Product Alert Photos & Make It Right Letter

The Bow Tee photo from the product alert emails. Interesting that lulu shows it with an Energy bra. I think it's the cutest thing to put under it. I don't really see wearing this tee as a workout tee but as a cover up after a class.

Black Seabed Lively Tee - I like it but do I need a third item in this print? Hmmm.

A "Make It Right" letter was emailed out to those whose orders went astray. My package has still not shown up. I can see why it might have gotten lost. It's only a headband so it's a fairly small package. Any of you not get your April 15/16th orders yet?

Still waiting on my lost package. I almost hope it remains lost so I can get a refund, My local stores already had both items I ordered and I didn't repurchase them because I am so fed up with Lululemon!

Since I had to return my Seabed dress because of "principle" (more info on your FB page), I wish the Bow Tee came in Seabed print! I really like that print and can't seem to find something that works for me!... I missed out on my size in the wunder unders. I had the dress fiasco... I don't want the run shorts, because I dislike the THICK swift. I have super broad shoulders so Power Y's do NOT work for me. Not a fan of the Lively Tee! Bummer .. I guess it's not meant to be.

Still awaiting one of my purchases from the 15th. Turns out to be something that the store doesn't have now in that size as well as online. When I spoke with GEC she said if u don't get it by the 27th to thn call back. She said everything was to be sent by the 27th! Bought the white DSC in a 4 and 6 separatly. Got the 6, and think the 4 will be better when it decides to get here!

I'm definitely taking the $20 credit + shipping upgrade.

I hope it's a credit to our online account, and the don't have to snail mail a gift card.

Just an FYI for the people who had the April 15th order problems regarding the credit. I got the email last night which said I can pick getting credit on my card or getting a credit on my next order for $20. So, I called to find out the merchandise credit has to be used through a phone order at the moment that we call. What a pain! The gift card would have been much better and far less complicated and a lot less work for the customers. I would like the merchandise credit but there isn't anything on the site that I want to order at the moment unless they upload something new today! Not sure what I am going to do but I thought others might want to know before they call.

How can the credit be via a phone order when they no longer do gec phone orders?

How is works is that the GEC will place an online order for you and apply the credit for $20 and shipping upgrade. You phone them and they place the online order for you online so they can trigger the discounts.

Still waiting for my package, which at last check is sitting on the opposite coast hanging out at the Fedex office. HOwever I'm annoyed I have to call to get my $20 GC, just email me the damn thing and save me time rather than make me speak to someone.

@Molly: agree that lulu is making it very inconvenient to redeem your credit. would be better to snail mail a physical gift card or just issue a $20 credit to your online account (or email you as discount code for $20 off that you could plug in at online checkout). I don't want to have to call, talk to someone and walk through a phone order.

@ericavale: did gec give you any notion of what they were going to do if the package didn't come today? mine apparently has been in Chicago (I live in Milwaukee) for 2 days now and I don't know if I'll see it (maybe I should just drive to pick it up myself...)

I agree that it's a bit of a hassel to have to call (What if the item you want to order using your discount is sold out during the wait time on the phone?). Since expedited shipping is not that important to me, I just called to get the credit back and be done with it. I ordered via PayPal and my account was credited immediately.

So, still haven't gotten my April 15th order. Last time I spoke to someone on the phone, they said to call today if it still hasn't been delivered, but when I did call, all the girl could say was that I had to wait longer which was very frustrating. What's the point of telling me to call on the 27th if I haven't gotten my package yet if all you're gonna do is tell me I have to wait (indefinitely) longer and hang it on the same tired Fedex excuse? I kinda want the last 10 minutes of my life back...

It's nice that they are acknowledging a mistake and trying trying to make it right. (I.e. they haven't always admitted they were wrong with price inconsistencies)

Still do not have my order which contained multiple sizes in the same item and was an expensive order. The items are all now sold out online too. I will be very ticked if I don't receive it. Lot of money tied up too. I called fedex about the tracking number on my package and they asked if it should still be going to "kristina", not my name at all. Wonder who's package I'll get. I just hope its my size. ;)

I called and e-mailed several times but have not gotten any answer about my package. $20 gesture is nice but it is very frustrating.

@veronica it came today (as she said it should) got a "follow up" email today from that conversation I had regarding the order...it was probably rerouted a gazillion times (the packing slip looked so beat up!!!) NOw I have both size pants and can't decide if I want a snug white dance crop butt or loose comfy white dance crop butt...did yours come today? WAIT, I HAVE TO CALL?? arggghhh, no more online lulu buying for me...sticking to my shop!
