Clear Mint Cool Racerback with the Var-City bra underneath. Thought I'd post so you can see how the bra seaming shows under this tank. This is from a US store.
Despite the sheerness, I love the clear mint CRB. I guess I don't mind the sheerness too much because I wear it with a surge power y underneath and the two colors really complement each other.
I scored quite a few things on WMTM this morning, most notably a wild tank that I had my eye on and I was also psyched to see the moody mirage deep navy WUPs. I had bought them when they first came out and thought they were nicely opaque and thick, but returned them because I just couldn't justify plunking down $100 - I liked them a lot but didn't *LOVE* them. For $59, however, I had to grab them.
I received my clear mint crb this week and was surprised at how thin it is. But like 12:11 pm I will probably be keeping it because it is such a great color and goes with so much of my lulu wardrobe even though it is definitely a bit sheer.
Also, I think those are different high times in the bottom photo since the block party ones have a seam just above the knee.
I tried the Var-City bra yesterday thinking that it would fit like the Solo bra (more like a bra top, such as a Power-Y, than a bra), but it was very snug and really flattened my chest (size 8, 34C). I normally go up in size to a 10 for my bras, so I guess this bra will be no different. Cute and light, though.
