Upload!

It's up! Get it here.

Pipe Dream and White Deep Navy Stripe Weekend LS tops finally hit the US. I ordered the Pipe Dream. I have heard from friends this one is buttery soft, but I'm pretty sure they're all buttery soft.

Jeweled Magenta and Clarity Dottie Dash Speed Shorts. I saw the JM Speeds in the store over the weekend and they are gorgeous.

Canada got the pretty Jeweled Magenta and the US got a pretty Lullaby and Dashing Purple In the Flux jackets.

Lullaby Scoop Neck and regular Swiftly SS. I had this in my cart for a little while but decided to wait to see it in the store.

The new swim wear uploaded. I'm rather annoyed the Sun Runner tops stopped at a ten.

Canada got Runbeam Hoodies.

Canada got a pretty Heathered Jeweled Magenta Flow Y

Canada got the Jeweled Magenta Swiftly Tank. I tried this one on over the weekend and was very tempted to get it. It's like a normal swiftly - soft and stretchy. Some of the patterned swiftlys have been thicker and lacked stretch but this one is nice.

Canada got the Liberty Shorts in Jeweled Magenta. The US got them in Clarity Jacquard.

All You Need Sweatpants. I was a tempted by these but I don't really need more sweats.

Very pretty blue denim In the Flow Crops (CAN)

The US got a bunch of new colors of Jet Crops. I'm not sure if these are the rulu ones.

Overall the upload was disappointing. I ordered the Weekend LS and the Poseidon Warrior Tank. Did you get anything today?

What. The only new stuff is the stupid swim line? The stupid swim line is the only new stuff? That is stupid and this sucks. Stupid Lululemon and their stupid swimsuits. I am in full on pout mode over here.

@Alin - lol. I am with you. I did get that pipe dream blue Weekend LS but the US got mostly crap this week. Really annoyed the Sun Runner tops stop at 10. Athleta makes nice UPF tops in tons of pretty colors.

Swim stuff is hideous. Doesn't look like the tops even have lining, which was the same fatal flaw as last year. The prints are awful. I did spring for the pointelle mesh High Times though; returned a pair before as I couldn't quite convince myself it didn't look hookerish but I'm curious to see these in person.

That surf to sand bikini bottom is insanely tiny! I feel bad for the model!

WTF.
Canadian upload = worst ever.

Where is the regal plum CRB for Canada?

I bought the all you need crop. I need new crops for yoga and there has been nothing new that works for me. They probably will go back but I had to at least try them.

Nada for me.

LOL to the first comment. Kind of how I feel. I was hoping we might see poseidon run times and those pretty purple inspire tights. Oh, well. I just want some cute summer running gear. And some comfy/cute stuff to kick around in.

I'm thinking about the all you need pants. There's nothing cute to me so I'm re-evaluating looking at basics which is probably a good thing. They look comfy but for summer one would hope the fabrics fairly thin. The white is SO tempting but with four kids how crazy would that be?

Yeah I was hoping to see CRB in HP. Ordered Scoop back top in Cyber Stripe and All you need crop in Magenta just to try

Heat wave wunder under crops and silver spoon/grey on the daily hoodie!!!

Lullaby In Flux jacket is gorgeous! Had to order that one. Harbour blue is also a nice color but didn't feel like I needed new swimwear. I barely wore last year's.

Do they not learn year after year about their swimwear collections? Half of it ends up in outlets for $19 a piece or something. The other half gets marked down right away...

Jeweled Magenta All You Need Crops and Exquisite Tank II plus the B&W Pigment Multi Hit Your Stride Skirt because it'll match EVERY COLOR!!!

I'm really praying for the Scratch Match White/Naval Blue print to come in WUCs! Wouldn't that be EPIC!!!

I had been waiting for the new Weekend LS colors to upload for weeks, so got one of each. The swim line does not appeal to me at all.

LOL. I got an email from LLL and it was entitled "sink or swim". Haha. They are seriously sinking with that hideous line of swimwear. Yeah, I'm going to work out hard and look then look like crap wearing those unflattering suits. Sure ok, and spend hundreds of dollars to do that. Haha.

Call me dumb, but I am making another attempt at swim with the Salty Swim Sport Top and Salty Swim Hipster in the "biggie crosscourt petal black pow pink light/mini oki heathered print silver spoon slate" (major mouthful). God help me.

The only thing that even remotely interests me are the All you Need Crops, but I'm hesitant to try them because of the pleats down the side of the leg. I already have big legs and don't need any added bulk. Where are the crops with STREAMLINED pockets on the legs Lulu?

If anyone could post their thoughts on these crops when you get them, I would greatly appreciate it; most interested to know whether the pleating adds bulk to the leg and also, if the pockets fit an Iphone6

Canadian upload was very disappointing, but am really happy it had the new Jeweled Magenta In Flux Jacket, I love the new In Flux Jackets, so had to have it in that gorgeous colour. The Lullaby In Flux that the US got looks gorgeous as well.

I finally got my Heathered Jeweled Magenta Define today, was a bit worried about sizing after reading some thought it was bigger, I don't think this one is any bigger or looser at all, the Oil Slick Blue Camo one I got a while ago was definitely looser though and decided on a size down for that one, so you never know these days with sizing which is annoying.

Agree it was a weak upload (and, yes, the swim line is infuriatingly tone deaf, since we've told them clearly what we want and what we don't), but I am a complete sucker for Lullaby, so I picked up the SS Swiftly and In Flux jacket.

Yuck! At least I don't have to spend any money on Lulu this week. I was really hoping for the heathered poseidon CRB. This is the first I've seen in a long time that I have to have. Is it some kind of cruel joke that they used the heathered poseidon crb as the banner photo on the "tanks" page?

Luluaddict, do you know anything about the true self bra? I just saw it on the UK website. The back is really beautiful.

I was in my local Lulu tonight and bought the new High Times in the new Jacquard pink purple print..I can't remember the name of the color as it's sold out online ..I also purchased the sun runner LS black in a size 10 it is a little on the shorter side but I did like it overall..they also had the black and white striped one..not sure what Lulu is thinking because it totally looks like a referee shirt. I also got the water sun runner tank..in the new floral..I think this tank will be great for spin class. Also got the energy bra in the same print!

The In Flux jackets are so pretty but the sleeves seem too long on the models. Can anyone who has tried them on comment on the fit. How does it compare to the DSJ?

Anonymous said...

I have a pair of the diamond jacquard high times size 10 that I am returning if anyone wants them before I do so - they are excellent, just not going to work for my preggo belly!

Got the JM all you need crops and cross back tank II. Hit your stride skirt in pigment wave. Want In Flux Jacket in JM. HOPE it comes to US.

Is the clarity yellow CRB in stores in the US? Anyone seen it?

Anonymous said...

Completely agree. I was so disappointed!

LuluAddict said...

@lulu - Do you have a Sculpt tank? How does the new Sun Runner Tank compare? They're made of the same fabric.

Anonymous said...

I got he energy bra in the cross court floral print and the warrior tank in the blue color and the green inspire crops. I will probably return the inspires.
The swimline is awful! they should hire designers who know swim wear.
whomever tries the swim line please comment here.

I bought the swim shorts. I love that they are reversible. I hope they work out...

lulu said...

@LLA Yes I now have several Sculpt tanks and the fit of the Sun Runner Tank is similar through the body (Loose TTS) But the Sun Runner Tank is much shorter and more fitted under the arms than the Sculpt..I am sending you comparison photos of one on top of other in an email..feel free to use them if you want :)
I don't mind the shorter length and I think it will be great for spin class

lulu said...

By the way, the latest Crossback Tanks use a very thin very sheer mesh as opposed to the previously released Crossbacks that had the nice perforated material that make up the Var-City Tanks..Very disappointing as I feel they look cheaper..I tried on the new black/white print and didn't like at all due to the new mesh used plus the print faded out in my TTS but I wouldn't go up a size because then I'd loose the support in my chest.

Does any one know if the Luon fabric stretches at all over time or in the wash? I got the last of the "Heathered Jewel Magenta" stock online. I'm normally an XS, so I should have gotten the size 4 but it was out of stock. The size 2 still fits, but it is extremely figure-skimming on me. All-in-all the size 4 would have been perfect. Thanks!

LuluAddict said...

@Carmen - not really. I would suggest calling some stores close to you and see if they have the size you are looking for and they will mail to you for free.

LuluAddict said...

@ lulu - thanks for the input on the difference between the first and second versions of the Crossback tank. I had been wondering what the difference was.

Thanks for the Sun Runner to Sculpt comparison, too. I had noticed the armholes seemed higher. I kind of liked the larger armhole when I wore it for a run at the gym - it was another place the air could breeze in. I'll have to give the Sun Runner a try since you say it fits on the looser side. I'll take a look for your email - thanks!
