This is the first thing in a while that I have seen come out of Lulu that I really think must be added to my collection of running gear.

Nice!! Well, until I find out the price anyways...

Aaaahhh I want the free fall crops SOOO BADLY!!! But I have no idea how to justify them...
Someone?! Anyone?! Help?! What do you wear them to do? Yoga and errands.. Anything else? And did you size down?

I also love the Presence Pant but I DEFINITELY can't justify that one.. Luon is so thick that the only use at the gym is yoga (IMO)

I need a new pair of actual luxtreme-style crops as well, but I am not in love with anything at the moment.

Aaaand I'm going to be really upset if LLL is phasing out the NLT. :(
*pleeeease be a good upload tomorrow*

That could be a nice alternative to a heavy rain jacket. Probably way overpriced, though.

Yes, I am hoping the price isn't insane.

Seattlite - I was in a LLL this morning, and they had absolutely NO NLT's in stock. I asked about it, and the ed said the NLT is being replaced completely by the Practice Freely - at least for the time being. I was so disappointed...love the NLT, not a fan of PF. Probably giving us a couple seasons to forget what it's like so they can bring it back at lower quality.

Um what happened to the invert crop?? It just disappeared!

I'm not a fan of the big kangaroo pocket in the front. I find my stuff jiggles around too much when I use this type of pocket.

I found the free falls to be a size down. I have the previous version and got them off Kijiji NWOT for $40. They're a funny fit. Very high waisted, I have to roll them over, and not flattering on the bum as they are baggier there and slim on the calves.
But super cute for summer!

This pullover looks pretty decent, I'm interested in the price. Wish it had more colour options, maybe a static grey or cobalt?
Wonder what it's lined in, if at all?

I, too, would LOVE some luxtreme pants/crops. I'm reallyr, and other delicate details. All the stuff lately looks like it came from Target and is so easy to recreate due to it's simplicity. The intricacy is what got me loyal to LLL. My wallet has been safe since early September, but I'm so itching for something stylish to impress me. It would be a definite sell because I've been waiting SOOO LOOong...

I could really, really use this! I live in the South where it rains all summer, and while I love my Dazzling 'Run in the Rain' jacket, it's too warm to exercise in during our muggy summers. I wish the Pop wasn't color-blocked, but I might consider Faded Zap.

Now fingers crossed for a reasonable price tag!

Wow, this is seriously cute! I wonder if this is around $98 or higher.

I am not getting the appeal of this jacket. The front "abdominal area scar" zipper, the creamsicle color blocking, the theme-park poncho silhouette.....hope they sneak some super amazing things in the upload tomorrow.

@ 10:25 AM. i picked up two pairs of free falls at the orlando outlet for $19 in 2011. anyway, mine might be a little different but i wear them to the gym (low impact/high impact), traveling, under loungey dresses with boots, etc. these are the only pair of crops i wear with Tory Burch ballet flats, flip flops, rain boots, snow boots etc. also, very little to no pilling, keep in mind these are "old lulu." i personally did not size down, but i have a quite curvy behind.

Seattlite, is there are rumor that the NLT is being phased out? That would be extremely upsetting...

Aramina said...

It's $128

LuluAddict said...

@ Aramina - thanks!

I'm sure the NLT will be back after they give people several months to miss it again.

I can't say that I'd be surprised if they got rid of the NLT. Only because it gets great reviews and seems to sell well. I'm sure they'll find a piece of junk replacement.

I tried on the sandy savasana bathing suit top and really liked it the same with the bottoms.
The splashguard material is a little stiff, I also wanted to get a new bather and crow crop but the feel of it is not as nice as the one I have in the quilted paris pink and black.

New run pullover posted on the lululemon Southpark (Charlotte, NC) FB page this afternoon. It's called the Run: Turn It Up longsleeve made of sheer silverescent luon. They also have pics of Speed Shorts in petit dot dune/white and report a shipment of Speeds in faded zap and pop orange wagon stripe (not familiar with that). (Sorry for grammar/typos, typing in car.(

Oooh, nice looking jacket. If last year's spring jacket wasn't looking brand new still (Essential Jacket II) I would totally buy it.

Kangaroo pockets are great for running during transition season - I put any mid-run discards in it - neck warmer, gloves, etc.

@ LLA: Did you see this press release about black luon pants being pulled from stores this weekend? http://www.lululemon.com/media/index.php?id=224

Anonymous said...

Apparently Christine Day suddenly decided there may be a luon quality issue and pulled product. My thoughts on this...DUH! She did press release to investors. Lulu customers should read this because they are refunding $ to customers who purchased sheer luon after march 1st.

$128 for a pullover? I don't care what material it is, I am NOT paying that much for it!

That looks like a kid's jacket!! Lulu really needs to give adults some options besides black and Easter Egg.

Btw do not size up on the Free Falls or better yet wait until WMTM. My butt has never looked saggier.

This explains all of the missing black pants:

Seattlite said...

Yeah, eff that. I'm not touching the practice freely tank then.

I think I am being wooed by the free fall crops. I thought that kind of fit was horrible until I found a pair of pants similar (in beautiful beautiful bordeaux :) ) And now I'm an addict. I have seen people wear it well, and wear it poorly... I think having height is to my advantage on that one.
Thank you for the suggestion on sizing down. :)

I like this jacket, but I am not in the market (sadly). Moving to Florida means I have PLENTY of defines, In Strides, and Swiftly Half zip, and a couple random pull overs to get me through. *sigh*

Glad I'm not the only one that noticed about the invert crop!! wtf, mate?!

@ anon 3:59pm and Susan - thanks for the article links. They must have been really bad since bottoms have been sheer for a long while now. Anyone know which styles were affected? I didn't get a chance to go to the store today. Planning on going tomorrow, though.

Apparently I am the only one who thinks we did a time warp back to 1995 and the Gap anorak?

Anonymous said...

lol @Anon 6:08, I HAVE THAT! I last remember wearing it in... 1999. :D

Anonymous said...

@ Anonymous 6:08 PM - couldnt agree more :)

Anonymous said...

I'm with you. This design doesn't appeal to me in the slightest.

Anonymous said...

@6:08 too funny! The Gap anorak from high school! I knew I recognized the Stash and Dash Pullover from somewhere....
