Photos - New Run for Your Life Crops and More
New colors in the Run For Your Life crops. The top is Coal with Ghost and the bottom is Black with Heathered Royalty.
Another photo of the Heathered Royalty Stride. This jacket is calling my name.

Is it just me or does that model's ass look massive in those RYFL crops?? That is a terribly unflattering photo!
That is so rude. Making a comment about her body like that . If you have any issues with your body keep it to yourself, please don't share. Didn't your mother teach not to talk unless you have something nice to say. You better apologize
I think the model looks incredibly fit and she looks great in those crops.
I was actually thinking how amazing her booty looks. Do you know how hard it is to get a glute-hamstring tie-in like that? Not sure if it is the same model, but top model has amazing quads as well.
As far as the crops, the reflector stripe on the legs is a big plus. I run super early morning when it is still dark and I know these really do help visibility; I've had people tell me they recognize me by the flashes on my shoes and jacket sometimes.
I just look at the clothes, and they are boring haven't we seen some similar styles earlier this year? Lululemon is losing it IMO!
Her booty looks big?! It is just you.
I'm personally lifting weights to GET a booty!
How ridiculous! She has an amazing behind - wish mine was like that!!
Yeah, I was thinking her booty looks good!
P.S. Am loving the new In Stride in heathered royalty .... goooorgeous!
Agree 100%! I want a bum! Jacket is super cute, I love that colour!
@11:06: It could be the angle of the photo, but the shine from the crops doesn't help. Makes it look like Jane Fonda wear from the 70s. Not flattering.
I'm on team "She's-got-an-amazing-booty", myself...and I'm LOVIN' the looks of that Stride, too!
Thanks to all of those standing up for big booties! I've been made fun of many times in my life, and my figure looks like hers. Really, thank you! It is so nice to see a lady with serious muscle for a change!
I wish I had her booty, but all that aside when people make a comment about the model rather than the item, I think it takes away from the point. Let's talk clothes and leave people's body out of this .
I think the OP was talking about the shortcomings of the angle, the lighting and the garment, not the model as a person.
Of course, there's a way to say everything so that people don't feel shame about their bodies.
I've got junk for sure, and I have trouble with a lot of LLL's crops and pants. I really want to buy more of them, but I feel totally exposed walking around! Nothing is left to the imagination, particularly with the luxtreme crops I've tried recently.
This could be just my problem, as my ass is bulbous and skin texture imperfect even on a good day, but I would like more compression in the butt-to-hamstring range and saddlebags on the crops. I want to stick with LLL but I'm going to Lucy this week as I've felt more contained walking around & working out in their capris.
I have the exact same problem as you, Anon 1:40! I find that the stretchy stuff LLL offers is not good for those of us with very curvy junk, and the relaxed pants, as fun as they look, don't seem to accommodate for ladies who need extra space. (This is not a LLL-only problem). I enjoy looking at their styles, but as for technicality, my wallet remains full as far as LLL is concerned. Why pay $100 when i can spend $30 elsewhere for better bum management?
**Hope this doesn't come off as too critical, but I figure that LLL actually reads this blog and the comments, so I'm just sayin.'
Anon 1:40, I have just as much Lucy in my wardrobe as I do Lulu and love them. They have some great sales which helps too. There's an Athleta opening up near me on the UWS in NYC in a couple of weeks and I'm looking forward to giving them a try as well. I have their catalog and there's some beautiful stuff in it but was hesitant to order without trying it on and have to worry about returns.
PS. There's nothing wrong with having a little extra cargo in the trunk! lol
More grey and blue and purple...has anyone else had enough of these colors?
@ anon 1:40 pm - I feel the same way you do about the luxtreme crops. There are only a couple of styles that seems to compress the saddlebag area for me - the Passion crop and the new Take Flight Bike short. I also like the older Extend crops which have a wide panel down the side that seems to tame saddlebags. I always feel over- exposed in luxtreme and change into Luon Still pants after the gym if I am running errands. I wear luxtreme for spin only because it is so breathable but for anything on the gym floor I wear luon for more coverage.
@ anon 9:14 pm - I read new colors are coming in August.
Ladies, embrace your junk in the trunk! I have a pancake butt and very wide hips. I get made fun of all the time. I wish I had more there. I also agree with the crops comment. Sometimes I'm just too exposed because my hips are so wide. Thank goodness for new colors in august!!!
