Adult monkey bars?? That's amazing!! What gym is that ?? Ps. Am I the only person upset about the price hikes on the define jacket and dance studio pants ??? :(
I wish the tight stuff were closer to $100 and had a thigh pocket. I have to start training for a law enforcement physical exam and would love the high compression but they're just so damn expensive!
No, you're not the only person upset about the price hike on the Defines and DSP :( These price hikes are getting ridiculous for sure. Most of the 'sale' prices on WMTM are actually more like what the regular prices should be if you ask me. I just ordered two pairs of Gather and Crow II crops at $68 each which is more like what I think a reasonable regular price should be instead of $88. $68 isn't exactly what I'd call a bargain for a pair of crops - it's just that we get used to seeing the ridiculous high Lulu prices and think the WMTM price is so great when in fact it isn't.
I'm also quite upset about the change to the DSP too - no more DSP for me now that they've changed the legs to a slim straight leg style - gross :( I'm happy for those who do like the new style, but just upset that Lulu changes and takes away a much loved style and replaces it - why not have both styles?! So many of us loved the DSP because of the looser flared legs - that's actually the only reason I loved them so much!
I'm annoyed about all of the price hikes! HTs for a $100- no way. I was going to get a Bordeaux pair (I love Bordeaux!) but that way too much for simple leggings that will pill after 3 washes anyway..
To me it looks like a lot of the higher end athletic wear companies are all charging tons for their products. sweaty betty is super expensive, a pair of running tights will cost around $165 $125. Athleta is also not cheap. I am glad I have a decent collection where I don't have to buy yoga or running fear for a while, and I can focus on my workouts.
I'd like to try Sweaty Betty but I can't bring myself to pay $165 for them. lululemon is the top of my price range unless I'm being offered additional functionality and performance or a really cute style/print and I don't see that with Sweaty Betty.
I like Athleta's sonar capris and I'd buy more if their pocket situation was better. Their current design means I can't use them for outdoor training runs or running in races without having to use a belt to bring my gels and phone with me.
A big phone pocket is a must for me on running bottoms now. It's surprising that more bottoms don't have them. I don't know anyone that runs without a phone.
3:40 and LLA the pockets are so important. Nike has started finally adding more pockets to their running tights ( a la lululemon) but their prices have also gone up. For running tights with pockets and also high impact bras lulu still does the best job.

Those tight stuff burgundy star pattern tights are growing on me, badly. Now if only they were ~$70 cheaper...wowza.
