New Blue Quilted Scarf. It looks like it might be Rugged Blue and Inkwell but am not sure what HYIK stands for - HYper stripe InKwell maybe.  I've read this could be Rugged Blue but I haven't seen any color codes to back this up yet so I'm not committed to calling this Rugged for sure. The above color code doesn't point to this being Rugged Blue, either, since it's HYIK, which I'd guess might be HYper Inkwell K---. The quilt pattern looks like this special scarf Britt had made for a frequent Heyluluemon.com contributor:

I got to try on the Great Granite Wunder Under crops today and am leaning towards keeping the pair I ordered at upload. Someone asked in the comments if the pattern fades with stretch and the answer is yes. 

Whistler Wanderlust Insanity

Not Black Friday bad but the scene sounded pretty unpleasant.

No hair-pulling fights broke out but anecdotal reports from people at the Whistler store this morning made it sound pretty awful. People lined up at 2 am for the chance to buy a pair of Wanderlust pants. From what I have read, the store let everyone in at once which resulted in pushing and items being snatched out of other people's hands. People also estimated there were only about 50 pairs of the coveted pants for sale. Reading between the lines, the reports seemed to come mostly from people who made the trip there just to get some pants for themselves and friends and not to attend the festival.
