Cute new things are hitting US stores - Fresco Blue LS Swiftly, Regal Plum Cool Racerback, and Good Vibes Deep Navy/Black Speed Tights. Anyone know why we are seeing Speed Tights so deep into spring? Is it because of the ports issue or is it a new thing to stretch out the season a bit? Non-runner friends of mine like Speed Tights for gym workouts since they prefer luxtreme over luon.

I already have the regular Plum CRB from a couple of years ago. I see Regal Plum is more bright. Not sure it's a must for me though. With less CRBs being produced, interesting this is the colour they offer.
Ahhh where in the U.S. has the regal plum CRB been spotted? Will stores ship for free to another state?

Quick question - was there a long sleeve Swiftly top in regal plum? I thought I remembered seeing one somewhere on your blog but am not sure if it sold out or just never came to the US.

OT- What is with the man crotch in all the to/from pants?! Namaskar pant - man crotch. Jet crop - man crotch. It looks ridiculous! Jet crops going back :-(
I should say that I'm pretty short, maybe they don't have this effect on taller people.
LLA - any hints/tips that we'll see LS scoop neck swiftlies again this year? They were my favorite!
How do people wash their Scubas? I just got one in my usual size. It fits snugly, but comfortably (I tried sizing up but the size up was too big in the shoulders and too long). However, I worried that my new Scuba will shrink in the wash. Do you wash cold; line dry? (I usually try to avoid line drying if I can bc it leaves clothes so dang crunchy...).
@ anon 9:20 am - I wash mine cold and air dry in the dryer for a bit - 30 mins or so - to fluff it and soften it and then rack dry to finish it. However, I live in a dry climate so it dries fairly fast. I've heard that drying with heat is what will fade the darker colors in the cotton fleece so you want to do it on the lowest setting you can live with.
@ anon 8:13 am - I don't know. I kind of suspect we won't see them for awhile, if ever. They might be one of those temporarily retired styles that we'll see again in a year or two.

Can't speak for taller people, because I'm an average 5.5, with very skinny lower legs.Those "man crotch" pants look awful on me too, especially with the tapered legs. I have not been able to buy pants from LLL for quite a while because of that (I've got all the older styles so I will just wait out this fad).
My local Lulu said that they don't have a handle on what's coming in ahead of time due to the port issue finally being resolved and some back stock finally being delivered...So I would suspect that the speeds shown here should have been out long before the spring pieces :) :Lulu is just trying to get some of this back log pushed out..I am wondering if some of the stuff will go directly to the outlet locations .

Yeah, there was a huge backlog of cargo ships waiting to unload on the West coast ports. I can't remember the exact number of months but it was something like 2-3 months after the new contract was signed. It will be interesting to see what goes straight to WMTM and the outlets.
I just ordered 3 new Swiftly Long Sleeves, the Regal Plum pattern, the Space Dye Heather Blue Tropics, and the Space Dye Heather Plum Peach :)
I have a question that I'd be thankful to hear others thought on - I've been buying my Swiftly tops in a size 4, they fit me well everywhere, except the waist/midsection is quite loose, everywhere else is fitted/snug without being too tight.
I'm just wondering how much of a difference there would be in the next size down (for me that's a size 2, I have sized down comfortably from a 4 to a 2 in some of my Rulu tops and Defines if they seem to run looser through the waist)? I'm around 120 pounds, 5'2", 32E TaTaTamer, 23 - 24" waist and 37 - 37.5" butt, the size 4 fits nice except for the waist gapes and is looser than I'd like. I'd love to hear from those of you who have tried on different sizes to compare please and thank you so much in advance :)
