Update - Several readers are commenting in they think this might be an older, left over cool racerback from a couple of years ago. Styles and colors do linger much, much longer in SSP stores. Additionally, I thought the coming red we were getting was going to be Alarming and not a repeat of Love. I guess we'll know soon enough.

I think that is an old CRB. My gym sells Lulu and they had the solid Love Red CRBs when all the other love red items were old. That CRB didn't sell well at my gym..they still have some on the discount rack.

Do you think it will bleed? I have a really old short sleeve silverescent dark red running shirt (don't remember what the name was or the color, it's old), but that thing didn't bleed. I think that's the only red lulu thing I have.

I also really like that so many of the CRBs lately are Made in Canada. This one might have to become part of my wardrobe and hopefully it is available in time for Canada Day!

Really? Love Red? Argh. What about a true blue red? I love orange, I LOVE orange, and I practically own every orange Lulu has presented so far, but I do not "love red orange", I want a "Love Red Blue"!
And please give me a print besides stripes...and polka dots.

I'm not familiar with Love Red in person. I would be happy to have a great red from LLL. I did not like last year's Currant red at all.
Making CRB's in Canada is one of the actual smart things they've done in a while.
I was finally able to get the black/quilt summer 13 speed shorts in store today. They are 4 way stretch. Much like the nimbus stripe and the Multi Groove striped CRB's, the way the pattern lays on the waistband means you might want to review the different waistbands for the best version.
@ anon 3:50 pm - we were trying to remember if a solid Love Red came out last summer. I remember the Tonka Stripe version, which I bought. Do you think it's from two years ago? I'll have to dig up photos and compare the stitching because that is what lulu tends to change on the CRBs when they do a re-release. I know there is an orangey red in the Multi Stripe pattern and I was thinking it was going to be Alarming that was coming and not love red.
I do not think this is an old CRB. It would have been spotted in a partner store sooner. As well, back to Made in Canada is new. They have been making some (all) black and (all) white CRB's in Canada regularly, but the other colours (Limitless Blue and Cool Breeze, for example), that's new.

I bought a solid Love Red CRB at a strategic partner store in Florida last summer - could this be a leftover from that batch?
I have wore my love red wee are from space free to be bra a couple of times and it has bleed onto my CRB both times and it won't wash out.
I bought this tank new on eBay a couple of months ago and it was also made in Canada. So this one may just be left over from last fall/winter. Mine hasn't bled at all!
Lulu Addict.. it wasn't that long ago that my gym had the solid love red CRB..it was at the same time the Tonka stripe was out. It was around the same time the Run for your life crops & ice queen items were out.
I ended up selling my Love Red CRB on ebay..I didn't like the color, too orangy.
Love red came out in the Fall, I have the toasty tech pullover and pants. I would love this red with nimbus, black and white.
I'm with the commenter that wants a blue-red. I tried Love Red last year and it was not flattering at all on my skin tone.
OT: does anyone know when astro WU crops are typically available? I had to send mine back because they were pilling so badly and now I'm really missing them!

talking about things spotted in a strategic partner store, I just saw a nimbus groovy stripe pace setter at my local yoga studio.
Red would be very smart for them to release this time of year, owing to Canada Day and U.S.A.'s 4the of July celebrations and races.
LLA, I'm still inclined to think you're right and that this will be red for this season since Ultimate No Show socks were recently released in Stripe Love Red.
How does love red compare to currant? Because my solid currant crb looks a lot like this crb.

@ anon 1:10 pm - I have a currant CRB and a Love Red headband. I'll make a comparison photo. Love is orangey and currant is a true red.
Yeah I got a luv red crb at a sps and no one knew what color it was by tag I figured it out it is a great color if your med, olive toned, would have loved current but missed that one yeah red now would be smart
