the inspires are cute. I am really tempted by the stuff your bra. I will try it next time I go into a lulu store. I would not put my phone in it but maybe a key and some cash, or my knife when I am sailing.

Oh I finally get it now! If you take the Half Cut Pullover, roll up the sleeves and hide it with a scarf then it looks somewhat acceptable! Silly me!! :)

The product photos for the Half Cut pullover are just awful, but it actually looks cute styled with WUs and scarves in these photos. Still a bit too much $ for a weekend top...

Tried on the Astro shorts yesterday. Weird fit... felt very short in the stride, very bootylicious for a 4" inseam, and overall uncomfortable. I thought before I tried them on that they would be cute lounge shorts, but I couldn't get them off fast enough. The Astro pants are my favorite, so I thought these would be a sure thing, but I was way wrong. For reference, I'm a size 10 in Groovy Runs and tried on a 10 in these.

I can't speak to the fit of the Astro shorts since I didn't try them on. However, I didn't try them on because I wasn't impressed with the look of them. I love my luon shorts from last year (Strength & Tone??). The astros were longer, looked looser, and overall reminded me of shorts that I owned as a kid in the early 90s. Kind of like the high waisted, wide jean shorts a la Fresh Prince of Bel-Air...except luon.

I also tried on the Astro shorts yesterday. I saw them on the Canadian site last week, and was very excited when they were uploaded yesterday. I started to order them online right away, but something told me to wait and try them on in stores. Boy, I am glad I did. The feel of the shorts were great! I love the idea of a loose fitting luon short, and the $48 price tag is lulu reasonable. Unfortunately, the execution/craftsmanship on these shorts is extremely poor. Immediately, when I put on the shorts, my eyes went right to the crotch area. First, I tried on a size 4 (5'1" and 120 with muscular legs) and I looked like I had a crotch wedgey (tall about embarrassing)! The educators wanted me to come out and model, but I would not dare with the obscenity of the camel toe. I then proceeded to try on the a size 6. Not only was the waist baggy in a size 6, but I still experienced the baggy crotch. Ugh, I really wanted these shorts. I really like the inkwell base color.

I'm with Anon 9:22 about the fit of the Astro Shorts, they are a size-up item and even then I'm not sure they would be good for any workouts I do: running, yoga, biking.
Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Luxtreme WUC and the Plum Inspires are NOT SHEER. Maybe Lulu is getting their act together. The WUC seemed to fit a lot more snugly than the luon version, but they were too similar to my YogaSmogas so I didn't see why I'd need another pair, when the YS would be more durable and less prone to snagging anyway. I was also surprised to fall in love with the midnight iris CRB-the pattern is just abstract enough to not look like flowers, but still add some interest to an otherwise black tank. It was very silky (due to the Elastane in the blend, no doubt) and the backing is grey with lime green thread, kind of a fun detail. It too fit more snugly than I'm used to, but the bigger size would probably slip up over my head during inversions.

LOVE the midnight iris backpack... bought Urban Trekker though so I really don't need a new backpack :(

Picked up an Ivivva Village chill scarf (Rulu) in pow pink/black yesterday online. I love these scarves! And the price is decent. Also got a heathered tender violet long sleeve swiftly (they call it fly tech). Super cute stuff on Ivivva lately.

Why aren't the Vinyasas made of Rulu anymore? :( Luon light sucks as a scarf!!
