The jacket is reversible.
A very cute Embrace Hoodie *Luscious jacket showed up tonight. The best thing about this is that it looks like it's lined in sherpa fleece.  I love sherpa fleece. I ordered the Herringbone and am hoping it fits on the looser side.

Canada lucked out tonight and got the Think Fast Hoodie in White/Slate Mini Check Pique and Think Fast Pullovers in Black and White/Slate Mini Check Pique. They also got the solid black Think Fast Pullover that has a Parallel Stripe inner collar. Hopefully, the US will get these pieces on Thursday.

I nearly forgot, lululemon is also selling mala beads. I know a lot of people love these. I had no idea they were so pricey.

Did you get anything tonight?

Almost got the embrace hoodie but noticed the shoulder line is down on the arm and makes the area baggy. Not very flattering imo. Bummer.

Immediately bought the Wild Tank in Black/Dottie Dream Rose. I'm not a fan of the Dottie Dream Rose print in large doses, either in a top or in a bottom, but the straps of the Wild tank done in this fabric look super lovely & very interesting, which is always a winning combo in my fashion book.
Got the Lined Studio pants in Fatigue Green, hurray!
And also bought the Embrace Hoody *Luscious in Herringbone, as it appears to be fleece lined and the description says it's slim fitting. Bought my usual LLL size 4 and am hoping it hugs my curves in all the right places, because it looks super cozy.

I ordered the Embrace Herringbone with the fleece. They had me at *luscious.

Got things to try- karma collected wrap in brown, brown giant herringbone WUP, ghost herringbone WUP, priceless beads, FTBW bra))

I'm torn on the think fast Hoodie. I want to buy it but I don't like that color :(

There is so much that I'd love to order but really need to be sensible! I have ordered so much stuff lately! I just bought two new Defines within the past week and now there are two more that I want to get so badly. I already own so many from before they were discontinued and also have many Formes now too, so it is safe to say that I don't need them (but I want them so badly!).

Also love the new Black/Coal Dream Rose Scuba and the Ultra Violet hoodie, but have already bought four new ones this fall.

It's too bad all the stuff I love seems to come out all at once. :(

Only the ultraviolet Exquisite Tank. I returned my dip-dyed Om racerback today and got the Wild tank in heathered black. What a cute tank, and so much more supportive than the FTBW bras (I'm a 34D). Re the Exquisite tank, it's getting rave reviews online for the most part, so hopefully it'll be a keeper too.

I was hoping to see the Think Fast hoodie, but maybe the U.S. will get it Thursday.

ghost herringbone roll down WUP!

Was he embrace hoodie luscious available in three colors or just the two patterns? I can't believe I missed a color but it was only showing two!

I got a free to be wild bra :) once they embrace hoodie comes to Canada I won't be able to say no though :) I can't wait to read how you find the fit!

Those malas are only expensive because they are lulu. Check out Bhora Creative on FB for some beautiful mala's. They have more meaning IMO and she supports various charities!

So black and white. I want colours!

@ anon 7:04 pm - the third photo, of the black jacket, is the reverse side. There are only two versions - the coco pique and the herringbone, that both reverse to black.

That's my question, are the giant herringbone wunder unders black or brown? With the quilt waiste.

I didn't get anything tonight but am very interested in the Embrace Hoodie Luscious in the Herringbone because I really need every piece in Herringbone that Lulu is pumping out these days, LOL...I am a sucker for Herringbone but this jacket looks super cozy..I'm hoping my Lulu will have it tomorrow as they got 15 boxes today :). I am also a Scuba fan and like 2 of the new ones uploaded on the Canadian side..The Giant Houndstooth Dip Dye and the Dream Rose Stripe Scuba!

@Cwgas - I've seen photos and they come up more brown when held against other black herringbone bottoms. I'll have to remember to look for them in the store next time I go and get a photo.

@Cwags and LLA I am wearing the new Herringbone WUP and all of the trim stitching is brown and it has brown running through the herringbone print..I love these pants and I'm wearing them with a brown Prairie Underground Long Coak hoodie and a radiant long sleeve, in case you were interested :)
Not sure why they didn't mention this in their color description at all..I believe it's the Rich Earth color..They are great!

I get the feeling LLL doesn't want their size 12 customers to have any parallel stripe. Define not in size 12, speeds no 12, last years WU no 12's (or 10). SOOO disappointed.

Malas can be sometimes be expensive but not always THAT expensive. There are certainly more beautiful ones (that cost far less) than what LLL offers. This is typical LLL pricing. Remember, $100 is the average price for a pair of pants, $200 for a scarf etc. why should anything else be different?

I actually find it really phony coming from LLL and would never buy one. I actually laughed out loud when I saw it on the LLL site.

@Cwgas I purchased the giant herringbone wup yesterday and they have a dark brown mixed in with the black. They are a nice change from all of the blacks and grey herringbone. I stayed true to size but could have gone up one size if I wanted a loser fit.

Any ideas if Canada/US will be getting the "confetti pop" print that's in Aus/NZ right now? Do we get all the prints that they do, eventually? Or should I stop holding my breath? : \

I agree with all the comments regarding the mala beads. I don't think I could go around with mala beads with the lulu log on them, it just doesn't seem right and I am not a spiritual type person.

I agree with the comments above. I don't use Malas, but if I wanted to, I wouldn't buy them from LLL. It just feels like a cheap ploy to get people to spend money, and *think* they are engaging in a yogi practice.

Now, that having been said, I'm a shameless, self-proclaimed LLL addict, who doesn't care if she spent $100 on a pair of comfy WUs. I use LLL for everything; run, yoga, weight training, and I even wear the sensible pieces to work, but Mala beads at $100??? Give me a break!

Sometimes I feel like LLL is watering down the yogi practice lifestyle, by trying to introduce their fans the "cool" practices.

Remember, yoga doesn't care if you wear LLL, wear leg warmers over your WUs, or use Mala beads. It just cares that you show up!

I guess the mala beads are from the Mala Collective company specially for lululemon. It looks like their mala beads are equally expensive.

Are the herringbone and coco pique define jackets too similar to justify buying both? I've coveted the herringbone for a while and now that it's finally here I think I like the coco pique more. Yet I still want the herringbone. Decisions decisions.

lulu - I hadn't heard of Prairie Underground before, I just looked up the Long Cloak Hoodie because it sounded interesting and I love the look of it so much, it's got that perfect put together and casual look! It would be perfect for wearing with all the textured wunder unders! It doesn't look like they sell online though :(

I just ordered the new Black Coco Pique Define(I actually feel kind of guilty seeing as though I've already bought two other Defines in the past week), the Black Festival Bag and two Parfait Pink TaTaTamers (yay for the 32E size finally!).

I am starting to think that Lulu does not appreciate us size 12 ladies. I got the Embrace Hoodie-Luscious in a size 10. I am disappointed that it is not made in a size 12. Hope it runs big......

@Anonymous 9:59 AM I know, the Prairie Underground Long Cloak Hoodie is awesome and I have it in several colors..It came in an army Green this season..They don't sell direct online however there are many boutiques I've found through googling that carry the line or some pieces..Shop Adorn has the full line and I've purchased from them before..They are in Portland Oregon and if you join mailing list sometimes they run specials or a certain percentage off :)
Actually Nordstrom.com has some of the pieces too!

Anon 9:05 AM - I bought the Black Giant Herringbone Define last week and just ordered the Black Coco Pique! I was thinking the same thing, but gave in as it was just to hard to resist! I think they're both different enough to be justifiable, especially since I don't own any other herringbone or pique Defines or Formes.

Did the white stained glass scuba upload to the US already? Did I miss it?

Anonymous said...

Is anyone else disappointed that all the colors are coming out in the regular studio pants and not the tall? Kind of bummed out about that.

Has anyone seen the cardi all day on sale? If so can you let me know ! Ebonycrause@hotmail.com

A girl wrote a review on the lulu website and she got it for $89!

Can we talk about how weird the mala bead photos are? I was like "why is there a disembodied hand on upload!?" lol

lulu - thanks so much for the info, I'll definitely be looking into it, I think they're gorgeous :) from anon 9:59 AM
