Upload!

The upload is up (kind of). Use this link to see. Pics and comments to follow.

Canada got a pretty Deep Indigo Define.

Pace Rival Crops *Marathon. Try on reports are saying the mesh is itchy. I am not a fan of the pocket configuration.

Long Line Stuff Your Bra

Out Run 17". The color is pretty but once again I am not a fan of the pocket situation.

There is a video to show the pocket function. Lululemon is forever tucking lip balm into their run pockets. My small sampling of run friends tell me they never take lip balm along, though I am being told by a number of other runners they never leave the house without it.

Even more amusing is the enormous energy bar this woman tucks into her pants.

Essential Tank in Emperor Blue

Emperor Blue and True Red Warp Stuff Your Bra III

Fast As Light Singlet

Fast As Light Short

Pace Short

Splatter Print and True Red Cool Racerback II

Splatter Print Prep Red Wunder Unders

Splatter Print Energy Bra

Splatter Print Circuit Breaker Skirt

Power Purple Swiftly Tank. This is very tempting. I might pick this up in Vancouver.

Totes Light Jacket

Grevyvy Studio Pant III

Run Around Tee

Splatter Race to Place Hat

Nothing for me today. Did you get anything?

Do do the 17" run crops have phone thigh pockets? I can't figure it out from the website...

They do!

tempted to get that power purple swiftly too- I love that color and I have thought multiple times this summer I would like to have a purple tank. Is the inseam on the pace shorts the same as the speed short? They look kinda nice for running but might opt to try them in the store.

Thanks! I would buy them even at that price if only they didn't have such mountains of mesh! Dang it.

I like the nice blues, the greyvy colour, and true red. I don't like any of the actual items though. Except maybe the DS pant, but I won't wear them over my Quick Step pant (also a slimmer pant, 2 pairs, several years old, like new condition), thus the DS will not be purchased. That Totes Light Jacket is a whole lot of $118 for nothing special but "portability".

On the topic of lip balm: always in fall and winter, sometimes in spring, rarely in summer. Day-to-day otherwise, always!

Does Lululemon have a credit card? I noticed in the Stuff your Bra pictures there is a Lululemon branded Visa Card.... Maybe just a prop though..

Got the yin sweater in two colors. Didn't want it to sell out before I tried it, even though it is still 10,000 degrees where I live.

I wanted the emperor blue RSYB until I realized the price was $64, up from $58. Ugh.

I got the true red crb, black out run crops, and emperor blue SYB. And I hope I hate it all and send it back because the price increases are OUT OF CONTROL.

I am curious about a few things but none of the product descriptions loaded on my iPhone app. Looking forward to heading to a store to try a few things on. I like the looks of the fast as light singlet and light as totes jacket. Wish we would have seen those for spring/summer...I have one pair of pants with those outside waist pockets and have dropped things if I bend over to tie my shoe or stretch. Cards and money have fallen right out. I'd be worried around a port a potty on race day :).

I like the colour of the new define that uploaded tonight on our side, but won't be getting for 128 + tax. Also looked at the run around tee, made of seriously light luon looks cute, but is price at $74+ tax!!!!!! Yeah, sure lol.... I'll get right on that. Nothing for me.

I will admit that I'm intrigued by all of the pockets. I love pockets in my running bottoms--anything to avoid a fuel belt. And I never leave home without my lip balm. :)

True red CRB is in my shopping card , but I'm hesitating to pull the trigger. If only it was Power Y. Nothing else looks tempting. I still haven't received my order from the last Tuesday :(

Agreed anon 7:39 PM. I like the Define too, but going to wait to see if it goes to WMTM. If it does not and I miss out, that is ok with me. The only way I will pay the $128 (around $150 with tax) is if I absolutely LOVE and can not live without a colour that has to knock my socks off. This new indigo one is pretty but I can live without it.

The only thing I liked in the upload was the Yin Time Long Sleeve, but that was when I saw it from far away.

Up close, even in black it's sheer, and the fit looks sloppy even in the model photos. Even if the price weren't inflated by at least $20, it wouldn't be worth it as clearly it won't last long.

Everything else in the upload that was decent - I like the RSYBs but already have enough - is not worth the new prices.

And ugh... have we been complaining about mesh for over a year now and there seems to be more and more of it!?

Nothing for me, I like the pockets for pace rival marathon but HATE the mesh!! No more mesh. Please!

I like the look of the "outrun crops" and the blue define. But, with price increases, I don't need them and won't purchase :) Wallet is safe for now !

Whew! Wallet safe again this week.

Saving for the showcase store, I fell in love with the red Out Run crops at the store. I'll go back if I have any money left but I think I probably won't :p

I have the Stuff Your Bra from last year, I feel it does not have enough coverage for the C and bigger sizes. My boobs kind of squish up over the top. Ugle. So I will pass on the new ones, even though I love the long line style. :( Maybe they have updated the coverage, I will wait and see what the reviews say. Then maybe I will order... Otherwise nothing for me this week. Save a bit more money before my trip home to USA soon, when I will actually get to go to a LULU store and try stuff on!! :D -Heidi

I bought the new purple crb and inkwell jet crops

I like the mesh feature, but I don't like pantyhose mesh. Lulu had at least three kinds of mesh in the past, they all ventilated better and were prettier looking than this hooker mesh that, I suspect, is actually cheaper and less durable.

Is Emperor blue a new color? It is pretty but trying to figure out what it would match with! All of the blues confuse me

some things are cute but the price increases are ridiculous. so nothing for me .
agree with @dogrunner - I also don't like the waist pockets. if you need to go to restroom anything in there will fall off!

I really like the Essential Tanks though it drives me crazy that the back is great and the front is kinda boring. Might still buy

Anonymous said...

Stuff your bra looks good so does the skirt. I got the red one and really like it. it's like the pace setter but simpler. Also all the pockets in the run crops are very useful. I just cannot stand the mesh, wish they would get the circle mesh back.

I was at my store today and left with the Essential Tank in lavender and the Fast as Light Singlet in heathered black. I tried on the Rise to Run bra and was not impressed! The straps create a very unflattering look on your back.

I'm surprised that now that there's a true red color they didn't put it out in speeds. I'm wary of bonded seams on shorts. I found the bonded seams on the bottom of the Tight Stuff tights to be really scratchy.

Have you tried them?

Agree, the pantyhose mesh is cheap and trashy looking. Absolutely do not like. What ever happened to circle mesh? I don't have a lot of (or should I say any!) new run crops but have a few pairs that I bought when I first started buying Lulu around ten or so years ago and I'm pretty sure they have circle mesh (I think it's the same mesh that was used on the back of the Push Your Limits Tank?) ...and the mesh doesn't take over most of the crop like all this new mesh does (yuck).... I didn't mind the circle mesh used sparingly on run crops, but all this other mesh they've been using these days is both cheap looking and trashy for sure and takes over way too much of the crops.

Also, I hate all the mesh and seams on yoga bottoms. Definitely not my style, plus I can't see how it's functional when I'm sure it would be totally uncomfortable. I practice a lot yin yoga and restorative yoga and I can't imagine being comfortable enough to remain in poses for any amount of time with all those seams (yin and restorative poses are held in stillness for long amounts of time compared with other types of yoga). Anyway, I prefer the original Wunder Unders and Groove Pants (both with original waistbands) for all kinds of yoga and almost every other kind of activities I do.

I LOVE EMPEROR BLUE!!!
I got the RSYB. I also ordered CRB II in purple which i love!

LuluAddict said...

@ anon 7:04 pm - the mesh in the new Out Run Crop and Pace Rival marathon crop is not the new pantyhose type mesh I've heard about but rather a more open mesh, that looks a lot like the mesh that used to be used on older tanks like the Deep V. It's very durable but kind of harsh feeling. I have a close up of the mesh in my latest post.

To anon 4.48 pm:
They just uploaded true red speeds for Canada few days ago. If the true red was a true red, but not orange red like love red, that would've been amazing

I never leave the house on a run without lip balm. 2 miles or 20 miles, doesn't matter. However, I prefer the nice little mini slot pocket in the Run Stuff Your Bra for the chapstick. It's perfect and I never have to stop and fumble for it when it's needed.
