New What We Love

lululemon rain-on-train-on-jacket

It's rather disappointing when What We Love is all stuff that has already been released on the foreign sites. I am always hoping to be surprised on Fridays, even it's just by a new color or print. lululemon rain-on-train-on-tight

I have been waiting for this jacket !!

Agreed, however they did surprise us last upload with the colourful cosmic dot HT - that was nice - I wasn't expecting it - along with the CRBs (4 in Canada)- now if the blooming pixle don't get uploaded, i will be disppointed....or some totally new print (my wallet can't take it) - what this makes me do now is go back and consider the other items from previous uploads a bit more closely - as I tend to go back and buy stuff I wasn't sure of if nothing better comes along. I am liking the enlighten tanks so may give them a try --- other than that I just have to wait for the peacock SS swiftly to arrive - i hope i like it better than the heathered dashing purple - way too brown for my taste so it is going back! Cheers and thanks for all you do!

Ugh.... More horrific space dye twists. When will it end?

Actually, I am somewhat relieved. I did damage in store last week with a define and drop like its hot tank, must have been returns as they were on MD! Yay! Then they put the runderful pants on MD so I bought two more pairs as I just love them!! They got mixed reviews but on me they look great, and I am such a wussy in cold weather...

it bugs me when all the space dye twists and others always use the darkest thread for the seems, i just can't stand that dark seem going up the front and the back crotch area...... i know i'm being pickie but i just can't buy any of them that do this regardless of how much i love the pint!!!! I have found it not to be the case two times or so and i have purchased some that didn't do this but 99% of the time it is so! what do you all think of this? does it bug anyone else????? :)

What is the price on the rain jacket?

why does any company think two small stripes of reflective tape is sufficient to "help you shine bright in low light"....?

Anon 3:05: I personally like contrast seaming. I have a couple of textured Defines and a pair of white herringbone HT that I love.

I like the Rain on Train on line up. I've been waiting for a run jacket that suitable for wet weather, so this may hopefully fit the bill. I'll wait to check it out in store though.

I waited all fall for the Rain on the Train jacket! There is another lovely black one with a bright blue zipper.

ooooo those rain on train on jacket and tights look awesome! I just have a feeling they are going to be really pricy

To anon 3.05
I hate the contrast stitching on pants, not jackets or dresses

Agree with the previous comments - space dye twist here has bigger problems than the contrasting stitching....it's just a ugly mess of a pattern to begin with. On the positive side, Rain on Train stuff looks interesting, but I agree probably will be on the pricy end.

to anon 3:05: I HATE the contrast seaming on pants. It's like saying "hello, this is my crotch". LIke you indicated, it is a total turnoff when I'm looking at buying leggings. Now, on tops it is nice but then I don't really have the same issue with drawing attention to my shoulders or side seams ;)

Nothing on this What We Love has my interest. I agree LLA about not being excited about product already seen in other countries, unless it's something I like!!! I really want the Stop At Nothing Tank to make it's way to Canada but not holding my breath. Hopefully this sneak peak is just that and there will be something new we haven't seen even if it's just a new colour or print as you said.

I can't see how the Rain On Train On Jacket will be appropriate to wear even in light rain as only the front panels are treated with DWR. Once the rain hits your shoulders and back you will be heading for home! I find it hard to think of a thin luxtreme jacket as something I would reach for on a day it's raining or threatening to. As for a nice lightweight jacket, I like it, but I wouldn't want to pay more because the front is treated with DWR and advertised as a rain jacket.

I'm a fan of the contrasting stitching on the pants too. Really nice touch.

The rain jacket is awesome. I need to save for Sea Wheeze or I'd be all over it.

why is the rain on jacket on technical fabric on the front?! like it wont rain on our backs?? agree fully on the annoyance of 2 reflective stripes being deemed "shine on"

I love space dye twist! It's super flattering on (when the stripes line up that is!) And the fabric makeup makes it so it's more substantial and not sheer. I don't mind the contrasting seams. It's really not that noticeable on.

@ anon 6:22 pm - I like it a lot, too, but it is becoming overused a bit now. They need to mix it up with textured stripe and cyber stripe a little. They could bring back textured wave, too. I liked that one a lot.

Any guess as to when you think the US will get the Flurry Fighter Pullover that Canada got a few weeks ago?

Anonymous said...

@1:02 PM, I heard the Flurry Fighter Pullovr will not go to states. I asked the girl who works at our local store about them yesterday, they said certain items they only make available to certain countries. Flurry fighters with brushed liner are more for Canadian winter runners. I know, so not fair!

@ anon 12:25 pm - I was wondering about that. Whoever is the buyer for NA is effing up royally. The Raspberry one sold out quickly in Canada.
