Tangential Topic: Shannon Wilson Launching Technical Cashmere Line Kit and Ace in the Fall

Shannon Wilson, wife of lululemon founder Chip Wilson, has a started a new apparel brand built around "technical cashmere" (is this similar to merino wool performance clothing?) called Kit and Ace. It's supposed to launch this fall. Her LinkedIn profile credits Shannon Wilson with creating the Groove Pant.

The text from the Kit and Ace LinkedIn site has this description:

Kit and Ace was founded in Gastown on the westcoast (or left coast) of Canada, in Vancouver, British Columbia. 

What we do. 
We took a look at the world and the people living in it and decided that we could make luxury fabrications and beautiful clothing – functional. So we took at stab at it and created this – Kit and Ace. Our focus is Technical Cashmere™. Cashmere that’s smarter than you know it to be.
