New What We Love

lululemon-fresco-blue-swiftly
New LS Swiftly in very pretty Fresco Blue. Without seeing them side by side this looks close to Spry, one of my favorite blues. I am hoping against hope we'll see a CRB in this color.

lululemon-trail-bound-tank
I like the Black Cherry Trail Bound LS a lot but the weather is heading to 90-degrees here so I can't really get into a heavy long sleeve top. I love luxtreme tanks but am not a fan of the color blocking so feel these are likely be a pass for me.

lululemon-retreat-dress
The write up calls this silverescent but it looks like seriously light luon (aka, sheer luon) to me. This might have made a cute tunic top if there were side ties to cinch it up but I don't see any.

lululemon-high-times-pant
Lots of people have been waiting for these to arrive. They're supposed to hit Canada a little later.

This will make a cute layering piece over a tank.

lululemon-heat-the-street-onesie
Based on the styling, I assume the Heat The Street Onesie is a "fast turn" product (the other two product types are core and seasonal) that are supposed to be more trendy. I find most of them too plain and, frankly, cheap-looking.
lululemon-miss-misty

I would think this has to be the last of the Miss Misty jackets. After fixing the tank wall, lululemon can get to work on coming up with the next new mega-hit jackets. The new designs we've seen so far have not been bad but I've found often have a fit issue so I haven't loved any new designs this year enough this year to pay full price for one. Honestly, I love it if the Downtime was re-released in new colors.

Liking the fresco blue. Not eally into anything else. I like the regal plum in the 50 rep bra but don't care for the splotchy plum black pattern going on there. That version of the Miss Misty ii looks ok. Maybe if it goes to markdown.

The Heat the Street Onesie will probably be a big hit. I never like the onesies they put out but this one I actually think is cute. Doubt I'll buy it but I might at least try it on in store.

Love the new blue and would totally buy that adorable sweater for cool summer nights or even to wear to the office. The high times are nice but not worth close to $100 in my opinion. Nothing else is really appealing - that dress is awful. Looks like a nightgown.

Oh, I may be in for anything that comes in that fresco blue..

All of these patterns lately have been disappointing, find them all cheap looking.

Visited my store last night and they had retreat pants in a black/grey combo and I also saw some new WUP colors - denim in particular caught my eye.

Fresco blue, harbour blue, surge blue - hope there are tanks in that colour - preferably not more wild tanks - i already have 3, and don't want to get sick of wearing same style ...though they are nice and cool and show off the back nicely - but then what to do with the 20 FTBW bras I bought!

fresco blue is a very nice color. I hope they put out a lot of items in this shade. It will be great for summer.

I am also digging the vintage green color.

@LLA I'm so with you on a feature filled jacket! I looked up the downtime jacket after you posted about it a while back! We should post on hey LULULEMON!

Love the new blue, and I agree, it looks a lot like Spry. It's nice to see summery colors like that.

Speaking of summery colors, I picked up a clear mint CRB in my local (SF Bay Area) store today. It's nicely thick and such a great warm-weather color. I will probably wear light colored sports bras under it, as it is a tiny bit sheer, but for anyone worried it's like that super thin and sheer dotted faded zap CRB from a couple years ago, it's not. Definitely a good staple that will get a lot of use.

@ anon 12:15 pm - Ooh, good to know about the Clear Mint. I have been avoiding the pale greeny yellows the past few years because they've been see-through. I might order this one, then. Neon is so great for visibility when running.

Clear Mint is nice thick Luon. I own the CRB and Power Y from last year. I love them.

Retreat Dress is supposed to be for ladies who are 5'9"? I'M 5'2" and this dress will be down to my shins...

High Times Pant Cyber Stripe Wht Silver Fox- OMG OMG OMG I must have two pairs.

Devi Crew is super cute but all their sweaters have been going down on MD so i'm going to wait.

I have the Heat The Street Onsie from last year and really love it. Very cute. The only thin is going to the bathroom... I pushed the thigh opening to the side to see and somehow got it all over my leg and the jumper TMI sorry. If anyone has a good trick to use the washroom in this jumper, please let me know. TIA

@ anon 12:53 pm - I was thinking that, too, about the Devi - wait for the markdown. Bwahaha on the bathroom story.

to Luluaddict 1:08pm- LOL I meant to say "PEE" but i think you already knew that.

NY Stores have very little new and exciting items and too much old inventory which half of them are still NOT on MD.
I used to get excited every Wednesday to see all the fun new things but haven't felt that way in the past 3-4 months of so. I think the port issue has been detrimental to the stores. BORING BORING BORING when I walk in these days.

BUT RUMOR HAS IT, LOTS OF NEW SPRING INVENTORY COMING BEGINNING OF APRIL!

I love my Spring Fling puffy windbreaker (although the price did make me choke a little!) It's a great weight for me--a hot flashing, peri-menapausal mama, and the fit is perfect for my short self! (TTS and very flattering, I took my normal size 4). None of the other jackets have had any appeal.

That dress is truly dreadful and sloppy looking! Tragic waste of fabric!

The onesie bathroom story is funny.
I have a one piece from lulu that is long and is bordeaux colored you practically have to take the whole thing off to use the toilet. I like it for yoga, but as soon as I am done I take it off .
