City Jogger Pant and Everywhere LS. I tried the Everywhere LS on last week and liked it well enough. The V-neck came down lower on me and showed part of my bra.

I want to know what sandals she's wearing in the pics of 'City Jogger Pant and Everywhere LS'.

@W - Me, too. I really like them.

Me three!!!

They're from Lord and Taylor outlet!

I love that entire outfit. I had zero interest in either item until I saw that photoset, especially the pictures where she has the top tucked in/tied back.

How similar is Fuel Green to Alberta Lake?

Anonymous said...

Yes what sandals are they? I like them too!

The Sunset Savasana Pullover is the cheapest itchiest thing i have ever tried on in my life!!! i wouldn't wear that sweater even if they gave it to me for free. I can't believe the designers would think this is wearable! It is also FUGLY on!

I really like the new ''dressier'' pants, but the prices are killing me!

Not appealing at all.

Although at least the shots of in the gym and doing yoga aren't phony action shots like LLL's website

Those hi rise WU are no bueno. Those are the most unflattering fit on that women. I did a double take because she looked pregnant.

The only two things I like here are the Fuel Green Dance Studio Pants and the Black Define Jacket. Everything else is totally fugly, especially the City Jogger Pants, the &Go trouser pants are a very close behind along with that hideous sweater for top three most fugly here. The woman in the photos is lovely and makes all this fugly stuff look far better than it really is.

I tried on the &go City Trek Trouser. It fits more or less exactly like a pair of pants I have from Banana Republic that has 2% spandex in the fabric blend. I expected it to have a little more stretch if Lulu's expecting people to actually cycle in it.

The logo being silver and on the calf doesn't work for me either. I liked the Lulu logo on my Here to There tank because it was just a glossy black on black, which is handy when I actually want to wear it as workwear under a cardigan or blazer.

So I can't take this seriously as either workwear or athletic wear, and that annoys me.

Sorry, but is this what they mean by "normcore"? I do like the fuel green studio pants...

Anonymous said...

Ok, what the heck is "normcore"? I have no idea, never heard that before...

I agree, the high rise/roll down pants are not fattering...not sure why so many people like them so much... All the older style medium rise wunder unders and grooves, etc all look far more flattering on me than all the new high rise/roll down waistbands. All the new waistbands are much thinner and not at all supportive feeling too, which I don't like, I prefer the more supportive feel the older medium rises gave me.

These photos of the dark fuel Dance Studio Pants made me go online and hit the buy button. I have a feeling these may not be around for that long in my size. Not taking any chances. Thanks for the great photos LLA!

Normcore: http://nymag.com/thecut/2014/02/normcore-fashion-trend.html

Wouldn't normcore stuff be generic adidas track pants? I feel lululemon is too cute to be normcore.

@ anon 10:02 pm - agree on the waistbands being thinner and not supportive - it's one reason I don't like the high rise version of WUCs, WUPS, and Grooves. As someone else said, bring back the pretty quilted waistbands.

I LOVED the go everywhere top but could not bring myself to pay $72 for a t-shirt no matter how pretty. Sad because I'm sure it won't make it to MD. What is up with this pricing!

I personally like higher waistbands. They are really good at smoothening out the imperfections. But I wear a top over it. That way it doesn't look like 80s

@LLA Any idea what's holding up the release of the Scuba III Terry Cotton in Canada??? The US has had them for weeks, but we still don't have them up here.

LuluAddict said...

@OttawaLuluLover - I bet it's a warm weather / cold weather thing.

OttawaLuluLover said...

@LLA It's colder up here in Canada, so I don't get why they won't release it here. I would have bought 2 at least! Sigh! Maybe closer to Black Friday or Christmas!
