Ooh! Some goodies tonight. I restrained myself to the black pique Skinny Will Pants and the Black Beautiful Baroque Bangbuster. However, I wouldn't mind one of the new No Limits in either Raspberry or Winter Orchid, a new Raspberry or Surge Swiftly, a pair of the Surge Gros Gingham Groovy Run shorts (but those only were on the Canadian side), the Inkwell Beautiful Baroque Wunder Under Pants (but I am going to wait for the crops on those) and a Raspberry Energy bra. There was also reversible Deep Zinfandel/black Wunder Under Pants uploaded. What did you get?

I got the black pique skinny wills too (first pair of these, pique is so irresistable!). I also got the new assorted stripe surge CRB and the heathered herringbone WUP. These look very very similar to the heathered slate ones released a month or so ago, but then again, a girl can't really have too much herringbone.
Do skinny wills usually run TTS? I ordered my TTS 6 so I hope they aren't tight!
I am disapointed that there was no deep zinfadel/orchid vinyasa :(
I know some people didn't like these, but if the Virasana Blanket Wraps haven't made their way online, is it likely they won't be coming? =(. I hate living 2 hours away from a store! Does anyone happen to know?
And this is off topic, but even the girl who models the LLL panties have thighs that would touch if she put her knees together. Just sayin'

I have a pair of Groove pants in that pique from 2 years ago...they are HORRIBLY pilled, and have been for quite some time. I've only worn them around the house and for running errands. They are also dog hair magnets. They are super soft and cozy, but they look terrible. Wary of getting the skinny wills in this fabric.
ahhh I really want the skinny wills but I tried on the textured pair in the store & thought they did nothing for me. I'm wondering if a darker version would be more flattering. I need another pair of black pants like I need a hole in the head... but these are so cute & seem versatile. But $100? ugh :( I think I'm going to hold out for the floral print WUP, but it's so hard!! lol I also like the new open your heart LS color, but again, the price is so steep for a long sleeve shirt that is not even really athletic wear. the BB bang buster is super cute!

Wanted a Base Runner 1/2 zip but no solid black came out. I am going to wait, as I am not a fan of herringbone.
OT - I got last week's online order yesterday (Mon.) because I am on the East Coast and it takes a full week from when I order to arrive. There was one item missing from my order so I called GEC. To my surprise, they said they would call me back in a day or two, after they did a WEIGHT CHECK and consulted with FedEx. No mention of a refund.
I am really annoyed because first they made a mistake in shipping (and now the item that I want is sold out), then they tell me to WAIT ... for my money??? Has this ever happened to any of you who read this blog? I would like to know if I just got a brainless person at GEC or if this is the way they typically treat orders with missing items?
What can they find out from FedEx? It is not like the package arrived ripped because the delivery person opened it and took something out. If an item was missing from the package, that is because it was not placed in there to begin with!!
This would never happen at the Gap/Athleta, for instance. They apologize first and then speedily refund. My cousin had an item missing from her Athleta order and that was how it was resolved. Lulu is such a pain sometimes.
Please, can someone tell me if they have been subjected to this awful customer service too by Lulu?

The zin/wild orchid vinyasas were at U Village (Seattle) and Bellevue Square last week. I bought one as a gift for my SIL.
I really wanted those reversible inkwell/surge crops, but I was sort of relieved they weren't there. I blew so much money on last week's upload, my wallet needs a breather! I did buy the deep zin/wild orchid plaid Speeds--I just couldn't resist, they were soo cute! (Despite me vowing last week that the inkwell BB's were the last pair of shorts I was buying this year!) I'm running out of closet space, plus I need to start Christmas shopping for other people!
I have 2 yo pique WUC that started pilling after 1 month. They also bag at the knees/stretch out quickly. But they're super comfortable. It's only now after 2 years that the pilling is bad enough that I need to throw them out. I definitely won't buy pique again. My herringbone WUPs from last November are also pilling, but the pattern hides the damage. I haven't bought a pair of LLL bottoms since, too nervous about the quality.
I'm waiting on my WUP in beautiful baroque deep zinfandel/deep zinfandel but they just uploaded them in beautiful baroque inkwell/micro macro stripe surge tonight! Do you know what the reverse of the inkwell WUP look like? I'm hoping the baroque prints are made in Canada!
Also, do you have a comparison of last month's herringbone print to the ones uploaded tonight? There's so much repeat! :(
Oh, and when I ordered my Speed shorts, I noticed that Lulu indicated it was 2 way stretch (which I already figured out because I tried on the Raspberry plaid in the store, and they were too--as most prints are). Still, that was nice that Lulu has finally done that!
The Virasana Blanket Wrap was on the Canadian site for a split second before disappearing - that, and a new long-sleeved tee. I tried to click on them but it wouldn't go past the first page... and then they disappeared altogether.
....aaaand now the Virasana Wrap and Inner Calm Long Sleeve are back up on the Canadian site. Glitchy!

Yes, a few weeks ago I was missing an ear warmer. After waiting about 5 days to hear back on the weight check I called them back. The weight check came out correctly, so they were having FedEx check track the package. After waiting another several days I called and was told FedEx was still tracking the package. When I questioned what the tracking would show since I received the package intact I was eventually given a refund. I was made to feel that they thought I was lying. The horrendous process took 10 days total if I remember correctly.
looks like lulu added some items to this upload late? when I browsed earlier there was no "sweat every day" bag and no winter orchid/zinfandel vinyasa (which was the item I was hoping for in this upload). I was just poking around on the what's new page again and now those items are up, along with some others that weren't up before (virasana blanket wrap, calm and cozy jacket, etc). Was I just not paying attention earlier??
Wow, lots of tempting things for me. I ordered the bleached coral vinyasa,winter orchid vinyasa and surge brushed nice asana jacket. I'm going to head to the store this week to try the deep Zinfandel wunder unders too. I don't remember the last time I was this interested in lulu.
Whoa. This is a BIG spending LLL month for me. I'm still waiting for last week's order of Fluff Off PO, CRB, socks, undies, and tuque to arrive and I just ordered the Virasana blanket wrap. Rulu vinyasa, and hi-lo wunder unders. My excuse is that at 4 months pregnant, lots of my existing Lulu is in storage!!! Oh god I'm in trouble...
I'm on the east coast and there is no way I can stay up for the upload but things don't seem to be selling out as quickly anymore.
Anyway, I just placed my biggest order ever - got the inkwell inspires, practice daily crops in zin, runday crops with the BB waistband, zin/bleached coral stripe crb and a pair of surge shake and breaks. Most of this stuff is to try on and see if it fits - will only keep two of the crops (at least that is what I tell myself). It's nice to have the extra time for returns to so I can see if some better interlock crops come out.
Re: the surge swiftly - I agree it looks sparkly but I think because it is heathered those are actually white flecks although silver would be kinda cool for winter!
In the US we got more colors of the base runner 1/2 zip...two versions of herringbone (black/black and white/white), a black, raspberry, and the surge which was already out. I'm having a hard time picking which herringbone I want, but I think the darker one because the panels stand out less.
That's probably it for me this morning...maybe a BB bangbuster.
OT- I really like how LLL has separated out the shorts into 2 way and 4 way stretch. No more guessing!!!
@10:22 thanks for that info. I got the new skinny wills and the two stripy CRBs. Those stripes seems sorta retro. I'm looking forward to layering them under my white burnout tops.

Are we now up to two uploads a day? Placed my order as soon as the upload showed up. Was surprised at how small it was though. Two hours later I went back to browse the site anew and I see more had been added to What's New, including Vinyasa Rulu scarves, so rushed to place a second order. Are they now doing that to prevent the site from crashing?? Kind of odd. Btw, this was in the US.
I'm disappointed the Hot Cheeks shorts are not yet available online and that not new colors were uploaded in the Fluff Off PO, wonder if that was it. Got the Surge one last week and want a second but I don't wear black tops when running and the DZ is so dull that although I love purple, it still looks unattractive to me.
The new Virasana wrap is shorter on the back and that is preventing me from buying it.
I have the Wunder Under pants in the same Black Pique, also from two years ago, as in the new Skinny Will (which I ordered today) and they are in perfect condition. My thighs touch a bit near the crotch and I have not noticed any pilling on the pique fabric. That's why I jumped on the Skinny Wills today.
Are the new reversible WUP in Deep Zinfandel sheer or scratchy Luon? The reviews for the Raspberry/black are so poor that I didn't risk getting the DZ today, but like them a lot.
In the picture of the the heathered herringbone base runner half zip, she is wearing the WU's in the new floral that is coming? I don't think those are those available yet? I see the Beautiful Baroque ones are.
Surge Swiftly's are not sparkly at all. Have both the LS and the SS and the Swiftly fabric is like the one in the other colors.
For once, a CRB that I don't want: assorted stripe surge. It's cute and I like the colour combo, I'm just not into stripes that much; I'd likely never wear it.

AJ, the heathered surge isn't sparkly at all. I bought it last week in my store. It's completely matte.

The upload is really wonky. A couple of items are now there that I'm positive wasn't when I checked during the upload. Including the Virasana Blanket Wrap and Practice Daily items.
I couldn't resist the WUC in baroque/ Zinfandel , CRB in baroque, WUP in reverse Zinfandel / black & base pullover in Black Herringbone. I did size up on the pullover cuz they run small. Then they added more to he upload!! I need to get another job to support this addiction!!
Well that was expensive. I looked at midnight and was happy to see nothing of interest. Unfortunately I checked again when I woke up at 5 and there was a whole bunch of different stuff! I got 2 105F singlets in Raspberry and Surge (scalloped edges are back!!), Surge swiftly LS, surge WUCs, Herringbone WUPs, Zinfandel WUPs and Inkwell WUPs. Ouch.
The Surge neckwarmer looked kind of sparkly in the online photos to me, too. I ordered the Surge Swiftly but if it's paper-thin like the Heathered Inkwell, I'll be pissed.
I see that the Black beautiful Baroque pattern in the CRB is available, but I'm not sure if I'll actually wear it. I have the Midnight Iris tank and I don't reach for it very often because the fabric almost seems to be pilling and it's got that polyestery texture.
Where are the WUP in herringbone did I miss them?? Btw I received my order from last week and 2 defective items. One had a red sticker arrow pointing to the mark on the fabric and the other was a swiftly in surge with pulls all over!! WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL??
Now I have to deal with the IDIOTS in customer service.
The upload was in stages-now the Virasana wrap and solid black 1/2 zip base runner are online. The Calm and Cozy jacket is identical to my Cuddle Up. I can't imagine they will bring the Cuddle up jacket back too. Why is the log different on the Black Calm and Cozy compared to the Rasp one?
any thoughts on the practice daily pants or crops?? they look really nice but hard to tell on perfect models which I am not :) I really want the crops but hate how they have the lulu symbol on the leg since I like to wear my lulu pants as street clothes as well as to work out. the pants have it on the butt but they also have a lot more ruching which I'm not sure I like. Also torn between the zin & inkwell. I'm not usually a navy girl, but these almost look like denim from the pics which is a nice change. Please if anyone tries these let us know what you think!!
I am also torn between the zin & the black vinyasa. I love purple but not sure I like how the two sides contrast so much. Is it possible to wear them so only one side shows? I don't have a vinyasa yet. Thanks in advance!
Picked up the bleached coral/guava lava vinyasa. If I didn't already have the power purple one from last year, I would've picked up the deep zin one as well. (saw it in store on Sunday and its beautiful!)
Anyone have any input on the Sweat Once a Day Bag? I'm looking for a new gym bag and like the look of the Deep Zinfandel.
I had a headband missing from an order last week. They have the warehouse check the weight which confirms to them if they forgot to pack it in you order. Headbands are pretty light but it is easy for them to confirm if they forgot to include a tank or pants. I don't blame them for checking. I chatted with the GEC on a Tuesday night and I got a call from her the next day confirming that they would refund me the $12.
4:40 good catch. that pattern looks like a new floral which I think is nicer than the beautiful baroque. Looks like the pants are not WU, but maybe a run crop with pockets at the sides.
if it's the interlock material, I am all over that.

I don't know why the Canadian site did not get the bleached coral/guava lava Vinyasa!? I am disappointed. I would have bought that! I got the gorgeous raspberry/guava lava Pure Balance sweater. Love the colour. I wish they would make a guava lava CRB!
How many rulu vinyasa scarfs can one reasonably own? I have the pink slalom (?) striped and black and grey striped ones from earlire this year. But that purple is so pretty!
Anon 6:21, same thing happened to me with the sticker with the red arrow pointing to a stain. I called GEC and kindly let them know I was a little disgusted that they KNEW an item was dirty from a previous customer and still shipped it out to me. If I pay $189 for something, I don't want to know it was worn by someone else! They were quick to offer me a $25 egiftcard.
LLA, would you mind giving a review of the skinny will pants vs. the skinny grooves? I know you've said that you prefer the fit of the skinny wills...why? I purchased the skinny grooves and they are okay, but I don't love them, wondering if the skinny wills would be better. Several reviews talk about pilling...have you found them to pill more than your other pant styles?

For me, most of the pilling has occurred on the seat and thighs, and pretty much everywhere but between the legs.
It could just be from crossing my legs or sitting for long periods of time. I think this is known as normal wear and tear!
All joking aside, I think quality varies from batch to batch, even in a single season. If we've learned anything in the past several years, LLL quality control is iffy at best.

@anon 759 Interesting... Do they normally put out patterns in both luxtreme and luon? I'm wondering if the new floral pattern in the wups will be a lux wup?? What do you think, @lla??
@Kelley - I have Skinny Wills in the pique and herringbone, not regular luon so to compare the fit to regular black luon is comparing oranges and watermelons. My pique and herringbone are pilling more in the crotch area than regular black luon does but that is because it's not as smooth a material. You will find the same true in a herringbone or pique jacket under the arms, also. I would say Skinny Will pants fit snugger down the leg than Skinny Grooves do. Also, the waistband is higher.
The Skinny "____" refers to the pant details it borrows from. So Skinny Grooves have a Groove pant waistband and seams down the back of the legs on top of straight legged pants and the Skinny Wills have a Still Pant high/foldable waistband and Still Pant pockets on straight legged pants.
People on this blog commented that they liked the fit of the Skinny Wills better than Wunder Under pants because they felt they fit people with curvier hips better so that is why I got the Skinny Will pants in those fabrics instead of the Wunder Under Pants.

Upload damage: pique skinny wills, inkwell BB WUP, 2 105 singlets (will probably return one - surge and raspberry), BB bangbuster, pink multi stripe CRB, zinfandel vinyasa as a gift... this was a bad one. i haven't ordered anything for weeks! looking forward to hearing about the Take Me Om pants and Daily Practice pants. practice daily tank looks pretty but want to try on in store. managed to skip the high/low WUP and the zinfandel reversibles.
@6:21 AM LOL! (for the comment about the GEC, not your defective items. Btw, I'm overseas and once they shipped a Swiftly with a pull on the sleeve. The GEC promptly issued a return label though, after sending them close up pics. But not before telling me, that it was not really a defect/damage but they would take it back if I didn't want to keep it)
Woke up at 3 AM est, and decided to peruse the website...Got the Base Runner 1/2 zip in white herringbone, Beautiful baroque CRB & bang buster, as well as the pique skinny wills. Thank goodness the 1/2 zip and wills will be birthday presents..
Also, has anyone thought that maybe LLL is staggering the upload to cut down on people buying for reselling purposes?

Regarding the GEC - I just had a great experience with a return. I received a swiftly LS for a birthday gift, with no receipt but tags on. There were two snags in the back, before I even tried it on. I called GEC and explained that the snags weren't a huge deal but that I was worried about the longevity of the top since it was already snagged. They asked no questions, did not ask for pictures, and sent me shipping labels immediately with promise of a gift card for full value. I just sent the return package off, and am so far quite pleased with the experience! Sounds like I got lucky!
Tried on the new daily yoga tank today. I loved the color but was bummed at the neckline. This tank is not made for busty girls. Im a 34DD and the 8 or 10 did not kerp my boobs in. Too bad :(
