Ugh, so I think I am getting at least three (!!!) Plum Cool Racerbacks now. I had a ton of trouble checking out. I never got a confirmation screen on any of my orders but now I am getting confirmation emails and so far I have two plum CRBs on order. My initial order was the Plum CRB, the Plum Energy bra, the pique Skinny Wills (even though I am not a huge skinny will fan but they're
pique), and the Midnight Iris Duffel. I'm not sure which, if any, of these orders will actually go through. I wish lulu would get more bandwidth or fix whatever the problem is that keeps hanging the ordering system up.

Tried to buy the black Power y. Same thing. Not sure if i bought none or 5.
I didn't seem to have any problems this week but last week it took forever to check out... I tried multiple times and received confirmation... and then my item ... plum DSJ was cancelled the next day. It's okay though because I got the right as rain tonight which is much more useful to me as I recently broke the zipper on my rain jacket. It is super frustrating though. I was wondering this week when I couldn't even get into the site for the first fews minutes of the upload.
Can't get my order through tonight. This happened before and I ordered the same things three times over, which I soon discovered via confirmation email. I can't complete my check out, but I've been trying for an hour and no confirmation emails have come through either. Hmmm..... 15 of the same orders would be world's silliest way to overdraw my account!
I think if you just refreshed the "complete order" screen it only went through once but I opened another browser for my second order and then went to another computer for the third. So far, I only have two order confirmations at this point. Thank goodness.
Argh.. I tried buying online today but I can't get beyond the "complete your order" screen.. The *confirmation* message just stays on screen and then disappears... No email confirmation of any purchases...
I've spent the last 40 minutes trying to order a crb, heathered plum & blue moon l/s swiftly's and a heathered plum swiftly 1/2 zip with no luck. Now its telling me my credit card is invalid! This is ridiculous!
Got 3crbs in pow stripe split pea,plum, and pow stripe raspberry Glo,plum crb,fluffin awesome vest in plum and energy bra in plum.. I checked out these items separately though.. I had five windows open on my ipad because I knew that checking out would be a hustle and it was.. Super expensive week for me and the fiance will freak out.
I received my paypal confirmation that I authorized a payment but my order did not go through yet. Afraid to click on "complete my order" again for fear I'll get charged twice.
Haha at least now I feel a little less crazy. Tried two browsers on my laptop, my phone via wifi, via mobile network, my bf's computer on a third browser... This is madness!
I'm pretty new to LLL. I would love to buy a long sleeve for running in the fall, so I'm interested in getting a ls swiftly or the 1/2 zip swiftly in raspberry glo light, but noticed the back is different than the other colors. Does anyone know if this affects the fit or performance? Also, should I size up? I'm 130lbs, 36C and usually wear 8s in LLL tops. Thanks for the help!

UPDATE (I paid via Paypal)- good thing I didn't click "complete your order" again. I waited about 15 minutes and eventually I got an email from LLL with my confirmation number.
I have 2 skinny wills coming, because of the stupid website! Argh!

what is the problem and how can we get through? i tried to place like 10 orders with 4 diff credit cards.. lol does that mean im gonna have 10 orders??!!
Paypal has charged me TWICE for an item I intended to purchase ONCE. It took a while but I got ONE confirmation email so far. I hope it doesn't get cancelled!!! I can always return the extra one if it goes through. BUT IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Paypal has already sent me an email saying I've authorized a payment to LLL but on the LLL site, it's still showing that 'Processing' popup in the Checkout. Ugh!
I can't recall but is GEC even on standby during uploads? Sucks to go through this and then have to wait for GEC hours in order to make a complaint or follow up on your order... if it went through at all!
Well, if anyone gets an extra pair of skinny wills in a size 6, I'd love to take them off your hands if my order doesn't go through! I'm also trying to buy the high/low wup in ziggy wee sept black/black, size 6. Checking my acct tomorrow morning will be interesting.

Just received two order confirmations about 1.5 hours after trying about 5 times. I guess it's my fault for hitting submit multiple times, but in my experience nothing is ordered/final until I receive a confirmation or order number.
I'm never doing that again... I'm REALLY looking forward to canceling all those orders in the morning.
You were early - there usually isn't a problem if you order right away.
After about 2 hrs (!!!) I ended up with plum LS swiftly, plum l/h wu, ziggy wee sept wu, plum crb, black luon power y, heathered black 105f singlet, and the multi colored enery bra. Need to cut myself off. So mad at LLL for not having the sh*t together-waste of my life.
Oh LOVE the Dhyana shirt uploaded on canadian site it's out of Vitasea hope we get those in so ca soon :) Noticed they got a different skinny will too Ziggy wee & the piqué
To buttercupz. I always size up in any swiftly thats not a tank. I'm usually a TTS 4 but go to a 6 in swiftlys and CRBs. Hope that helps:)
Damn... didn't have power until just now (5:45 am) and the hi/low plum WUs are already sold out in my size. :( I'm pretty new to lulu, do they restock or is this it?
I got a confirmation email a little while after I ordered BUT the order submission in my browser never actually finished loading. It was still trying to load the confirmation page hours later. Very strange but it did go through.
I just got a plum energy bra. The energy bra is slightly loose on me so I'm hoping I didn't need to size up for plum. I'm worried about just how small they run.
I don't order online since I live 5 minutes away from a store, but I definitely want to check out the Hi/Low Wunder Unders.
Looks like they'd be great to wear to class - like if I bend forward too much skin won't show :) I'll have to try them on to make sure I love 'em before I purchase!!

Expensive night for me! I ordered the blue moon swiftly 1/2 zip (finally! the 1/2 zips!), the plum CRB, plum swiftly LS, and the blue moon scoop neck. I'm also thinking about ordering the plum swiftly 1/2 zip but couldn't pull the trigger on that this week. Loving these colors!
August was an expensive Lulu month! Picked up the 105F singlet in gray and the spry blue luon power y. Tempted by the journey crop and right as rain jacket but will need to hold on those for now. Should be getting my plum in the flow crops in the mail soon!

plum hi-lo and pique skinny. that was ridiculous. here's to hoping the other 5-6 times didn't work from the iphone - even downloaded the chrome browser and it didn't work.
I just had trouble checking out also! When I clicked the final "Order" or "complete purchase" button, all of a sudden a pair of groove pants showed up in my bag (while I was waiting for credit card approval), even though I can say with 100% certainty that they were not there before. Weird...
Well, I'm glad I didn't stay up for this upload. Sounds like a disaster, and everything I wanted was still waiting for me ar 7:30am. I had about 6 items in my online shopping bag at one point, but ultimately limited myself to the 105F singlet, plum crb, and plum high/low WUP. I liked the high waisted WUP, so I'm hoping that I'll like this version, too. I hope that my local store gets the Scoop Neck tanks in so I can try them on.
Yeh as Anon @ 11:53 said, you can cancel your order or items that were ordered in duplicate (or quintuplicate!). Save some merch for us! ;)
I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I saw the Power Y LUON. And in solid colors no less! Ordered all 3 colors. This made my week.
Might also pull the trigger on the midnight iris Scoop Neck. It would look good with my Bordeaux Drama from last year. I love this style top. Excited to see it back in rotation.

That was a sweet upload, and I wanted to order everything. That said, I'm glad I didn't try to place an order last night. Lulu really needs to get it together. I hope they don't try to push the upload time back to the middle of the night in an effort to mitigate all the traffic. And I also hope everyone gets what they ordered and/or is easily able to cancel any extra orders!
I really want the duffel bag but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I love the bright yellow interior--makes it so easy to find things.
The Swiftly Half-Zips are appealing too, but I don't recall the $88 price tag. Have they always been $88?! I'll probably skip for now and see what the fall Rulu pullovers look like.

I tried for an hour to order and never got the confirmation screen. Got 3 emails though with 3 different confirmations numbers:( $265 each order, ugh. I called to see if I could cancel 2 of them and she put in a request, but said they may go through anyway. They were obviously seeing a lot of that this morning. Oh well, at least I got what I wanted even if its 3 of each item for now!

The plum wunder unders sold out before I could complete check out :( and we don't have a store in my town...
I called the education centre when this happened to me last upload, and they confirmed the number of orders and put through cancellation requests for the ones I didn't want. They don't charge your credit card until it is shipped 2-3 days after the order.
@LLA I love your blog so much! It's just as addicting as LLL! I am relatively newer to LLL and wanted to know what your opinion and other readers opinions are of best crops to cycle/spin in are? I have a few pairs of WUs, but I'm nervous to spin in them because I don't know how they will hold up, and if they will pill where the seat rubs. The seaming seems delicate also. I have yet to buy lux crops because i'm nervous since the material is thinner that it will wear out in the crotch area quickly. Thanks for any input!

They fit pretty snug, and I don't like anyone knowing about my third boob on my back. ;) Seriously, I wear a 4 in almost all Lulu tops (except looser fitting ones like the 105f and Run For All Tanks I'm a 2). The Swiftlys and anything with a built in bra, I wear a 6. I'm 5' tall, 102 lbs., 32D for reference. I wear my regular sized bra in Tata Tamer and am a 4 in Energy bra (except, the plum one ran small). One of the most frustrating things for me lately, has been Lulu's sizing irregularities. It's driving me nuts!
I ordered at 10:15ish and mine went thru ok here in Canada. I got the skinny will pique and plum CRB. I really had my eyes on some other things but am limiting my purchases rather than getting everything I want. :)
I would have liked to try the Astro shorts, Atma tank, swiftly 1/2 zip, the vest and the grey singlet.

Order went through smoothly at 10pm PST, on an iPad no less. I logged in a couple hours prior to upload and did not use PayPal which always slows down the processing time.
lulu is overwhelmed with orders that they can't keep up. I hope that when I decide to order something it is still there. There is a high demand for their stuff.

Ordered the plum swiftly LS and the plum CRB. Don't know if I need both but I can figure that out later. I ordered within 5 minutes of the upload and I had no problems, even on my iPhone using their mobile site.
I was just on the Canada site and was looking at the pics for the Right as Rain Jacket and in the photos for the Inkwell color the model is wearing a really pretty plum turtleneck top with the jacket. it looks like it is a tissue weight ribbed material. I wonder if it is wool along the lines of the St. Moritz tops from last winter.
i ordered 105 singlet, energy bra, & a headband. my order kept getting stuck at "processing" but i got a confirmation email a couple hours later. i have been waiting for plum WUs but i dont like high rise pants, & folding them is annoying. other pants i have like that i am constantly having to readjust when i sit down or stand up. plus the thing i like most about WUs is the logo is on the back so i can use them for everyday wear as well as exercising. for $92, i need to be able to use them a lot. i really hope they come out w/ some regular plum WUs. those who got them, please let us know if they are sheer!
That plum turtleneck looks like burn out material by the ribbing on it. Looks to be very thin as well because you can see the sports bra outline underneath.
LLA- can you tell me what the differences between the LS swiftly and the half zip are other than the zipper and higher neck? I'm just wondering what warrant
S the $20 price increase? Is it thicker or something? Thanks for your help. I have several LS swiftlies but have never tried the half zip.
@ anon 11:49 am - Like you said, I think the zipper and the taller neck are the main differences. The material might be a bit thicker, too. Though the raspberry glo striped LS I tried on felt thicker than most swiftlys.
LLA, I too noticed that the rasp glo swiftly was a thicker material. Hopefully, that means it won't pill as easily. It felt more like the Gap Fit Motion tops to me, which I love.
On a different LLL note, did anyone else notice that the new socks (the higher ones) are plum and pretty pink? Isn't pretty pink the same pink that came out last year with bordeaux drama? I know LLL has been recycling colors like crazy, but it'd be nice to at least change the mix. Release light pink with blues and greens with burgundy/plum. Just a thought...
The swiftly 1/2 zips were priced at $88 last year - no price increase.
I got the error screens and a few hours later got two confirmations for two duplicate orders and was charged for both. I chatted this am with customer service and they said one was already canceled. I then got shipping notices for both so contacted them again. They said they both indeed did ship and I'd be charged for both, and my only recourse is to return one, which is pretty inconvenient.
I had a kind of hilarious exchange with the rep, though, where I told her point blank that I'd appreciate an apology and an acknowledgement that the mistake was on their end. She just kept saying "I hear that you're frustrated". Is there some Landmark Forum thing against saying you're sorry?

On the contrary, I am huge fan of skinny wills, so I was so bummed to find out the crop wills were so see through. :( I had last year's version of Skinny Wills so I didn't snatch this time...who knows...
I called customer service last week as I didn't think my order went through and they couldn't see the order ( seems like they never can with PayPal) turned out it did go through. Their system sucks so bad! Why don't they fix this! This is almost as bad as blaming their customers for see through pants and bleeding colors!
Swiftly Tech 1/2 zip from previous year had reflectivity along both sides of the zipper. The price was $88 too. This year's version doesn't look as sharp and lack the reflective strip.
I'm a huge fan of the 1/2 zip Switly, have all previous colours released. I get them TTS, because I like them fitted (I'm 34B anyway)
I size up for everything Swiftly except the tank - it's looser than the other swiftly items.
I went into the store today in London Ontario and for the 1/2 swiftly in plum and in rasp glo light. I love the plum but am not sure about the rasp glo. I'm not sure if I am loving the stripes. I feel like the material of both swiftlys seem a bit thicker than previous releases. I got my usual size 6. They both fit like a dream. I also picked up the plum hi lo wup. They are super flattering. They were not sheer but you can see a titch of a shadow of the tag. Not the white but the outline. They do seem a bit thinner and not quite as compressive as other wup but I think I'm going to keep them. I was stocking bordeau wup on eBay for the last year but they have all been so expensive on eBay. I actually think I prefer the plum better. I also bought the plum crb but have yet to try it on. Also bought the right as rain jacket in my tts 6. Tried on a 4 as people were saying to size down but found it too tight across my chest and back.I am an athletic 5'7. 140lbs 36 C . I wanted to be able to layer a scuba or other jacket underneath. I'm still debating on whether to keep the $200 rain jacket. Everyone I talk to seems to think this jacket is the staple lulu item to have so I'm worried if I return it I will regret it and be searching for it on eBay! Probably for $400!
