People are once again having problems loading the new items for this week's upload. They're having to clear out caches and switch browsers to see everything - what's the deal, lulu? Anyway, quite a few people are scooping up the new down and pique rulu items. I ordered the Base Runner rulu pant in black. My beloved
Feel Good Sweats are a bit big on me so I am kind of looking for a replacement for those. Not sure if these will be it, though, but am curious to try them. I also ordered the Deep Zinfandel Bangbuster. I was thinking about the Winter Orchid and Raspberry Swiftlys but I'll check those out in the store. I was also looking for the Raspberry No Limit Tank and the Deep Zinfandel striped Power Y but those were not uploaded to the US side of the website. I might have ordered a Raspberry Energy bra but only Canada got that. The new Run Day crops also look interesting. It says they are luxtreme and mesh. I want to try these on in the store. The new 2 in Run tank is interesting only in the material I used to know as Silverescent seems to be renamed to Seriously Light Luon. I also noticed some of luxtreme items have been renamed "Interlock", such as the luxtreme Wunder Unders. The little pop-up box says Interlock is a double layer of luxtreme. If Interlock is the extra compressive, thick, opaque luxtreme then bring it on. I can't say how much I love my luxtreme Wunder Unders. Start making some Interlock Inspires, lululemon.

Ordered the black fluff vest, surge crb, piqué base runner in heathered black, and the 1/2 zip base runner in surge. Soooo excited!!
I could not resist the raspberry gingham speed shorts. Loving the colour and the pattern.
I'm just waking up on the east coast and seeing the upload. Tons of new stuff in pretty new colors but I'm not sure I'll order anything.
Was in a store yesterday and saw most of the stuff and it is very pricey. I recently told myself I was going to reel in my lulu spending. The surge crb is really pretty in person though! Definitely more green toned than spry which was more yellow.
Also, I'm the woman with the inkwell inspires that are falling apart at the waist band. Unfortunately the store I went to said they no longer send things out for repairs. They offered to damage out the crops and give me a new pair but they only had black. Plus I really like the inkwell. She said I could hold on to the damaged pair and think about it. They also gave me their seamstresses number so I could take them to her myself but then I have to pay for it. I will try another store that is close to my work and see what they say. I may have gone for the exchange if they had the deep zinfandel because I love the color and it would go with most of my crbs. I could also just try to sew it myself but I'm not very good at that!
I ordered the surge CRB, the inkwell and raspberry speed shorts and the purple ear warmer.
Has anyone A cup or small B cup tried on the yeah yoga tank? Did it fit ok? The bust looks wrinkled in the bust on the models, especially the raspberry one but you can see it on the purple one as well.

Oy! Large dollar order for me. So many great winter running things. I just moved from a warm climate to a cold climate so I'm trying to build up my winter running wardrobe! I got the Base Runner LS in winter orchid, the Base Runner pant, the Fluff Off vest in Black, the Base Runner 1/2 zip in Surge, and the scoop neck in winter orchid (love that tank and the color is so pretty!) The heathered raspberry swiftly LS is also on my wishlist but I couldn't pull the trigger with everything else in my cart. YIKES!
Does anyone else find the 2 in run stripe placement distracting?!
True to my word ... Fluff off vest in deep Zinfandel and a base layer LS in raspberry. Will do double duty as running gear and ski gear in the eastern Sierra this winter!
Interesting the hot cheeks short. I like my hot cheeks skirt from last year. Wondered what changes they would make to the idea of extra warmth in the nether regions for winter running. I will definitely get the new base runner l/s.
love the pique surge neck warmer and ear warmer! What are the chances of a vinyasa coming out in that "pattern" (or even gray)? I believe last year LLL offered both in beaming blue/polar cream?
Is the Speed Tight Interlock the same as Cozy? Renaming confuses me. I love my Speed Cozy, just need to know if it's the same before buying new colors. Tia!

Has anyone seen in person the new Clear Mint color and comment on how similar it is to Wild Lime, Citron and Faded Zap? From the screen it looks so much like all of these three older colors.

Well, this has been the most expensive single order of the year for me. Let me just say that. I ordered every item that made of Pique or down, or both in all colors available ;-) plus a couple of Luxtreme tanks in DZ and WO. Hubby will not be happy when he sees the bill, I'm afraid.
BTW I had to stalk the site for exactly an hour after the upload, for ALL new items to become available for purchase.
I got the base runner 1/2 zip, but only saw it in surge. Does it come in raspberry on the us side? Also got fluff off pullover. Bummed the new Zinfandel/ winter orchid vinyasa scarf was not uploaded. I need one!! Hopefully next week as I don't live near a store....

Still, I managed to find several lovely items to purchase! I LOVE the color raspberry so I got the energy bra and the swiftly SL, and also got the surge CRB and the pink gingham speeds which are adorable!!!
Lulu needs to get their site in order. When i first ordered this morning I couldn't see any of the fluff off gear (luckily i wasn't interested in these items anyway)!

No thanks - I would rather pay scalping prices on ebay for the hot cheeks skirt than for a pair of snow pants shorts.
The 2 in Run shirt has potentiality, but I really wish they would make something that doesn't cross over the neck, during long runs this just hurts... So nothing for me aside from the ear warmers again it seems

Um, what happened to the Hot Cheeks shorts in both colors? Suddenly gone. I saw them at 7:00 EST, could they have sold completely out in both colors by 9:30 a.m. EST?
Might be willing to venture into the expensive running top territory with a pique Base Runner top. I can see that being a better option than some of the other tops I have, and would be a good to-from layering top for yoga. Probably gonna pull the trigger on the Deep Zin Speed Tights, too. Just love those suckers. Was surprised they released another pair in inkwell with a different waistband. REALLy glad I didn't get the plum. Deep zin will be easier to match.
i'm safe because the down stuff is black, not gray, and i'm not a fan of black. also the zinfandel doesn't look that nice in the outerwear fabrics, IMO.
tempted by the rulu tops and the base runner pants, but don't need them.
think i'm going to get the BB zinfandel WUP - wish they were hi/lo but oh well.
LLA, did you get those in TTS? i tend to be a 6 in WUs these days but those are polyester.

for those who want a brisk neck warmer, i have the blue/polar cream one from last year and i love it. so comfortable and doesn't get in your way at all.
Oh, super expensive week for me. I ordered the base runner long sleeve in 3 colors, the base runner half zip, the fluff off pullover, the run with me ear warmer and brisk run neck warmer -- all in surge. Woke up to snow on the ground, so I was a sucker for the cold weather running gear.
I ordered the base runner 1/2 zip in surge and surge crb. So glad to see that color back! I totally could've done a lot more damage with the down pieces, but realistically I will not run in any of it so it would just be a piece to sit in my closet with rare use. I love it though and might put it on my Xmas list if it's still around.
I really hope the appearance of the Hot Cheeks shorts doesn't mean there will be no skirt this year. Leave it to Lulu to mess with a best seller.

When did they move the leg logos higher? I was looking at the High/Low WUP and they're now behind the knee rather then mid calf.

I just got the surge CRB. I am tempted by the speeds and scoop neck tank (because I loooove the color), but want to try them on in-store since I haven't tried either before. Boo to no BB CRB or WUCs!
I'm thinking about getting the Relay Tight for my husband. He got a pair a couple years ago, but wondered why they had a seam down the middle of the front...like the repurposed a women's cut/pattern. This new tight no longer has that problem. Plus they had reflective dots!

When I try to add any of the Knit Happens Toque, it says that are all sold out. Could this be right? Seems strange that all 3 colors would be sold out. Also, I don't even see the hot cheeks shorts.....not that I'm interested.
i ordered the Base Runner 1/2 Zip in Surge, but i really want to order a Base Runner LS, the Speeds in Deep Zinfandel, the neck warmer and Run with Me Ear Warmer. I'm just trying to decide if i want to spend that much money. I was hoping for some new Speeds Luxtreme. it doesn't get warm enough here for the down items, thankfully.
It's very hard for me to order anything with a zipper because I've had so many bad 'zipper' experience.. Zipper doesn't work, get stuck on itself, on the fabric, stuck on the seam. The What the Fluff jackets and vests had zipper issues (I tried on 3 for each and zipper was stuck all 6 times). I want to be able to pull the zipper down and off with one hand. These are all nice but I will wait to try on in the store. Nothing for me last night.
anyone know if we'll be getting WUCs in surge/inkwell?
I can't decide if I want the BB WUP. Luluaddict, are they reversible? I thought I read somewhere that they are. That might make it a little bit more "worth it" for me.
I'm also wavering on the surge shake &break shorts. I'm a die hard speed short addict but the colors have been so awful. I love surge & maybe I would wear the s&b shorts more often as casual shorts. Can anyone comment on the fit & if you like these shorts? I'm a 4-6 in lulu bottoms, so I'm guessing I'd need a 4 in these.
I've been waiting for a plain rulu long sleeve or pullover but don't like any of the new ones. Too much going on, as usual. Also was hoping for the zin vinyasa but I don't need that at all, so I'm kind of glad I couldn't impulse buy it :p
The Hot Cheeks shorts look like hot pads you would use for pulling things out of the oven. I think they would work as a skirt, but as shorts? I imagine a bunching issue. While functional, they look weird and fussy.
Deep Zinfandel Speed Tights and Surge CRB! If you hover the cursor over the Speed Tights photo, it says they are Cozy tights, so they are the same ones, only with the Interlock title.
Base Runner LS runs small. I am a 2 or 4 in all lulu tops and the 4 was way too tight. Didn't like the seaming in the mid-back so left without buying
@anon 3:40 I tried the yeah yoga tank and it does gap in the middle of the bust. I'm a b cup and I think it was made for someone larger. Don't think I could size down because rest of it would be too small. Super bummed about it cuz it's cute.
Inkwell Baroque Speeds and the Black Fluff Off Pullover - fingers crossed - I ordered a size up as suggested and REALLY hoping it looks as cute on me as it does on all of these ladies! In love with the concept of slim rulu (and herringbone!) sleeves/sides with down body and hood - I'm in SoCal so is overkill for running but can see throwing this on over a CRB for to/from, or for walks all winter :)
hey everyone - just curious about something i spotted on the lulu site - the Base Runner Pant - when looking over the views on the black pair, there shows a bottom of what looks like a base runner zip - in grey pique -and when looking at the other colours theres a black one as well - at first i thought maybe it was soon to be coming Base LS, but them hem looks to be straight on those and curved on the BL zip - so excited for a grey one as well as solid black - what are your thoughts?
I bet they moved the logo so it can be seen when wearing high boots since that is the trend. They want to make sure everyone sees their logo.
I wondered what spin they would do on the Hot Cheeks Skirt from last year, which I have and like. I run in hardcore winter temps and it does provide a more warmth. It doesn't ride up on me and the only thing it needed was a bit more length, with no flaring out and would not impede you while running. To that end, I'm disappointed they didn't just do that.
However, Hot Cheeks Short, I will check them out. The HC Skirt is actually not that thick with down fill, so the short should not be either. It's probably a non-issue about "padding" between the legs. Over the right tight and with my Run Bundle Up Jacket, this will work and not look dumb. The main thing is I'd be happy to have even a better angle on extra warmth (the HC Skirt has a bit of a draft). The only problem I forsee is if the short rides up. That will be one true test of its function.
Also going to get the Base Runner l/s and am interested in the Base Runner pant (though normally don't go for cuffed hems) and Surge CRB.
I have the red HC skirt from last year, it was not that warm, my northface down skirt worked better. I sense the HC short is going to be too short when it gets real cold and your legs would need something longer to cover them.

Uh the hot cheeks skirt is worn with a proper winter running tight. The whole point is that one's butt gets too cold and that's where you want extra warmth. Experienced runner of many years here. Hasn't mattered how fab any of my various winter gear has been, butt still gets way too cold, not my legs. Guess we all feel it in different areas. That said, if your butt literally is hot during true winter temperatures, the skirt or short is not for you :)
