Ahh, lulu long timers will feel a pang of nostalgia at the return of the Classic Manifesto print. The Dottie Dream Rose Print reminds me of an older similar print. I'm going to have to dig through my archives to find it.
Update - a reader remembers it was the Multi Dotty print from 2009 that is similar to the Dottie Dream Rose. Now that I think about it, I am thinking Dottie Dream Rose is the black and white holiday print. It's always a black and white floral.

Liking this version of the Wild Tank a lot, and I'm so happy to see it goes to a size 12.
Damn, damn, damn. A black and coco pique Think Fast have shown up. Argh. I've been wanting another solid black rulu pullover to replace my aging Hills and Energy pullovers. I need to list stuff on eBay, stat. I really like my Herringbone Think Fast Pullover. I wore it quite a bit when visiting my parents in the Arizona high dessert over Thanksgiving. My only nit is that the collar is a bit floppy but it's a little stiffer in the textured fabrics than the regular rulu. I wonder when the mini check pique Think Fast will show up, I'll be all over that one.
Manifesto embossed Inspires are very tempting, though I see these are a 7/8 tight and not the crop. I used to have quite a few Manifesto Embossed pieces at one time. I have my Petal Camo Embossed Inspires so think I can pass on these.
Hmm, Giant Houndstooth Dip Dye sounds really interesting.

Will the coco pique roll down WUPs have a vertical print?? It looks vertical in the pic. I am so in if they do!
I saw the manifesto pace setter at the NYC Union Square store last night, and I really wanted to get it but held out.
I spent a lot of money this week at lulu.
I love my think fast pullover and think I need to get a second one.

@ anon 8:17 am - they look vertically oriented to me.
Didnt the herringbone Define jacket upload and sell out already??
That vest is fug. no one bought the long and short of it jacket, so they made a vest? weird.
LLA, I have a question. Why exactly are the roll-down WUPs preferable to the regular waist band ones? I have a very high waist and wide hip bones, so I detest fold-over waist bands. Do people actually wear the roll-down waist band all the way up? Does it still have the same feel as the regular waist band, or is it less compressive? I love the regular waist band, but sometimes I feel like it rides a little low, and I end up pulling it back up.
Are we back to a Tuesday upload, or will there be a Sunday upload?
@ anon 8:55 am - Yes, I think people wear the roll down waistband all the way up. I'm in the minority but I don't like roll downs either. I think it's less compressive. I prefer something with a wide waistband like the Runday crops.
@ anon 9:07 am - Back to Tuesday. There will also be a Thursday upload next week.
I wear my roll downs for yoga classes. Sometimes I do have to readjust them but overall I like it compared to the regular waist WUC. Actually, I really liked the High Times WUC waist, but they were too sheer. I've been wearing my Herringbone WUP from this year's release, and though it has regular waist, it doesn't sit as low as the solid color WUC.
Houndstooth looks interesting ,,, I'm going to the store to try on the Wild Tank today!
Oh man, the new dotty print reminds me of the multi dotty print from 2009ish. I loved the pop-art Andy Warhol nature of that pattern. So cool. That has to be the inspiration for this print, right? Love the retro styles we're seeing this holiday season.
@ anon 9:43 am - THANK YOU!! I new it was a dotty something print but couldn't remember enough to find it. I will dig up a photo. I think it's the inspiration, too.
Yea! Thanks for posting the throwback pics of the multi dotty print, LLA:). I have the Power-Y in this print and love it because it goes with so many classic lulu colors (pigment blue, currant red, grays, blacks, etc.). Also had the WUPs, but they were a little too big so I had to sell them on Ebay. Sad day that was.
Think fast PO in Boom Juice was on clearance at my store today (Canada). $64!
I got my Speed tights in unbreakable white - LOVE! I never wear pants for working out - ever! The longest I have is pace tights at 7/8 but I couldn't say no to these!
I replaced my regular Coco Pique WUPS this morning to the roll downs and am SO disappointed , print is VERTICAL. Will exchange it tomorrow with the high times crop maybe.
I'd love the Roll Down WUPs, but as far as I can tell, that version doesn't have the waistband pocket, which I want. Or am I just not finding the pocket in the Rolldowns?
Oh no. Expensive week AHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loving a lot of these items, when I know I shouldn't!!
I'm interested in the Feelin' Frosty softshell pants. I have muscular thighs and calves, so I'll need to try these on. If they look like tights with baggy ankles in my size they'll be a non-starter. That's been my experience with some of the skinny pants.
Yes the coco pique WUP roll downs do have the vertical print/texture vs. the regular WUP which is horizontal..obviously personal preference but I don't like the vertical orientation and prefer the horizontal. I'm on the fence between roll downs and regular in the WUP..I only own a few roll down and definitely find them less compressive in the waist but always wear the roll downs all the way up and not folded. I think I prefer the regular waist overall.
Hi,
I wrote a few minutes ago about Special edition... I'm not sure whether my message was anonymous or not... if it was not... could you PLEASE NOT POST IT. Thank you ! :)
@ anon 4:52 pm - is it here? I don't see anything that mentions a special edition.
no pockets in RD or high waist pants such as high times
Do you think they'll release the inspire ii tights in more colors that just classic manifesto embossed? They sound perfect at 25 inches, but I prefer solid colors for pants!
@ anon 9:19 am - for sure.
With the exception of the Think Fast pullover, Feeling Frosty Softshell pant, the coco pique WUP, and the Scuba ii's, I don't care for any of this stuff. I don't care for that multi dot print/pattern (feels so dated) or the dottie rose or the manifesto print. All of those make me wince.
