Special Edition Items and More

Some of the details on the SE stuff

SE Bow CRB. I am reading you need to size up in the lace SE CRB because the lace isn't very stretchy.
Special Edition - Ruffled Up Scuba
The new black and white striped Wunder Under crops.

 White Yoga Racer burnout tank

The Calm and Cozy jacket are in the stores

Deep Zinfandel Reversible Wunder Under Pants

Inkwell/Assorted Stripe Surge No Limit Tank

Just Be Tee

The new water bottles and toiletry kits.

If anyone heads out to their stores tomorrow tell us the deals you spot. I am debating heading to the malls to see what is on the markdown racks but am leaning towards not going.

The water bottles with the I 'heart' run, they don't read grammatically correct. I love run? I love *to* run or I love running. But I love run? Am I just being nitpicky? Maybe I need something to do. LOL

I love the details of the SE stuff, I just wish it would come in colors other than black. I have too much black in my wardrobe and looking for color!

Went to my Lulu store last night, absolutely nothing! Same old stuff on markdown and the SE stuff is BORING.....rather spend money on GW coming next week.

Where in the Heck are the good deals I went to my store and nothing went online yesterday and same crap on WMTM. Really is lulu that cheap they couldn't offer deals for Black Friday??

The Calm and Cozy Jacket looks very cheap something you would buy at Old Navy. The colors are washed out and it is thin.

Nothing new in the Black Friday sales only the stuff that was marked down previously that did not sell.

I missed the SE wunder pants with ruffles :-( if anyone sees a size 6 in their store and wants to be a lulu angel... ;-)

I went a little crazy here in Seattle!
- black Forme jacket $69
- plum Nice Asana jacket $69
- plaid groovy run shorts $19
- Run for Your Life crops (plum/inkwell stripe?) $39
- plum Dance Studio Crops $39
- black Skinny Groove pants $59
Was tempted by the savasana wrap, but didn't get it.

on the second photo group down...with the balloons in the middle...what are the two designs on the right and left? it looks like rushing (sp?) on some pants?

Went to LLL in Montreal to return the brisk blossom/bloom scoop neck tank (side note, the scoop neck is not super flattering for the small busted among us) & to check out the Black Friday sales.
Meh. Similar items & pricing as WMTM. There were 3 racks (as opposed to 1) of sale items. I saw some green bean full tilts for 59$, nice asana jacket for 69$-79$ dollars, live simply jackets (wish they had other colors other than cornflower, inkwell & black!) for 89$, a few speed shorts for 29$, bras for 29$, tanks for 29$, etc...
Apparently the store opened at 8 am & by the time I got there it was a bit after 11 am. The store was packed & some people were scrambling, but I don't feel as though it was worth it. I did not pick up anything.

In Glendale at Americana they have 30% off sale stuff and it's a sale location upstairs! Got some cute stuff but it went fast!

I love my calm and cozy jacket. I wore it to the gym today and got a lot of compliments. It's about 30 degrees out and I was toasty. The neck on the jacket is fantastic, no need to wear a scarf. I highly recommend it.

Hi, I bought one this morning. Do you want it? I can sell it for $92 plus the sales tax of 9% & shipping from California

Anon 9:18 Skinny Grooves were marked down to $59?!

Anon@ 12:29 .... R u referring to the size 6 SE WUP? If so, email me! :-). Lindseybs (at) live (dot) com. Thanks!

Just realized that the skinny groove pants I bought are actually TALL skinny groove pants (and I am not tall.) Oops. Guess I'll be selling those on eBay - clearly I shouldn't be shopping at 8am! Haven't had enough coffee at that point!

I was able to get my hands on a pair of cornflower inspires ($39), run for your life crop in black with cornflower paisley($39), and a sizzle yellow no limits ($19)!!! SCORE!! I'm a very happy girl.

@Anon 1:11pm yes, at the store I went to (Pacific Place in Seattle), skinny grooves were on the markdown rack for $59... although I'm going to sell the pair I got because I accidentally bought tall

Eaton Centre had a few racks of stuff on sale, but nothing that great. Pretty much the stuff that is in wmtm. There were MANY In the Flow crops and shorts, if you can live with the sheerness, haha. The only truly decent thing to be had/good score, was a wide stripe CRB similar to the 'pow stripe angel wing/hyper stripe plum', but was the version with dark blue, teal and yellow. I don't care for stripes so it was not even a buy for me.

I did buy the SE CRB with the ruffle around the neckline. My usual size 4 was fine. I tried the SE with the lace back and that is a definite size up item. I tried the 4 and could get it on but there was no give and it was awkward. The 6 fit fine but I just didn't care for it that much. I looked at the Calm and Cozy jacket. I agree with someone's comment from the other day that it's thin and not the quality of the Cuddle Up (have one). It definitely is not but it's better than a Scuba Stretch. I won't rush to buy one, maybe if it goes to markdown I'll consider it.

Anon at 2:11, can you fix that with hemming? I made that mistake with a different style of lululemon pants last year, and my local store was happy to hem them, even months later.

I went to Lulu after work today to look for the coco pique WUP. Found them, but didn't see any great markdowns. When I was paying at the register I was asked if I wanted to write down any goals or things I'm grateful for. I did and then was offered 15% off! Got my coco pique WUP for less than $70, now I wish I would've bought more with the discount but I need to limit my spending.. but was pleasantly surprised by that!!

@ 8:29 & 2:11, that is right, you can have them hemmed at any time. 2:11, I bought a pair of tall grooves earlier this year on purpose because they were the OLD luon (still had the red hangtag on them). I had them hemmed no problem. It didn't change the look or way they fall on me (I'm 5'5"). They are reversible so the only thing is, on the inside side, the logo is literally at the bottom of the pant, inches from the hemline. I just don't wear them on that side.

@ anon 8:42 pm - 15% off is a nice surprise. Are the coco piques textured or more like a photo of a print on smooth fabric? I am reading conflicting reports?

Anonymous said...

LLA--Yes, to me the coco piques feel more smooth than textured. Just some of the white specks are "frayed". Different than I imagined from seeing them online but I like them.

Anonymous said...

The coco pique is a little textured on the outside. Nice and warm, definitely not just a printed pattern on regular luon. I got a pair today and love them!

I went online & also to my local Lulu store today & couldn't find the special edition scubas. Are they already sold out?

@ anon 8:04 pm - There is a good chance they will show up for Cyber Monday - last year there was a very late Sunday evening upload (like 11:00 pm + PST). I am hoping for the Bow SE one to be uploaded since I really like the print.
