She puts her phone in the band instead of in the zippered pocket, which leads me to believe our massive phones won't ever fit in the zippered pocket. I'm also not fond of the way they seem to pull in the last image - I'm imagining running a 10k with that odd spot digging into my skin. I'm feeling a little discouraged, but I'm going in to try them on later this week. I might end up waiting for the Speed Tight *Tech (and pay a higher price, unfortunately) if these don't work.
Side note: If any of the models are reading, I'd love to see the Bordeaux Toasty Tights with the Wine Berry Fleecy Keen. I'm incredibly curious if they clash, as I personally don't mind being a big bundle of maroon.
It looks like a lot of stress is on that pocket seam of the last photo of the toasty tech tights. I'm wondering if the pair she's wearing is too tight or if they're different from the last release? I ordered these last night and I'm glad I ordered my larger size as opposed to sizing down after seeing this photo. I have a pair from the previous release and there isn't any pulling on any of the seams.
I bought these today in my usual size. I tried on the size down because I thought the same after seeing his picture. The size down did pull at the seam. Not uncomfortably, it just doesnt have the stretch factor because of the zipper. I went with the bigger size, which is my normal size for pants. There was a tiny bit of this at the zipper by I think this model has them fitting more compressive. Id be worried about the pulling causing a tear or hole where the zipper is if i had the smaller size. I took photos I can share but don't know how. If you like a really compressive fit of pants, I probably wouldn't recommend these.
Those Toasty Tights look so short! I am 5'8" and I am worried they are just too short for me.... I will need to try them on in store. When I run in cold weather I like to have my ankles covered by my tights.
