More of the Latest

Groovy Stripe Nimbus Energy Bra.

Black Grooves and Astro pants are back. Lots of stores are posting full on bend over photos but I'd rather not use those. I know one person commented she tried them on and didn't find them fully opaque - anyone else try them on yet?

Voyage hoodie and Bold Stripe Power Purple Cool Racerback.

Aquamarine Ebb and Flow tank and Ignite crops.

Power Y and Om Pant.

Zippy Green Runbeam SS.

Go With the Flow bag. It's weird how they put the lulu symbol back on this bag after a bunch of stealth bags. I much prefer the symbol visible on the bag. Also, lulu got a new batch of Sigg water bottles in.

Ignite Tank, really like it, and Ignite crops. Shown with the Go With the Flow bag.

Stores posting full bend-over tests? Keepin' it klassy as usual, lulu (eye-roll). Thanks for sparing us those shots, LLA. I view your blog at work and have no interest in viewing those shots.

I tried on a pair of Grooves yesterday, I could see my underwear. Granted, they were pink and white polka dot, but I could see them.

It's all about finidng the right size.... ANY workout pants in the wrong size will end up being sheer.

@ anon 11 am - I totally agree. I'd rather not view them either. ;-)

No, its not about finding the right size, its about not using thin material. I am 5'3" 120 can't really go any bigger than a 6 and still see through. Kira Grace, and yogasmoga complete coverage.

on one of the lulu boards, someone reposted a pic that one of the lulu stores posted of eds bending over - too bad you could see the rip tag clear as day. If you're going to be tacky like that, at least make sure your product isn't sheer! Unbelievable.

Is someone here STILL posting that sheerness is a size issue?!? Lol.

Anonymous said...

Seriously. NOT A SIZE ISSUE.
Get a clue. Lulu needs to stop using sub par materials and thinner fabric. There was no see through / sheer discussion prior to 2 years ago. Clearly the quality has changed.

Seriously!!! I am 5'7 115lbs and if I size up from a 4 to a 6 they are all baggy in the wrong places and still sheer in the rear. No I do not have a big A$$. I can't stand when peoe throw out the size card, LAME

Hello Lulu employee.... sheerness is just a question of poor quality... not a size issue. Nice try ! :)

Wow SO tacky about the bent over photos the stores are submitting.

11:23 AM, whatever colour/pattern your underwear, you shouldn't be able to see it so clearly LLL's new product is a FAIL.

What is that tank in the top pic, right side? Gray and white stripe with pocket????

Am I the only one who can see the thong through those black pants?

@6:05 PM I completely agree with you. I have the same size, 5'6 115lb, small butt, and 6 is on the larger side of the size range, and that power purple WUC still shows not only the white tag, but also every details of my underwear. That's WRONG. Definitely not size issue. My XS studiolux is perfectly fine without showing anything! I just ordered 2 more of those. Good luck on the pants LLL.

lol. I love how when someone has a different opinion, they're automatically a lulu employee.

Some people just don't care if their clothes are sheer. I see it all the time on the street here in NYC.
I actually saw a girl wearing splits 59 and they were black and sheer.
She didn't seem to be aware of the sheerness at all. I have also been seeing women wearing skirts where you can see their thongs. Is this a new trend?

anon 8:20 I guess poor quality now is a new trend. The Club shorts in aquamarine were sheer you could see the linings of the pocket.

I have to agree with @8:20AM. I am not in the US but in a country in (mind you!) the Middle East. And I saw a woman in her late 20's maybe, running on the treadmill in front of my elliptical machine, with ABSOLUTELY and TOTALLY sheer nylons. Seriously, those could not be workout tights, they were soooo transparent one could see everything on her backside (no compression, no coverage, no nothing). Because I noticed all the guys standing and staring at her with a smirk on the face, I felt embarrassment and approached her to tell her one could see it everything through her "pants". Oh well, she didn't even bat an eye and instead jumped right back on her treadmill and ran for another 30 minutes!! I swore I would never let anyone know that her bottom is see-through.
