Herringbone U-Turn Pullover and Photos of the Latest

Black Herringbone U-Turn Pullover. Thought I am not a fan of the U-Turn Pullover - I think it's too short and hate the curved hem - my favorite pullover purchase from last year was my black herringbone Full Tilt. It's the warmest running luon pullover I have and doesn't scream "athletic wear." The herringbone Full Tilts, both the white and black, have become sought after items on the secondary lulu market.

A couple more photos of the wild Polar Haze Sea Stripe Wunder Unders. Shown with the Flare Technicool LS in the top photo.

There's something out of place in that mint moment not so basic tee and polar haze root chakra pants combo with flare light (?) gangbuster. Really? Who coordinates these outfits?

Can't stand those polar haze striped WU's. SO bad! 1980 metal bands called and want them back.

Noticed new banner photo on the main page: "Pump Up The Gym".

The upload happened early!

Wonder how close polar haze is to lilac?

@ Pink Peony, you are right. The latest clothes though, most of it is a headache to co-ordinate. Especially all the patterns and colour blocking. People that wear LLL are keen on co-ordinating but the designers don't even get this, they are so out to lunch.

Is the Pump It Up jacket ever going on the website?

@LLA - I wore my black herringbone full tilt pullover out last night with jeans and Frye riding boots. I kept me toasty without a jacket and looked super cute, too! I snagged it for a great price on eBay. ;)

Wearing my black herringbone full tilt right now :) SO GLAD I at least have some good quality items...

you have to be a little crazy or color blind to mix polar haze and mint moment and then pink together.
Those striped pants would be really distracting at a yoga class or the gym unless you are in an acrobatics or silks class, and those by the way are getting popular in NYC.

OT: I tried on the Pump it Up Jacket in store yesterday and it fit me VERY weirdly. Maybe it's just my body type (between size 8-10 in Lululemon). I tried on an 8, fit wonderfully, but I only had a CRB underneath. I put on my t shirt over the CRB and it still fit, but when I zippered it, it just looked bad. The wingspan was also ill-fitting on me. It's a jacket, so I'm probably going to wear a couple layers underneath. I tried on a 10 with the two layers and it was way too big. Too bad, I really wanted to love it. Mint Moment is beautiful in it.

I also tried on the coco pique black WU - is it a different fabric? It was super loose/not tight like normal WUs. Did not like at all.

I really like the herringbone print but I too do not like how short it is.

On another note. I want the legs of the woman who is modeling the mint boogie shorts!!!!

That herringbone U Turn Pullover is gorgeous! I want to make it mine!

I agree these designers are not talented in the least!!!! Too short just about everything/ weird curved hemlines/duck butts, terrible color combo's, terrible color blocking and alot of bad prints to boot! I like most here that don't care about the brand- i liked this brand because they used to make awesome fitting cute cloths- i am always in my w/o attire and need this! Anyhow been getting older styles on ibay which i will not resell am keeping in case lulu never resurects the older iconic lululemon style we all love!!!!!

Does anyone know if the mint moment boogie shorts or WUCs are sheer? I'm very tempted but am not interested if they are see through.

Also, mint moment looks wonderful when paired with black herringbone. I wore the mint CRB with my black herringbone WUs and I think this might be my favourite combo. The mint CRB is actually really nice too! Not sheer at all, which I was expecting.

question...i ordered the mint moment/striped speed shorts but i haven't gotten them in the mail yet. what color shirts do you think will match those besides the basic black, white and mint moment? thanks!

hi Erin I think the shell pink would go well with the green also bruised berry if you have anything in that color as well. The polar cream would be nice if you want to be really light. I am trying to find matches for my WUC in the same color.

The sea stripes wuc is giving me motion sickness. Vomit. Who is coming up with these designs??!!

all that crazy stipey and flowery stuff is selling out in NYC those styles are popular for some reason so are bright colors that don't match, and people wear them as street wear. Kinda like a shock fashion movement. It is mostly young artistic types.

Yeah, well its ny (: interestingly enough, it's selling well downtown but I was in the ues store today randomly and they had a lot of stock! Nationwide, I'd guess that lulu's demographic is closer to that of the ues that union square or soho. The downtown stores do seem to be able to move the funkier pieces better. That said, a girl my age (late 20s) was complaining to me a the crossfit the other day that lulu's crops are all sheer these days! So the younger crowd is noticing the quality changes, too and abstaining

I didn't find the mm crb nearly as sheer as it looks from that one pic with the bw ftb bra. I wore it with my tender violet flow y (which has contrast black edging) and you couldnt see the bra through the crb at all

I saw those polar haze stripes wu at my crossfit box and they looked very much perfectly at home! They do seem more suitable for some activities rather than others.

There is no doubt that everyone is noticing the quality issues with lulu these days. Ever since I spent a barre class behind a girl with her polka dot thong showing through her brand new lulu pants, I've been careful to check the quality of the items I purchase. Today one on the seams of my herringbone wup's began to unravel (front and centre -very noticable). I'm so disappointed. I've been shopping at Lululemon for years and for the first time ever I'm researching other brands. *sigh* Prices are up, quality is down, designs are weird. Lululemon is a target for the next great yoga wear company to pull the rug out from underneath them. I’m sure it will happen soon enough.

what I notice with lulu is that the quality and sizing is random. You have to check everything carefully before purchasing.
I wonder if they are going to sell out to a bigger company. I mean they are just on the edge of turning around if they listened to their costumers. Seems that when they outsource they have no idea who is manufacturing their product.
They should do what Patagonia does which is to audit the factories where their clothing is made. They have gotten too greedy though.
