I'm curious about the Out & About pants. The site states they are 7/8 length and gives a inseam measurement of 29". However every photo I've seen of these pants are full length-so I guess all the models are shorter than I thought. Well I wear 35" inseam and wanted to see how these pants look when worn folded and cropped.

Those out and about pants are not flattering. AT ALL.

the very green color is really nice in person. I like it better than the other greens that are out now, although for a pair of pants the color is too much.

I tried on the Out and About Pant on yesterday in Dune. First I tried my usual size 6 and they fit well all over except for the waist was way too big. I then tried on a size 4 and the waist was perfect and every where else was just a bit too tight. The inside part zippered pockets on the hips totally show through and that looks terrible. They would look better if those pockets were sewn shut and the inner pocket was removed.

I wanted to love these because I thought they could be the perfect spring pant but I really don't like the price tag at all and I really just don't think they are particularly flattering. Maybe the black is better but I wasn't looking for a pair of black pants.

OT - I finally received my *luon Power Ys and they are not only the old Luon, made in Canada as another poster mentioned, but also the old design - higher neckline and slightly shorter (but not as short as the new Swifty SLs) hemline. My initial response to this was to think someone just stumbled upon them in some Vancouver warehouse, since the colors were all from prior seasons, but today my Boston store had a full run of white, reversible (contrast stitching and logo on both sides), decidedly not-see-thru CRBs - made in Canada. Could lulu be manufacturing their Luon in Canada again in anticipation of the sheerness debacle? We all know this has been happening for a while, so surely they did, too - is it too much to hope that the timing of this recall/acknowledgment of an ongoing issue was designed to be closely followed by a return to Canadian manufacturing? Would be a great way to justify jacking up the prices some more, for the sake of quality and home-grown products...You want opaque pants back? Okay, but you'll have to pay for them! ;)

I tried the out and about pants this morning. Not flattering and too tight for muscular thighs. They were full length for me (5"4).
