Static Mist Wunder Under Crops and the Vintage Pink/Raspberry wee stripe Yogini 5 Year LS. I love that LS but I cannot bring myself to pay $68 for such a thin shirt.

Looks like they uploaded a few things to the US site

Has anyone seen the pigment wind berry rumble speed shorts or power y in the US?

I find I can't let myself pay for much of Lulu's items nowadays. Prices have slowly creeped up to a point where I can no longer afford it. I balked at the Cuddle Up zip a few years ago and it wasn't $118 - for sure I can't justify $118 now either.

I think the breakup with lulu might be for good this time.

I have to agree with Anonymous 7:21. I like to justify my purchases by "cost per wear." So I like classic, practical items with just a touch of flare (i.e. ruffles, design, feminine cut). I live in MN, and I have rarely seen anyone run in down. This fad is ridiculous to me! If I want down for everyday, I'll go to REI or Patagonia. I want winter running tights with something more than a design around the waistband that no one can see anyway because that area gets covered up and longer running tops because we actually prefer to have that area covered! They just really seem to be missing the mark!! Or maybe I'm just outgrowing the brand...

I'm waiting for WMTM. No heart flutters anymore...

The forage green runderful pseudo half zip (It's not a full half zip), while pretty, simply lacks the details of LLL past running tops. There's no ventilation panels, no zipper garage, one measly zippered pocket and I bet the rulu is on the thin side. Contrasted with my running half zips from 2 years ago (true half zips), there's nothing special to warrant the upcharge. I can get something in similar design from Nike for much less.

@ anon 9:47 am - I don't think the Runderful 1/2 Zip is that bad compared to other lulu POs, there certainly have been worse, but good point about the ventilation. I think you especially need that in a pique top. The one time I used my pique Turn Around LS for running I had an armpit full of wet mushy fabric that I was very aware of when I was done. I would have loved a little mesh there. I do love my pique and herringbone Think Fast zip pullovers from last year but I use them casually - for layering when watching my kids play soccer or for walking. I really love a nice turtle neck zip on the pullovers, like those found in the Race With Grace or this year's Face the Frost Half Zip. For all the rulu half zips that have come out over the years I only own a few styles - Hills Pullover, Energy Pullover, Full Tilt, and the Think Fast. To me, the Energy is still a stand out pullover style, though it has huge mesh panels down the sides and under the arms. It is a piece definitely meant for running. Probably my favorite all around pullover has to be the Race With Grace. I love the simple yet flattering style and the deep two way zipper on it.

I'm with you on the short zipper, too. I love a nice deep zipper to show off the bra or CRB underneath.

@9:47 a.m. I saw the runderful in store today and assumed that it was just a recreational top and not running-specific ( despite its name) for the very reason that you just pointed out - no ventilation in the arm pits, no zipper garage (!!) and hardly any pockets. The fabric seemed thick enough, though I would agree for the price point, you can get a lot more from some of Nike's specialty running gear.

So once again, I have to say that Lulu is getting so lazy (and skimping on details and fabric). They aren't only recycling their own tired designs, they are using past seasons of Ivivva for inspiration! The Runderful half zip is almost identical to the Summit Sprinter I bought from Ivivva last year (same seaming). The only differences being that the Ivivva top has kangaroo pockets (instead of the zipper pocket) and the Ivivva one has cuffins instead of just thumbholes. Ivivva fabrics and colors from past seasons have been making appearances and so have designs (the one down pull over this year is almost identical to the Ivivva one from a couple of winters ago). Honestly, it's getting more difficult to justify Lulu prices any more. I know that small women like me have driven up the Ivivva prices too--poor kids probably finding it hard to afford that stuff any more as they are currently at old Lulu prices.

@Anon 3:20 --- my US store (Columbia, MD) has the pigment wind berry rumble speed shorts...I picked up a pair this AM. Didn't notice the power Y, but I also never look for those since they don't work for me. Also tried the green pique Runderful half zip on today in the store as well and the neck felt a bit wonky on me. The seaming under the bust was surprisingly actually just under the bust, which never happens with those on the lulu half zips for me, but b/c of the neck, I left it there.

I'm with you on the 5 yr ls. I pick it every time I'm in store, and put it right back down due to price. Same with the girlfriend tee. LOVED it but $58?

Top pics are my locale store...I know that mall intersection well ha ha!

Omg I thought I was alone in wondering wtf runs in down?? I live in CO and have never even contemplated it. Agree with warmer tights in great colors, higher rise and longer base layers. That's really what we need for winter running. Thanks for helping me not feel alone in my bewilderment. Haha.

I have an old, beat up Patagonia down jacket that I run in when it hits single digits Fahrenheit or colder -and it doesn't breath well, it doesn't dry when wet, and it's not excellent for running. It's more of a last resort when I don't have time to drive to the gym to find a treadmill/want to train outside. So it's doable, but I'm not sure why you'd run in down unless it's a vest/super cold. Why not layer?

Also, down is a cruel material. If you can go synthetic, you stay warm and a goose will thank you :)

I see your point... However, I purchased the down pullover to use for skiing in mild weather and skating. But, I'm in Canada and it gets cold here ! I'm really excited to use them actually! Sadly, it's not cold enough yet ! Lol

Yes, agreed on the 5 yr LS. I bought one and it has remained in the bag untouched. I can't bear to pop the tags knowing it is a basic LS with a $70 (with tax) shirt. I loved the color though. It will go back since it's been in the bag for at least 3 weeks now. I was thinking if they priced it at around $50-55 instead, I probably would own 3 or 4 of them! Hoping to catch these on WMTM.

anon@3:20am I picked up the pigment wind berry rumble speeds in the SF today...all 3 local stores had it on the floor this am.

Has anyone purchased the kick it sweatpants? The only review says to size down, anyone agree with that?

Could someone explain what's wrong with running in down? I don't get it. I bought the down for a run vest and find it cozy on my runs.

I can't run in down and don't understand how people do it. even when it's the middle of the winter in the US E coast. It doesn't breathe and if you sweat a lot if feels gross, plus sweaty feathers are nasty.

I too live in MN and wear down when it's mid teens and below. A swiftly is all I need under neath. I also have the down shorts. Love that they keep my tush warm. Depends on your temp and wind chill I guess. To each his own.
