Upload!

Upload! Get it here.

The US got the Moody Mirage CRB and Canada got the Sugar Crush print one. I ordered the Moody Mirage to try.

The Deep Navy Swiftly LS is very tempting.

New Speed Shorts uploaded in Blue Tropics, Nimbus (CAN), and Harbor Blue.

New Tracker III shorts in Clear Mint and Nimbus.

Warrior Scarf. I like the pants she is wearing here.

Canada got a cute Bark Berry version of the super soft Crew Love Pullover.

New colors in the Rain On Jacket were uploaded. Bark Berry is shown here.

Canada got cute colors in the Retreat Tee.

Interesting new shorts called the Sculpt Short. I want to give these a try at the store.

Star Crush Pace Rival Skirt

Canada got a different Perfectly Perf tee.

City Skirt. Earl Gray shown here.

Canada got cute new vitasea Weekend LS tops.

In Flux jacket. I am going to wait to try this in the store.

Canada got the new Sup Hats

Canada got the Retreat crops.

Fatigue Straight to Class Pants. Didn't these hit WMTM last time they were out?

Overall, an underwhelming upload. Only the Moody Mirage CRB for me today and I'm not sure I'll keep it. I am tempted by the Heathered Slate Studio Racerback that was uploaded to the US. Good thing I stocked up on swim wear last summer because there is nothing for a twelve offered this time around, even in the rashguards. Contrary to rumor, there were no Water Bound hoodies offered.

Did you get anything today?

Is it just the US that received the plum street to studio pants or do some of the stores in Canada have them?

I didn't see nimbus speeds for US?

Only Canada got the Nimbus Speeds and the US got the In Flux crops. I don't think Plum In Flux crops have hit the stores yet, I haven't seen any photos of them yet.

I think the pants with the warrior scarf are the no sweat pants. I just bought two colons if them and they are super cute!

@Luli - I think you are right.

Ftbw star crush, on the fence about the harbor blue speeds, but night is still young.

Wow - their swim line leaves so much to be desired. You have to be less than an A cup for these to work. Nothing for me today. Still hoping for the deep navy CRB to come to the US.

Lulu does a lot of things well but swimwear isn't one of them. Blech.

I'm going to order SRB in Vintage pink with black City skirt, really like them together. Also debating on either getting Tie top or triangle with bikini bottom. I wonder if I get size 8 if it'll accomidate my 32D? I know it says A to B cup , but I think bigger size might work( I'm a size 4 in tops) does anybody have any advice?
I also like Street to Studio pants in what it seems to be Black Cherry. Gray Inspires with Blue Tropics accents look good too

Nothing for me today, admittedly disappointed. Was intrigued by the Run Inspire Crop II's because I love the mini-blushed illusion print but there wasn't enough of it to make me pull the trigger.

wow you have to have no curves for that swim suit line. Id like the paddle ls and tights but for $200 I would need to use them for more than sup'ing. not sure they would work for anything else.

Blue tropics speed shorts for me. So excited, hope they get here quick!

Of course Canada didn't get the moody mirage crb...

Did the Canadian site get the star crushed FTBW bra? I will check in stores but just curious if it was posted and sold out. I already got the cyber stripe white silver fox/sea mist FTBW a few weeks ago. I stop by stores regularly so don't think I missed the star crushed one in store (would expect it to show up by this week but lately sometimes upload doesn't match what stores get, in Toronto anyway).

Swim line is such a joke- for a company that does fit so well they really miss the mark on swim. Why not make swim tops like the energy bra with some padding? Or swim bottoms that actually cover what they are supposed to? There are so many better options out there for flattering swimwear.

Other than the FTBW in starcrush, the deep navy Swiftly I'm not into anything. I do like the look of the Surf to Sand Booster top in the solid harbor blue - and could get away with this as I am light busted - but I would buy a bottom elsewhere that doesn't show that much cheek. I do not subscribe to "if you've got it flaunt it". Even in a bikini I have a certain taste level for what I will wear. And I'm not talking about wear "grannie" bottoms either.

Can anyone comment on the Yogasmoga racerback tank? Since Lulu seems to have no intentions of offering any good solid CRB colors (harbor blue would be beautiful...*sigh*), I was considering trying the Yogasmoga version (not too happy that they're $46 though!). I would also appreciate any sizing feedback. I'm a size 6 in nearly every LLL top except for CRB where I size down to a 4 due to the length of the straps.

Snooze… nothing today. As usual they're putting contrasting borders on the speed shorts or I would get the nimbus ones.

water bound hoodies are worth their weight in gold if you have allergies/sun related migraines. I hope they upload a few colors next week! It's one of the few items I'll buy at full price.

I got the deep navy swiftly LS in store yesterday and love it..as for the rest of the upload..I too was nonplused..I would have pulled the trigger on the week-end LS tops that Canada got..I love that shirt..Will have to keep an eye out for a store to call!
By the way recently discovered that you can now call Outlet stores and charge send!! While pricing isn't great on certain items (can often find better mark downs in store) for items that suddenly disappear and you feel you missed out it's worth a shot..I just scored the Let's get Visible Hoodie at a nice price point and it's still on the website at full price!

@Lulu - I just learned the Las Vegas outlet closed last month and the Grand Prairie one is closing this month. I wonder if all of them will close or just these recently expanded ones.

canadian site currently says that the in flux jacket is 128 thousand dollars lol wonder how long it will take them to fix that ;)

@ anon 7:16 pm - I really liked last year's Water Bound bra and wore it all the time for running. I don't understand why that didn't make a comeback.

LLA, I tried on the In Flux jacket in store (Palo Alto, CA - it just arrived today). Fits like DSJ for me. For reference I have big arms. But I prefer the tight fit of DSJ on the waist area, didn't buy it.

@ anon 8:54 pm - thanks!

@ starla - lol

Meh, disappointing upload today! Got the sugar crush CRB in store today & one of the loose fitting swim shorts & still thinking about the new FTBW, but I'd like to see it in store first.
Disappointed by the swim line.. you gotta be a stick figure for these pieces to look good.
Getting so sick & tired of So this mesh frenzy.. seems like half of the pants/tops have something meshy on them. I'd buy some of the new styles if they were made from vitasea or cotton. Guess it's cheaper for me this way.. LOL

re: outlet stores - our store in Regina, SK is a hybrid of sorts. We have an outlet section in the back of our store where we get sale stuff from across the country. One of the educators told me we are one of two in the country like this, not sure where the other one is.

LuluAddict said...

@ anon 6:51am - I think the other hybrid store is in Glendale, CA. They have a ton of markdowns in the 2nd floor of the store.

I wish Lulu would make swimwear that's actually designed for swimming. Like an energy bra top one piece that actually covers some of your butt cheeks. Seriously, these pieces don't even look functional for lounging around. Isn't this stuff supposed to be marketed towards athletes?

Anonymous said...

I own two 2-piece Athleta swimsuits, FWIW, and I have been super happy with them. They look and fit like high-quality athletic clothing, they stay in place for sports, and they provide coverage without being dowdy. I know a lot of people here aren't Athleta fans, but athletic women deserve good swimsuits, and most of these lulu designs look like pre-teen Roxy stuff in the clearance section at TJMaxx.

In terms of the bathing suit tops. none of them will even fit a C cup properly. A size B will spill out like crazy. I highly suggest trying those at a store and not going through the hassle of ordering a bunch of sizes online and then having to return them all.

@7:20 I have 2 of the yogasmoga racer tanks one in olivine and the other in yellow. the sizing is similar to lulu. they are a bit shorter which works for me because I am petite, I actually prefer them to the CRB.
The only thing is that they don't offer a lot of patterns and colors.

I used to live in Veags. I wonder why the Lulu outlet their closed?
It was actually about 35 minutes from Vegas but worth the drive.
