New Pant Style Hints

lululemon pant

lululemon knit pant
Photos of two of the more interesting new pant styles have popped up on my news feed. The second photos looks like the new knit fabric and the text with it says it has zone compression. The top pant style looks pretty technical and whether they are luxtreme or another material. The new styles are supposed to be revealed tomorrow.

Strange...I was in a midwest store yesterday and had asked about a new line of pants that I had heard were in the pipeline, and the 'educator' had no idea of what I was referring. She basically said they were "just rearranging their pant wall." Nevertheless, i'm psyched to see new product with compression features. Let's just hope the quality is there....

Thanks for the sneak peeks LLA..I am so curious on pricing ! I was in my Lulu this week-end and the management did not know pricing info yet or even what the display was going to look like..All that stuff is arriving today and will be set-up from 9 tonight till 3AM roughly. Are you planning on going into your local store tomorrow for the big reveal LLA? I am not sure with my schedule if I can make it in tomorrow :(

That top pant looks like it has SO many seams....of which I don't usually want when running. Too many seams and pieces are a recipe for chafing and wardrobe malfunctions! Why can't I just have Inspires with thigh pockets? Or the new ones with a decent size pocket or rear zip pockets that are just a little bit larger to hold the new larger phones? I don't know why Lulu makes this all so difficult!

The second photo piques my interest because I actually really love the knit fabric tights I have (time warp/warp knit) - breathes well, nice compression. I know a lot of people don't like them because of the unfinished seams. Will be interesting to see if Lulu addressed that issue.

@ anon 10:31 am - I totally thought 'Batman', too, when I saw these! In fact, I was trying to figure out whether these were men's or women's since the thigh shape and bottom look like they could be a man's but then I figure guy's bottoms wouldn't have thigh pockets. I'm starting to think I could be wrong because all that seaming definitely strikes me as masculine.

@ anon 12:26 am - totally agree with too many seams being a bug rather than a feature.

hmm, not sure about this, I guess I'll have to wait and see. I like the pants just fine the way they were before. Will they still be keeping the regular styles in the regular fabrics? I actually liked them just fine, and hope they'll still be an option.

So funny, first thing I went to is so many seams. That's a gamble because they can chafe etc. so I am not keen. You likely only find out when you wear them for any length of time and really run in them. If ultra pricey I'll give them a pass anyway. Other brands are more reliable.

I LOVE my Alberta lake time warp HT! Unfinished hem is a trendy touch IMO

I don't know what to think yet. Spoke to an
ed at my store today . She said they'll be just more options besides luon & luxtreme. I'm ok with that, why not. As long as new stuff will be priced the same as old I'm game
