I headed to the store early this morning to check out the Boxing Day deals and the new items. Most everything I saw was the same as WMTM on the website and prices were not at all tempting. I don't even think I'll go back to check throughout the weekend to see whether prices go down. I only tried on a couple of new items - one was the new Studio Racerback. My store had the Studio Racerback in Lotus Camo in Oil Slick Blue. This print is a polyester but it feels almost like a Vitasea top and wasn't at all scratchy. I thought the fit of these was similar to the Refresher Racer and a bit snugger than the Cool Racerback.

I just bought the race with grace top in the atomic red, which I agree should be called orange or mandarin. I wanted the one with the stripes as well, but will wait on that. Got the mantra bag from WMTM as well as a swiftly tank for 29$ which I think is a great price.
Hope all those who celebrate Chrstmas had a wonderful one.

Why are they bringing back all of these styles that ended up on WMTM with previous releases? We didn't like it then... why'd we like it now?
I ordered a swiftly this morning on wmtm and the atomic red define. I had a return to make in-store and ended up snagging a fluffed up jacket in purple for $99 -- they had exactly one in my size. I was pretty late in the day, but nothing else on sale caught my eye. I also ended up with the dip dye houndstooth scuba. I tried a ftbw but it's just not enough support for me, even for barre. I also tried the turn it up long sleeve -- I liked it but didn't "have to have it" for $80, so it stayed at the store.
I hit my store early and picked up two flurry fighters (one black, one white), and the purple pranayama scarf. I have the scarf in gray and love it, so the mixed reviews don't phase me. I also bought the Baptiste in Africa DVD. Everything I bought was half off, which is phenomenal for Lulu. There were also some good deals on a few pairs of pants, but they weren't great on me (more my issue than the pants'!), so I passed on them.
I was surprised that they only had reductions on the items that were already on sale; I was expecting some across the board markdowns like they had on Black Friday.
Why do they pull stuff from wmtm before it is sold out and then bring it back a few months later? Doesn't make any sense. Send it to the outlets so we don't have to look at it anymore! Some of the stuff was from last summer!!
@ 10:11 AM not all customers shopping Boxing Day online would realize how old the items are. LLL will do anything to get people to buy items that are completely passable. If they throw it up for $20 fine (I still wouldn't buy those items but some people would), but most likely those old items are still $49, $59 etc. which is laughable.
I don't think that everyone who visits the lulu site or their stores spends as much time as we do obsessing on the merchandize that they put out.
