Another photo of the new Astro Wunder Unders. This has a waistband of Dewberry, Static (or Heathered) Dewberry and Dewberry wee stripe. The legs are heathered black. I hope this means we'll see some tanks in Dewberry Wee Stripe and Static Dewberry.
This is the new Surge Wee Stripe CRB (from an LA store). It is also reversible to show off the stitching. I wasn't a huge fan of the Surge color on me but the Wee Stripe version is not so overpowering so I'm going to have to try this color on. There is also a Citron Wee Stripe CRBs and Power Ys in stores. People have also reported seeing a Dewberry Wee Stripe In Stride Jacket and a solid Dewberry symbol and a Heathered Black or Wee Stripe Black In Stride.
I forgot to post photos of this new Define yesterday. It's a Heathered Coal Wee Stripe Define. I first thought it was a bit flashy looking but now that I know the light colored part of the jacket is Heathered Coal Wee Stripe, I might have to get it. I have something like five tops with the HCWE pattern now.
I wore my new Take Flight Bike Shorts to spin today and I've got to say I really, really like them. These are probably the first luxtreme bottoms, besides my Passion crops, that I feel are somewhat compressive. I think that's because the luxtreme in these feels fairly thick unlike some of my other running crops. The length was perfect for spin - short enough to get a lot of air on my legs but not too short so that bare skin of my legs touched the bike seat. The shorts slid up a bit when I first got on the bike but then stayed in place. The waistband was perfect - not too high in front and not too low in back so that my underwear peeped up. I never felt like the shorts were sliding down either, unlike the lady in front of my who wore Lucy capris. I got a great view of the whale tale of her polka dot thong for my entire class. I'm sure the guy behind her liked them, though.
So I bought a pair of Wren Dance Studio crops back in March when they first came out and I've been waiting for the weather to warm up to wear them. I kind of forgot about them hanging in my closet until tonight when I finally took the tags off. I am in love! I can't believe I waited so long to put them on. They are super comfortable and more lightweight than a pair of Still crops which is what I would switch to wearing this time of year if it's too cool for shorts. I wouldn't mind getting another pair but I know they are no longer on the website. I'll have to see what my local stores have left. If not, I'll get more next spring. They are truly awesome. I like that the seaming on the sides of the leg have a slimming effect. I've don't have any Dance Studio pants but I'm going to have to check those out, too. I figured I'd get the crops since we were headed into summer but I think I need to get the pants, too.
Oh yes, some new markdowns were added to the We Made Too Much Section late this afternoon.

I broke down and bought the DSP after seeing this post from the superficial endeavours blog and I am so glad I did!!! They are my all time favorite pants now! Definitely get a pair!
Lovely white DSP pic!
I just got my first pair of Dance Studio crops last month and I am so in love. They are the first thing I put on when I get home from work. My store has tons of the pants so now I want a pair of them but it's summer so I'm just going to wait for those until the fall.
Love both the Studio Crops and pants. The pants are very long (like a tall size), so they're perfect for me. They are my favorite crops and pants...I wear one of them just about every day. So comfortable and versatile. Definitely my favorite Lulu items.
oh!I hope we see heathered black still pants. I love the heathered look.
Agree that the DSC is a real winner. I have white and black and wear them a lot. Also the pant in coal. Love. That Define with the coal wee stripe is very sharp. Really like it. Just got my wren denim one yesterday, and not thrilled with the quality of the seaming...did you find the same, LLA? It's just messy in areas, looks like some loose white threads because of the denim fabric. I'm headed to a store today, will bring it with me and see what they say. The wren denim wunder unders match it perfectly, I must say, and they are much cuter than I even thought they would be!
That's quite a loot upload! I can't say I'm surprised to see the illuminate bra there. Clearly a failure. But was surprised and happy to see the backbend crop available at a discount! Score!
Snowy Owl Special Edition Scuba is on CDN site ($128)
@ anon 5:16 am - The seaming on the Wren Denim Defines is rather messy looking - the whitish backside of the material shows in a lot of spots on mine. I looked at the other Wren denim Define jackets and none was really better than the other. It isn't a flaw but the nature of the denim luon material in the wren color. However, I liked the material/color so I just sucked it up and bought it. I am curious to see how denim luon wears regarding pilling and sueding. I've never owned a piece in this material before.
I can totally see replacing my love of Still pants with a new love for DSPs. I find them easily as comfortable as Still pants.
I just got the Dew Berry Wee Stripe Power Y tank and I love it! Agreed that wee stripe makes a lot of strong colors more flattering...
I have the lined DSP and LOVE them. I always get complimented on them. I never bothered getting the crops when they came out b/c I can just cinch up the bottoms. I did try them on and didn't find much difference.
That surge wee stripe crb is calling my name!
I am CRAZY over the DSPs and DSCs--I think I have every style and color released except for the lined raw blue DSP's from early this year. It sounds excessive 'til you realize it's all I wear around town.
I just sold my DSP and DSCs from this Spring they are just not like the ones released from previous years, they are so lightweight and I did not like the gathering of the material.
I think after 4 years buying Lululemon I am finally over their clothes, and I was a avid Lululemon shopper!
Amen! I think I am over it too. I am tired of waiting for a new size run to show up on DSC, tired of the stores getting in jackets and the salespeople buying out the sizes, tired of calling the stores to find out if they have an item and they won't answer their phone and are proud of it. Their clothes are flattering, but my friend and I finally threw in the towel and went to Lucy and each dropped $600+ on summer attire. I needed some summer stuff and couldn't wait any longer.
@ anon 2;47 - I agree and i might do the same.
I picked up two pairs of the astro wunder unders today, and let me just say they are AMAZING. Do not regret it for one second. I am sooo happy they are regular luon and not luon light so I can get the compression I love from lululemon!
Also, I think the blue surge color as a solid is super garish and unflattering, but the wee stripe version makes it look like a nice icy blue (dilutes it obviously) that I may go for :)
I love my dance studio crops as well. BTW, since you have a pair of still pants, I have a question for you. Do they pill a lot? I have two pairs and pilled like crazy in first two days. Of course, my local Lulu would not replace or give me a refund since they say they come from abrasions. I totally wasted my $200 plus tax. I wonder if mine is defective or it is common. What do you think?
Any suggestions for tops to go with the wren colored DSC? I am thinking CRBs, but not sure of what color????
Do you think they will release a Power Y in Surge Wee Stripe too? So pretty.
@Anon 7:49: Dewberry is great with Wren.
Got the heathered wee stripe Define yesterday. Love! I went a little crazy - again - and have to talk myself into taking a break from Lulu. But I wear it to the gym and around the house AND as streetwear some of it...so it's not like it's not being used! Do I need as much as I have? No. But something new always draws me in... :)
Oh, you totally need dance studio pants!! They are so flattering and and are super comfy. I am using my white ones as faux maternity pants for streetwear use and I get tons of compliments on them. I had them hemmed for flats and they are sooo much cuter than real maternity pants, but just as comfy. The wren color also look super cute with my grey tennis shoes and are just a nice alternative to jeans on the weekends. Can you tell I love mine? ;)
Have to throw out a nod to the cool down crop too...they're very similar in fit to the DSC and I love mine! I didn't think I'd like the tencel fabric, but I do, I do, I do!!
@ anon 8:03 pm - I think there will be a good chance they will have a surge wee stripe power y.
