Upload!

Get it here.

Canada got a pretty Dashing Purple Miss Misty Jacket.

New CRB colors hit the US and Canada - Flash Light (US), Gingham (US), Heathered Naval Blue (US), Mini Pop Stripe (CAN), Bleacher Stripe White/Black (US), Ace Spot Grain (CAN), and Heathered Slate (US). I ordered the Gingham one. I'm hoping the material is a bit thinner than in previous gingham CRBs.

All Sport Crops. I saw these in the store today but they didn't have my size. I love this version of the Floral Sport Print.

New Back Spin Stroke Top Speed Crops

Canada got the new Gather and Sprint Crops. These go to a twelve and have a back zipper pocket so I'll definitely want to try these.

Canada got the new Pedal to the Medal Tights.

The US finally got the Wee Space and Stripe Play Pace Rival Crops. I think the wee space are the best in the current colorways.

Wee Space Silver Special Edition Wunder Under Crops

The new Pedal to the Medal SS top. I have all three colors in the Mesh What the Sport Singlet so don't need this. I like the v-neck and the silverescent circle mesh in the WTS better.

New Sweaty or Not Crop Top. I wouldn't mind trying this if it was longer.

Tie Dye Silver Fox Swiftly SS (US)

The US got the Itty Bitty Halter.

The US got the Grain Ace Spot Energy Bra.

Alarming Tracker Shorts

Alarming What the Sport Short

Dashing Purple Kicking It Backpack

Heathered Flash Light Swiftly. I ordered this. I am a sucker for Space Dye Swiftlys. If it's too neon, it'll probably go back.

Superb Bra.

Just the CRB and Swiftly Tank for me. Did you get anything today?

Ordered the tie dye Swiftly Tech Racerback in Heathered Tranquil Blue immediately, now going back to check out everything else, ha!

I see US got the pace rivals I've been waiting on! Hoping they come to Canada next week! Argh!

Absolutely most boring upload for Canada ever! Getting nothing!

Exciting upload! I picked up the swiftly Heathered tie dye tank in silver fox, the banana print boogie shorts (will be a good basic color but fun print), the pretty plume flow Y bra. I think they'll all be my fave staples in go-with-everything neutral colors but in fun prints. I then went back and found the denim luon wunder unders and got those too - excited to have a legging-type denim look for dance! Another great basic. Hope it doesn't stretch to white beneath. Was tempted by the heathered peacock long sleeve swiftly but felt like I'd gotten a lot already and it's too hot for long sleeves. I also considered the WAFS silver spoon WUC but I feel the lighter color has a leg-thickening effect even on those skinny models.

Yay ordered the WUC Mesh in Silver Spoon!! Grabbed them in two sizes because I am worried they might run sheer. Anyone heard any reports on whether these are opaque? Id be willing to sacrifice and have a looser fit for these puppies though if they pass the bend test, they look so sharp in those photos!! Have been eyeing them since they came out in Australia (where they sold out in the popular sizes really fast!). Whoo happy upload to everyone else hope you get your goodies as well :)

Is Canada ever going to get the narrow bold stripe WUPs or crops? Thought I may have missed them on an upload that sold out fast, but the store I went to said they haven't had them in yet. My parallel's are my favorite and in need of replacement! Lol

Nothing for me. I will wait to see/feel CRBs in stores; there are a couple I am interested in.

I am envious of the men's side having "heathered royal red" (in the metal vent tech ss). Now THAT'S a really nice red! Dont' get it - LLL can't seem to give the women's side this nice red when clearly it's within their capability. Just say no to orangey reds.

Anonymous said...

P.S. don't get me started on the men also having "heathered hunter green"...women't side gets all manner of versions of pink (or even a barely pink haha, almost a dirty white), but it's as if they've never heard of women liking nice greens.

Got the Flash Light swiftly tank and CRB, and the Peacock Blue and Tranquil Blue swiftly tanks. I wear a lot of tanks lol.

I bought the tie dye swiftly tank in store yesterday so I didn't pull the trigger on anything else tonight although the Gingham CRB is tempting. I was wondering if anyone has tried on the sweaty or not crop that shows online exclusive..I know some online exclusives end up in stores from returns or the higher volume stores get them. They look really great but have no reviews yet..can anyone comment?
Thanks!

I ordered the Pedal to the Medal Tank and Energy Bra in Alarming. I also picked up a CRB in Alarming (I realize this isn't new this week, but I love a good, solid CRB, so...).

I am tempted by the Swiftly Racerback in the tie-dye, but I don't love the Swiftlys (they ride up when I run). I wish they'd do a CRB or Straight Up Tank in that print/color.

@lulu Yes I have the floral sport/iris flower Sweaty or Not crop. I think it's nice and have nothing bad to say about it other than when I worked out in them (only once so far), I found the waist to be annoyingly high. I rolled it down like it was a WU lol and found that to be better. I can wear a size 6 or 4 and I got these in a 6 but kind of now wish I'd gotten them in a 4 partly so the waist didn't feel so overwhelming and even if I sized down I felt there was enough "room" in the fabric that it wouldn't have been sheer. BUT - I prefer my tights on the more compressive side, so I think they're TTS, just with (IMO) a noticeably high waist and a stretchy enough fabric that if you're between sizes you could size down. HTH!

So, am I totally out of luck on ever getting a black Picnic Play dress? My store never got it and it's sold out on the website. *sadness* Has anyone seen it in their store??

janine57 said...

I got the silver spoon mesh wuc in a 6. Hope it doesn't run small like the wafs wuc.

Unknown said...

@Sophie, Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! I too love compression..I usually go with a 6 in any or most of the tights and crops unless it's a casual run around pant like the Om pant I do an 8..I am 5'8" and usually fluctuate between 140-145#. So I may give these a try after your feedback :)

The Dashing Purple Kicking It Backpack looks so gorgeous! Makes me wish I needed a backpack :) Hopefully we'll see some other bags in this same colour combo, Dashing Purple along with the Flash and Black accents and the Rose Gold Hardware is just so pretty.

Finally the Splendour bra uploaded. I tried it on tonight at the store and thought it was very comfortable and maybe a little more support than an energy bra, although it was a size down from what I wear in the Energy/All Sport. Only thing that stopped me from getting it was I have very narrow shoulders and the straps are very wide-set. Just looked odd on me. I ended up getting the Hold Your Om bra in the blue and purple. So comfy. And the peacock is especially beautiful.

@ anon 6:45 pm - The Picnic Play dress has not hit stores yet. It sold really well so you would think they'd be sending it to the stores, too.

Anonymous said...

The Dashing Purple might be the only time I'd consider a Miss Misty jacket, but even then it'd have to be on markdown. When is LLL going to move on from this jacket?

Sophie said...

@lulu No problem! I definitely think they're worth trying. Also if you like compression I would recommend the new All Sport Crops. I ordered a pair last week and was really impressed by the feel of them. I sized down to a 4 in the floral sport/tranquil blue (I usually do a 4 in the seamless crops/tights, inspire crops and pace rival crops but a 6 in everything else) and although they fit they sheered out too much because they have a white backing to the fabric, so I just reordered a 6. Hopefully taking my larger size will remedy the print fade issue because I really did feel these were noticeably more compressive and flattering. Anyway good luck with your picks!

Ugh what a big order. LLA how long are your recent orders taking to get to you? I didn't think before I ordered and should've changed the shipping address as I'm leaving Irvine Saturday. Do you think I'll get my order Friday?

Anonymous said...

Did Canada get the flash light crb?

LuluAddict said...

@Alejandra - when I order at upload, I get them on Friday.

LuluAddict said...

@ 10:05 pm - I don't think they did.

Katrina said...

This was an expensive week. I got the silver spoon wuc's, the wafs pace rivals, two Go Om tanks, and a crb.

I'm done ordering stuff until September. I'm entering a short stint in lulu rehab, because seriously, no one needs this many pants.

Or do they?!?!

Anonymous said...

@Katrina 11:31 PM, no, no one needs so much LLL gear. If you stop buying so much and purge/sell some of your items, I promise you'll be happy you did it. I went through this last year and it's literally a huge weight lifted. I was pretty appalled at how much I had. You cannot use it all even if you are hard core active (which I am). And when you're hanging onto stuff telling yourself how much you like it, it's all special blah blah, you just have to get over it. I don't miss anything I got rid of and I still have a decent amount of stuff/favourites. As I continue to buy (much much less), I continue to purge.

Rungirl7 said...

Where is rehab located because I may need to be locked up! ;)

Anonymous said...

The gingham crb is the same thickness as last time I went up a size. Love it though

Anonymous said...

Did the pedal to the medal 7/8 tights only get uploaded in the ace spot grain? The only thing I wanted this upload was the black/red/blue pair and I did't see them :(

Anonymous said...

I'm in the same boat as Katrina and Rungirl7! I take little breaks from buying but then I seem to come back to it wanting even more! Maybe best to just set a budget for each week or two weeks or month and stick to it - easier said than done though and I should take my own advice :) I do agree with anon 2:22 AM in that nobody actually needs this much Lulu stuff, but everyone has something they enjoy spending their money on and if spending it on Lulu make you happy and feel good then so be it (within reason of course). I buy a lot of Lulu and I have more than enough of certain items but the way I see it is that they're only going to last longer with more to rotate around wearing (or maybe I'm just trying to justify it by telling myself this ;)) I think as long as you're actually wearing everything then it's fine, if you have items you find you're not wearing then best to sell them of course.

I wanted the inner essence tee, but it doesn't look like it was uploaded, yet it was teased on Friday! grrrr.

It's on a deserted island where clothes aren't allowed! :)

Katrina said...

I hear you 100%. I am selling, but maybe I need to sell more! :)

Katrina said...

I'm supporting my own habit now, which is good. I sell, and use that cash to buy more. But still, it gets exhausting!!

Anonymous said...

I buy a lot of Lulu, but I justify it by running...a lot! So there is that! Lulu is an investment in my mileage! :) There are worse addictions in this world! Thanks, Luluaddict for all your hard work on this blog. It is my favorite shopping blog out there! You and your commenters always offer great insights, fit reviews with some humor along the way!

I've bought a lot of Lulu since the fall when I bought my first items. It's scary that I already have a very good sized collection. My buying is slowing now that I have the base I needed though. I will still buy solid CRBs in shades I like, would love a Right As Rain jacket if they come back this fall and would consider adding High Times or Rolldown WUs if other Diamond Jacquard prints are released, but other than that there's nothing I need. I just got three jackets (Warm Core and Let's Be Visible hoodies at the warehouse sale, and Angel Wing In Flux using my 'sorry we shipped late' gift card) and two new Cabin Yogi wraps (Heathered Dune and Heathered Dark Wren). I'm set now. I have plenty of running tights and tops now that I've been through the different Lulu seasons.

Unknown said...

Off topic, but did this happen to anyone else?!! I had a couple of sweaters from the online warehouse sale in my cart, and I was kind of bummed that LL shut it down before I could get them. When I ordered something last night, I was surprised to see that the warehouse sweaters were in my confirmation email. They had disappeared once the sale was done, so I'm not sure how that happened! I figured the whole sale would get canceled and that I would have to re-order the new stuff, but I just got the shipping confirmation. I had really wanted those sweaters so I'm rather happy, but it's a rather odd glitch. The Lulu gods must be in a good mood today! (And hopefully I didn't just set myself for a Jinx to steal the package off my doorstep --)

Anonymous said...

I've had that happen a lot with the app. I think I'm ordering four things, and my order confirmation comes with things I was looking at a week ago and didn't really want. The cart update is pretty frustrating! I end up having to do a lot of returns of things I didn't really want.

Unknown said...

I actually don't use the app -- I don't really like it. It's funny tho, because if I leave things in my cart it will quadruple it or sometimes l'll end up with a comically ridiculous number of items. I can't be the only one it happens to, so hopefully they'll fix it. I've been told that I should use the app, but I don't like it at all!
I'm usually pretty careful because I've gotten extras enough times to be wary of LL's system.

LuluAddict said...

@ Shannon - I always have multiples of things in my cart if I leave them there while browsing. I've never checked out with extras, though.

@ anon 5:21 PM

I totally agree - would love to see a true red in CRB and swiftly for women - enough of the orange-red. I love dark green and would like to see some darker colors available during Fall.
