Wow I have to say that some of this stuff looks pretty good, I like some of those jackets..... havn't liked their jackets for over 5 years or so......

LLL wraps are always so matronly looking. New fabric looks stiff.

Kinda reminds me of Nike -- 3 seasons ago!

I do like these pieces and patterns. I know I will not like the prices.

Love the pants, it does have a bit of a dottie tribe vibe!

LLA, are you going to be posting a Seawheeze review?

Another meh week for me. I like the dusty mauve colour but nothing is standing out to me.

The new maze print is nice but ENOUGH WITH THE BLACK AND WHITE. If this primarily black/white theme is really the direction that Lulu is moving I will definitely be buying a whole lot less.

This new Spacer fabric looks quite stiff and the designs looks more street wear than functional fitness wear which in today's Vancouver Sun's interview with Mr. Potdevin he stated their goal always is "function first" which sets them apart from other brands.

The dusty mauve is a nice color. Looks like the fabric pattern designers are doing mushrooms.

High Times pant *peek. That ain't classy.

The only thing that is appealing is the maze print. The rest: zzzz and yes, matronly would be an appropriate word for much of it. And yet, the former Dance Studio pant was apparently not sleek enough according to Potdevin. What's most of this, then?

Insculpt Jacket looks like it's a ponte knit or some double faced knit or neoprene. Will have to see in person. I like the minimalist lines, but the fabric does not lie quite right. A bit shapeless imho. But if the fabric is great...

All of this looks like Nike and Athleta! Hahahaha! Way to go Potdevin. Innovative your design team is not.

Blech to the maze print (though I do have & love the dottie tribe). I am so done with the granite countertop print. Coupled with little hole details? Way too busy. InSculpt jacket looks nice enough in the front, but too plain in the back. Where are all the nice details that make other jackets special? Well, I'm happy not to be tempted by anything. Very little has been alluring to me lately, least of all the prices.

@ anon 1:07 pm - I would like the maze print a lot, if I didn't have a NWT pair of Dottie Tribal WUPs sitting in my drawer. 6-12 months from now would be a good time to put it out. They're way too similar for me to justify both prints. Agree about too much black and white. How much of it can one person own?

@ anon 1:30 pm - agree - spacer looks stiff.

@ anon 6:36 pm - agree about the granite print, too.

@ anon 10:38 pm - I will be. I just got back last night and have spent today recovering. It's an exhausting weekend.

You guys kill me here with some of your comments, LOL... The City Bound Wrap in the new Spacer fabric looks quite bad in these pics and the Sculpt It Jacket looks like a style my Mom wore 15 years ago, a short cut fitted zipper blazer. I agree LLA, how much black and white printed product does a girl need? 2016 has been bombarded with so many black and white prints, some that are so similar and so many in such a short amount of time, very strange indeed. Anon. 2:41pm LOL but aren't they supposed to inspire creativity, which this stuff clearly isin't. My wallet is definitely safe when this product hits our shores.

So blah and utilitarian looking. I got a "Dr. Evil" vibe and could actually hear him snickering in the background: "1 Million dollars..." ;)

Ok ladies this is off topic but has to be shared. I just received a $25 Lululemon gift card for absolutely no reason. I didn't call and yell, didn't return anything, didn't anything except not purchase as much as I once did. Lululemon athletica sent you a $25.00 USD eGift Card.
Receive instructions and your lululemon athletica eGift Card by clicking below..... Am I being punked?! : / why in the world would they do such a kind thing go no reason?

@ anon 12:54 pm - agree 1000%. Totally dystopian-future movie wear. I feel like the designers were inspired by the wardrobe in the Divergent movies. Bright and fun lululemon clothes are one of my distractions from a grim future. I want beauty, not drabness.

@Liz - random guest kindness? It's not unknown for this to happen. Maybe they are trying to placate people because of the price increases.

@Liz - I am reading that it may be because one of your orders took awhile to process.

Thank you @luluaddict :) I'm sure I can find something to spend it on!! Considering all the bad publicity lately with the brand I can truely say its a welcome gesture that won't go to waste.
