Canada got the seek the heat shorts and breath easy crops already. The crops are a size up IMO.
I like Hit Your Stride skirt because of the print. Those of you who have lulu skirts, where do you wear them? I don't see many people at the gym wearing skirts
@ anon 2:55 pm - thanks! I tend to forget to check the Canadian site a lot of the time.
Now I remember that you said that this version of AL is more blue compared to the last release back in Fall of 2012 which was definitely more green teal. That's probably why I got confused when I first saw those Conductor Stripe Alberta Lake Roll Down Skinny Wills. They looked like they were navy when I zoomed in on Miss R's pic in the group she shared her try on pics. I was really disappointed the previous release of AL crops were sheer. I'm hoping this release has improvements.
@lululover, I wear lulu skirts for runs outside in my neighborhood culdesac streets, more busier streets, parks, trails, etc. I even wear them for races. I have worn the skirts that come with biker shorts/liners to gym workout simply because my legs/body aren't ready to be seen in shorts in public. During the summer in my climate, wearing skirts is the only way I can stay cool. Wearing crops, even luxtreme inspires, would be super hot.
I see the new sweater will come in Alberta Lake, too bad the sweater is ugly with those two long side openings and too bad Alberta Lake is not the same color as the last release. I have herringbone Alberta Lake WUP and Macro micro Alberta Lake Power Y tank. My favorite color from LLL followed by Bordeaux Drama (first release) and Rocksteady
Thank you I was so confused as the main landing UK page for the "what New" does not show a pair of Skinny Wills and I was like have they changed them (I'm a Lululemon newbie addict). Why would they do that as I just bought 2 pairs in Black and Herringbone(December stock) as they are comfy and lovely fit. Yes, I need to build up my collection ;)
Hi luluaddict, I saw your post that you were able to get the studio racerback in menthol...I love this tank! I have only seen it in black and camo blue. Where did you find it in menthol?
@Manila Ice - The Alberta Lake Skinny Wills are not on the What's New part of the UK website but if you go to the pants and check under Skinny Wills, they are there. They may not be new this week to the UK but they're kind of new to the US/Canada (or were, since Canada got them this afternoon).
@ anon 5:21 pm - The Menthol Studio Racerback is in US stores - or, at least my local stores. I've only been able to find it in a ten in my local stores so I've been waiting for it to hit the US website.
The third pic, the conductor stripe Alberta lake roll down pants, it's just a typo that you called those skinny wills right? Aren't those WUCs... or am I missing something?
I wear the skirts to run in the summer and the 'tall' pacesetters for golf.
@ anon 5:58 pm - Total typo - thanks for the catch.
Thank you!
Thank you! I'm just trying to figure out how much use iI'll get out of it
The Warm Core Hoodie looks appealing. For the first time ever I'm interested in a running skirt in the Hit Your Stride Skirt. I like how clean lined/simple it is. Will have to try in store.
Going to be annoyed if Studio Racer comes in great colours that won't get released in a CRB version. I'll never buy the SR, don't like the back or the curved hem.
@lululover, skirts for running is very common now and has been for several years. Also tennis and golf - but to someone's point, there is decorum on a golf course and the skirt has to be longer. I personally wouldn't wear a skirt in a gym. Not practical and depending on the under short, could be more revealing. At least with running you are gone and with golf and tennis you're not doing stuff that would invite a reveal.
2:56 I run in my skirts, I have a lot of pace setters and a few other types.
I also workout in them at the gym but only weights and such, never yoga or any exercise where I am bending over or putting my legs up.
The skirt above is really cute. When it's hot out some of the lulu skirts are great.
