other colors being released. So, um, no opal in North America???!!!

The easy breathe bra looks a lot like the lift and separate.
I am wondering what the difference is.
I just got the Run a marathon crops in the pretty palm pattern and the tracker shorts in yellow.
Yesterday I got the magenta swiftly tank energy bra in camo and the pace setter skirt in the granite.
I think I am done purchasing for the month.

Can anyone comment on the fit of the Here to There Dress from last year? I am loving my Refresher Racer back and would love to add a fit and flare. Problem is that I am tall so the bodice would have to be long enough in the torso.

It was bang on the dot at 4:15 pm PST this week. It's WMTM that seems to be floating all over the place lately.

@Deezee007 - Snug on top TTS, larger on the bottom. But it to fit your chest.

@ anon 1:12 pm - I read that. I hope she is not correct. Australia got a lot of pretty colors in the Tuck N Flow, Base Runner hoodie, and Race with Grace Pullover that I was really hoping to see in North America this fall.

Speaking of the Tuck and Flow, my upload order arrived today, and the bruised berry T&F I got will be getting returned. I didn't try it on when it came out last fall, if I had I probably wouldn't have gotten it this time despite the pretty color. I took my usual sz 4 (6 in fitted tanks and swiftles), and it hung like a sack. For $68 there was just nothing remarkable about it, IMO. Doesn't help that it's almost 100 degrees today in my part of the SF Bay Area. So I'll either swap it for the magenta SS swiftly or put it toward the Savasana wrap.

The other item in my order was the swiftly tie dye tank, and it's a keeper. Nice color placement, and it's a cool, unique design. And weather-appropriate. I feel like we were cheated this summer on colors...there's been way too much black and white and just dabs of brights. And too many fall-ish items when we're mid-summer. Oh well, the good thing is it's kept my spending down.

So, for anyone out there who may actually own both - how do you find the Savasana wrap compares to the blissed out wrap? I have the BO wrap and have to say I love it, but I did wait until it went on sale at my local store when I saw they had 5 of them in the one size... I would love to hear what people here think of the Savasana and if it is worth trying to grab one?
:)

OMG the unity pullover! Can't wait! I've been searching for it online forever but really cringe at the ebay prices of almost $300. I hope it comes in some nice colours. And the savasana wrap too in the same week. Ouch... poor wallet.

I tried on the Here to There dress at the Fashion Show Mall store in Vegas back in April, and thought it was cute but passed. They only had black in my size 6, and I didn't need another black dress for $128. If they'd had the gray I would've bought it.

I wonder if the US side will get it again...and in gray or blue, not just black. So hard to predict what Lulu is going to do :/

Fit is tts, slightly snug. I wear a 4 in crbs, push your limits, define jackets and took a 4 in the dress. Im 5'8 with a long torso and the dress hits me at the smallest part of my waist right before the fabric flares. I really love this dress.

I like my grey tuck and flow I just got, despite the long arms. It's very soft. Excited about the upload next week!

I wear my black Savasana wrap EVERY morning in the northern California summer on my way to work when it is chilly. I love it. Super easy to put on, looks classy, thick, soft material. I passed on the Gratitude wrap because it doesn't even compare to this one. I sized down from a 6 to a 4 and the 4 is perfect. I recently picked up the Blissed Out wrap, which I also like, but not as much as the Savasana.

omg not more great granite.

savasana wrap and here to there dress, easy passes.

unity pullover looks pretty but probably made of snaggy material, therefore, another pass.

Got my mesh items in mail today- all will be returned. Not flattering and unsure where I can wear them to.

In comparing the Blissed out to the Savasana, the Savasana is thicker and doesn't wrinkle as easily. It doesn't have the hood and is much easier to put on because of big snaps versus buttons/loops. Savasana can be dressed up IMO whereas the Blissed Out is really more for over athletic clothes or the beach. Probably depends on the color too. Go with the black Savasana and you won't regret it. I've had mine for years and still wear it all the time. I'm tempted to pick up another one even though I need it like a hole in the head...

Are people staying tts or size down in the tuck and flow? TIA

I take a 6 in Pretty much everything lulu. Should I be sizing down for the savasana wrap?? I want to make sure I get one in the right size! Thanks

Anon @ 5:32.

I am usually a 4 or a 6 in Lulu tops and bottoms. For my old Savasana Wraps I bought size 4.

For reference I am 5'2" and 111 pounds with a slim build. Also, when I bought my Savasana Wraps I was post pregnant with a mommy tummy and I probably weighed aobut 125 pounds and I still bought a size 4.

I have a long torso also. I tried on the dress .it made my hips look 10 feet wide.
