Enough with the mesh already. And the all meshed up tank is more like all MESSED up tank.
I don't get the Meshed Up Tank at all. It's a bra and tank - 2 pcs that can be worn separately but why would I want an ugly high necked one shoulder tank? There are a lot of moderate support bra's that are much more attractive than this one to wear on it's own too. Not impressed at all. Much of what has come out lately is so basic in design that I can purchase almost the identical item at 1/4 of the price somewhere else it seems.
I too am sick of the mesh- cheap and unflattering.
Agree it is terrible looking, even on these beautiful girls. Plus I can't help but think how easily my dog or kids would rip them.
Agreed! Those tights are effing ugly with the mesh panels highlighting all the wrong places.
I'm dying to try that top out. The pics on Lulu don't make it look good at all; so glad for these pics.
I want whatever coffee-like substance that girl is drinking. These girls manage to make completely unappealing pieces look kind of cute. Good thing I'm saving up for winter technical pieces!
That last picture makes me want to keep that Define for sure - it will go with all of my bordeaux and plum stuff. Problem is, I've also bought the butterfly Scuba III, and the pique Bhakti jacket from WMTM. That's a lot of jackets in one week!
I actually just tried on that exact outfit the girl in the first photo is wearing (the all meshed up ensemble) and I loved everything about it. The pants in that print are very flattering-I felt like they made my legs look longer and leaner due to the stripes going top to bottom. Not a lot of people seem impressed with the tank, but I really love it. I did size up because I have a large chest. The longer length is nice, and it's very comfortable, even with all the straps and layers. I ended up putting it back, as I felt I would get more wear out another item that I had picked up, but I'm probably going to end up going back and getting it!
I am glad I am not interested in any of these items.
I was in store today and fyi, the Turn Around Tight in heathered bordeaux drama are not deep in colour (definitely NOT as portrayed on the website), they are actually more pastel looking!
Courtney, hold off on buying the tank because with the amount of people that dislike it, you are sure to be able to get it on WMTM. I was pleased to score a black Bhakti Yoga jacket on WMTM this morning. Excited to have something I think I'll get a lot of use out of.
I've been waiting and waiting for the Bordeaux Turn Arounds. I'm sad if they're pastel-y! (But maybe that will save me a little money...) And for as much Lulu as I have (and it's a lot), the striped WUPs pictured above are the first ones I've gotten to work for me. I like them, but I'm not in love. They're very comfortable, but I can't decide if they're too long-underwear looking!
I like mesh when it's placed tastefully. I own several pair of Michi leggings and they look amazing( mesh panels are their "thing") I also like the bra part of this tank , it's very cute. I just don't get why it comes with one shoulder top. Not a big fan of this combo
Agree with others - so sick of all of this mesh crap we've been getting from Lulu for what seems like ages and ages now - enough already! It's cheap and sleazy looking.
Thanks for putting the comment about the meshed up tank being a size up item! I really need to get to a store to try it on. I wear an 8 in most of my lulu bras but I have one 6, and I'm more of a 10 in anything with sleeves. I actually love the asymmetrical style; it is very different from anything else available and I think the price is reasonable for 2 pieces. I hope it goes to WMTM!
